Of all the reasons to expect a reverse split, the one you bring up is the strongest.
PKG ...it means it is less than $5 a share. Mast owns a large block of shares that he is prohibited from selling as long as it is a penny stock. One way for it to no longer be a penny stock is a R/S. Then Mast too will be dumping. And before you ask, Mast himself is the one who said he can't sell for less than $5 a share because of the injunction handed down to him by the SEC prohibiting him from engaging in penny stock offerings. Of course you have to decide whether and what to believe because all this comes from Moore or Mast, and so is suspect as far as it can be believed.
George said he has all the the cash he needs and does not need to dilute. He said that when O/S was about 315 million. He said at that same time he was returning about 50 million shares to the "kitty". That was a little over a month ago. Today we are pushing 400 million. Why did he say one thing and do the opposite?
The problem is that after a R/S the price will continue it's downward spiral. You need to understand the difference between currency and stock. Both are called "Instruments". One is fixed, the other is variable. If you have ten pennies they will always equal one dime. If you have a share of HYRF it will be worth less as time goes by...it's a variable instrument. If you can't see what these issues have to do with share price...stick around. HYRF is in the grips of a hedge fund, the CEO can't be trusted. He lied about MARTI shares, financials, he lied about dilution, he lied about everything up to this point. In other words HydroFlo has abandoned the stock. It is just a garage sale item to them.
Explain what having a lease shut off means?
It is interesting. I also followed Asus over to the FreeSpeech board. It is curious that all of a sudden concerned citizens are appearing all over the place. I wonder if the "people" Asus received warnings from are the same that showed up here yesterday? It is curious that we have one claim that the FORMER ceo ruined (past tense) the company, and we have another story to the effect that the NEW ceo INTENDS to ruin the company. It cant be both. On that board Asus posted the following:

WRNW: I received some warnings from people that followed this stock a long time that the new CEO is driving it into the ground. That he took over a productive business and is merely selling shares for personal gain. I am going to steer clear of this one.
I asked him this in response:

Asus...I am reading your post and also the first post by "Esther12" on the WRNW board. That person claims intimate first hand knowledge that the FORMER CEO ran the company into the ground and that everything stated about leases, production, etc. are complete fabrications. It is interesting that you have received warnings that WRNW is in fact a productive company and that the NEW CEO intends to run it into the ground. It certainly can't be both. Are the people who sent you warnings the same who posted on WRNW? Are they people you have heard from before? I am curious to get to the bottom of this sudden outbreak of concern about WRNW by these hitherto anonymous concerned citizens.

Two things are particularly suspect . One is the timing. WRNW has been chugging along for weeks and yesterday began to show signs of turning up. Why do two brand new aliases suddenly appear claiming intimate knowledge that they only just yesterday decide to share? If they have so much concern about the financial well being of potential investors, why express that concern when the stock begins to show signs of life? Where have they been all this time? The other suspicious thing to me is the broad accusations without a single link or concrete bit of evidence that anyone else can follow up on. The new CEO has only been appointed for a couple weeks. Are these two concerned citizens expecting us to believe they know with certainty the direction this man intends to take this company?
I believe we are experiencing nothing more than a past investor who lost a lot of money and can't stand the thought that a lot of others may stand to do just the opposite.
Sure George, financials in early 2007. How many accountants will it take before you get one to stick around? They probably get tired of changing the share count before the ink is dry from the previous week's dumping. George, you are a joke:
Form 8-K for HYDROFLO INC

Changes in Registrant's Certfying Accountant
Item 4.01 CHANGES IN REGISTRANT'S CERTIFYING ACCOUNTANT.
The registrant has engaged Thomas Leger & Co., L.L.P. as its principal accountant to replace its former principal accountant. Kojira...I see that you are a moderator. Those figures on the share structure in the IBox...are they still good as far as you know?
I would give it tomorrow as a wait and see on the volume. Today's volume is up from the past few days. But I agree that if it doesn't get real volume soon they will take it right back down.
Like I said, for the long haul.
I like it when this happens on no news.
Yes, I'm all for slow and steady...better for the long haul.
It is looking promising. Now if everyone will just hold on to their shares.
.0035 x .004
Curious...I have an order in to buy a little at .004 and no fill...
The game is afoot?
ask at .0037
He is probably past caring.
Another reason for R/S is the large chunk of shares that can't be sold as long as HYRF is a penny stock. And I mean penny stock according to market definition of $5 a share or less. That will never happen without a R/S because this thing will NEVER have a market cap of $1.875 BILLION. All I hope for is a little pop to get out of this and never look back.
I have no interest in credibility, not mine. What about George's?...that affects us all. I don't expect to hear from the SEC, I would however like George to hear from them. Here is a little something for you to ponder. A Hedge Fund is a group that does two things simultaneously. First through private placement they receive blocks of shares at a significant discount from the current market which they immediately sell on the open market at a big profit. As they continue this over time they make a lot of money even though the share price is plummeting since they always receive their shares at a much lower price than the current market price. This dilution of course drives the price down which plays directly into the other part of hedging , they take large short positions which , if they ever need to cover, can be covered quickly with their discounted shares. If you care to peruse the BCGU website you will see that they are among other things a Hedge Fund. This arrangement is done by prior agreement between the Hedge Fund Manager and the CEO of the company. So here is another question I suggest you ask George..."Are you selling discounted blocks of shares over time to BCGU principals via Private Placements?"
Ask George that question and then get back to us. When asked on the phone whether this dilution would continue, Honest George said he now has all the funding he needs ( implying there is no justification for further dilution). Yet dilution has continued. Why?
jc
PKG, the bottom line is that you feel bringing a regulatory agency into the picture would thwart any hope of recovering something from this stock. Explain to me how letting Honest George continue his present course can be any less ruinous? In other words, what calamity could the SEC bring that would out do the calamity this clown has visited on us?
jc
PKG, if I sold you a row boat and it turned out to have 5 holes in it, would you be content if I filled three holes and told you I can't afford to fill the other two? Do you agree that the boat will still sink? We are talking about dilution, all of the proceeds from which go into George's coffer and none into ours.
jc
What cause, PKG? Do you think Honest George has any other cause than giving you and me the collective finger? He has repeatedly lied to certain of us over the phone about all of the issues TEX cited. He has said one thing and consistently done another. What makes holding him accountable for ALL of his promises stupid? When he promised those dividend shares he used it as bait to dump shares. That is a fact. If he can continue to print shares and sell them on the open market, why is it unreasonable to expect him to include us in making something off this company? If he can print hundreds of millions of shares and dump them, then you explain to me what prohibits him from handing out some of those shares as dividend AS HE PROMISED? As he continues to dilute while keeping NONE of his promises do you take comfort by hoping against hope he will somehow come through on selective promises to the exclusion of others? Do men draw sweet water and bitter from the same well? This guy holds you in the same contempt he does the rest of us. Do you truly believe he will not continue to dilute? When O/S does reach a Billion...2 Billion, will you then think something aught to be said about the way he is sticking it to us?
jc
Just for the record, people can leave the country and come back...I've seen it happen before.
George, I'm just curious...If you treat us little peon shareholders who have stuck it out with this company for lo these many years with such disregard...just who is it you are answering to regarding this company? Does he/she/they put up with this kind of treatment? I bet not.
TEX...as of this morning the Issued is 375,351,099
So Honest George...Is that what you call returning 50,000,000 shares to "the kitty"? Who is the "kitty"?
Mr. Monson was very accommodating. He said he was mailing me some info about his work on the reservation.
'Rook...I called. I talked to a lady who works in the mineral office at the reservation. She told me that trucks were lined up carrying the oil out. She mentioned something about a pipeline but I don't remember what. I got the impression they need access to a pipeline.
I also talked with Larry Monson. He is a geologist who is hired by companies working the reservation. He told me currently there are some very good producing formations there. Right now nothing major with the Bakken to his immediate knowledge, but he is convinced there is a very good Bakken zone NorthEast of the Poplar formation. He believes it will be a very significant producer if successfully exploited. A company, according to him, called ProTerra Oil and Gas owns a lot of the leases for that area and is currently looking to JV with someone to test drill. Mr. Monson explained the geology to me as far as why he is convinced that area will pay off. Something about it "wrapping around" the Poplar ridge, lots of "fractures" and something about sand. I wish I could say I understood it, but I don't.

LOL..does he march in a pipe band? I just got an email this AM we are supposed to play at the "Queen's Cup Steeple Chase" next month (whatever that is) Last weekend we marched in the Charlotte ,NC St. Patty's. Afterwards we played in an Irish pub for a bunch of drunken 'Mics. Now, THAT is a crazy bunch.
..I know. We will get news sooner or later.
...or he could be takin' care o' bidness....we'll have to wait and see.
...you might say that...
Well, that is encouraging too. The first thing I would say is "where have you been?" LOL
That is encouraging.
They called you?
