How.any shares were outstanding in the first year?
Misinformation...when company was first organized in Delaware, how many share was the A/S?
Not me...PPS is too rich for me.(sic)
Trade was likely just a partial trade. Nothing new.
Sounds like a lot of misinformation that serves no purpose for anyone.
You think others have not already reported the manipulation of this stock being perpetrated by certain individuals posting nonesense about the company and insides on this board and other chat rooms and X/Twitter?
The company has already stated that eventually they will seek legal action against manipulators that use social media to make insideous claims about the company and its officers.
No let's see, which social media personalities do we know of that post to manipulate on more than one avenue of social media?
A few trades at bid, but they don't amount to much. Looks like AXXA is going to continue it's momentum.
Me thinks 2024 will be a good year for AXXA. Then maybe shareholders can plan a celebration somewhere nice like Aruba.
What? There are disgruntled employees (past and present) posting here? What about those that wanted to work for Exxe Group, but were turned down because their work ethics did not measure up to the company's standards, and now dis the company at every turn? There's gotta be a few of those here, too. Right? That would explain a lot.
Wow...a whole 1.5% of the float traded today...or 0.71% of the O/S.
It was probably our good buddy Orca, turning a profit.
Now he'll start crying Scam again until it falls far enough for him to start buying again.
Such is the mark of a trader rather than an investor.
See? There's something good about AXXA for everyone. You just have to have enough patience to play out your strategy.
But not many in '21
Boy, are you wrong!
No biggie. Recognize is an investment for the future. As an investor, I do not have the same attitude/agenda toward $AXXA as a trader/flipper would have. The company is only about 6 years old and has accomplished much in such a short time. I can only say that all should do their own DD to starve off the allegations of those who use unfounded words to cause the company harm.
You sound like you're disappointed...
He/she only has opinions
Anyone is allowed to express their opinion on this board.
That's just your opinion. No biggie.
My business, not yours. Please discuss the company/stock instead of trying to make me the focus of the discussion. You're not very good at it.
There are no mountains in Naples Florida.
He has no point...like I said, Boris' name follows ellipsis, in a document, thus showing that the document has been redacted. That's sorta like name dropping.
I, too, bought shares in '21 at 0.04. It still looks like a good investment to me.
I tend to side with Research This, that the vast majority of the float is owned by the 183 reported shareholders. If each owns just 2.5 mil shares. Then that pretty much accounts for the float, and they continue to gobble up low PPS shares hedging for a major run.
Not really....only in the weak minds of some people drumming up fake news.
Boris was not a defendant in the case you cited. He was not charged for any infraction, he was not charged with any crime. Challenge you to fine anything. Very confident you won't find anything. Dropping his name into a redacted document won't cut it.
Here's a good one for you. Go to the United States Attorney's Office Southern District of New York and do a search on Matsokhin
From the document you reference, "render aid to ... Boris Matsokhin"
The question is, what was left out of the text where the ellipsis are placed? Was it words or paragraphs or pages?
Until you have specifically what was left out, you have nothing.
If there was a reason for why stock drops, then we would all profit. Thus your question is stupid.
There are no court records of Boris being guilty of fraud. Quit listening to the voices in your head.
There is no specific record about Boris committing fraud because he was probably never convicted of fraud.....If (big if) he was cited with fraud and it was never proven, then his accusation of fraud would never have been entered into court records.
Thus, Boris was never guilty of fraud, and any case against him would be dismissed.
Waiting for you to produce valid proof that Boris was found guilty of fraud....nit some nefarious reference in a post highlighted as opinion.
But, there are no records anywhere that verify that Boris has ever committed or been convicted of any felony.
There are 3 people living in the United States with the name Boris Matsokhin.
Without solid verification that Boris has been arrested of any crime, it's all opinion.
Mind you, initially, Exxe Group Inc sought to acquire three hotels in Bavaria from Quantum Leap Hotels, signing a memorandum of understanding to acquire the hotels for €10.2 million on December 13, 2018, but the acquisition was later cancelled after due diligence by Exxe Group Inc.
It was later that Exxe Group Inc. acquired a historic landmark castle and 5-star hotel in Germany for EUR 26 million via Myle-One....
SinceMyle-One Beteiligungen AG acquired the castle, maybe reaching out to them at phone number +41 42 728 8282 or email at zug@vistra.com may be in order.
Mind you, the castle/hotel was not purchase directly by Exxe Group Inc, but was acquired by Mile-One Beteiligungen AG, a Swiss c ompany and subsidiary of Exxe Group Inc.
Did you know that Wilhelm II restored the Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle in Alsace, France. He initiated a significant restoration project, aiming to rebuild the fortress to its 15th-century state, which was carried out from 1900 to 1908.
There are lots of 5-Star luxury "castle" hotels in Germany. I sorta hope it's the Althoff Grand Hotel Schloss Bensberg, also known as "The Castle."
You might try using an A.I. search engine.
Not really much to discover when trying to get info via the internet from Europe and when their business is strictly B2B
Probably true, but at least it's more than you. AXXA is doing well for a six year old company. As years roll on, me thinks more people will come on board, and share in its success.
Nah, it's just more attempts to trigger stop loss orders. That' why pps went low and then immediately retraced back to 23 or 24.
I can not locate any other holding company that lists detailed information on any of its sub-businesses. Get it?
Does it matter?
