Hope so!
Hey, I'll take $.25 at this point. The way pre-market crashed, I was afraid we might hit a new low today. I have NO idea how we maintained mid-twenties.
PLEASE SELL THIS THING TITAN... P L E A S E !
Too bad!
Someone gave me the heads up that a post on Stocktwits says Randall is retiring. I checked - Dude says he spoke to Randall on the phone and he sounded "defeated."
GLTA
*51.8 mil OS that is.
51.8 OS as of this afternoon on TD.
Have you read the report on Sedar yet? Start at page 10. Tell me you have any confidence in getting anything back for the IP after reading it. They sound like they're chuck'n in the towel.
And no, Brar is not considered an upper-management VP or officer but his title is Director of Strategic Development and IP. This would be considered a middle-management position at any company. He may be listed in the report - I just don't recall seeing it. I havent had time to go back online to check.
It has held up fairly well considering the FINS.
I skimmed through the Form 20-F report on Sedar.com earlier today. I am just realizing I do not recall seeing Jasminder Brar on the list of Titan management. I wasn't looking for him specifically so probably just an oversight. I also confirmed Chad Zaring did not have any vested options so he did indeed leave potential $options$ on the (future) table when he exited - I remember a debate about it here but not sure if it ever was confirmed. Bottom line, as we already know, things are a HUGE question mark at Titan and the report does not paint a rosy picture.
My gut told me it was a major pump. I saw it start Friday night. It was the Perfect Storm for a grandiose pump: Antsy investors, bored day-traders, closing secured in 2 days, new patents, FINS to be released... Just amazed at the ridiculous volume. Really incredible.
But I do get why some longs, including myself, bought a few shares. It doesn't take much to drop our cost-basis at these prices. AND, if there was the remote chance of an announced buyout, we'd be patting each other on the backs today for taking the gamble.
It's all a crapshoot!!!
On the bright side...
SO MANY new eyes looking at this because of that monumental volume yesterday. Lots of new investors / potential investors.
It might thrive when it's selling a product. Not all healthcare companies can be recession-proof. This is a development company that is low on $ and is having difficulty raising it (IMO because of the lack of transparency and resistance to support share price over the years). Even if they had money, development would slow due to the WuFlu restrictions in place.
Titan has little debt and a decent patent portfolio but they'd never be able to afford to go after a bigger company for patent infringement if their IP and trade secrets were stolen.
I'd take $30 mil at this point. I'd like to hold onto a piece of the acquirer if that remains possible. If word gets out of a buyout, the SP will run a bit before falling back to the buyout range.
Btw, I just skimmed through the Form 20-F on Sedar.

Yep, after reading yesterday's report, it has never been more evident.
I had a feeling they'd pass the blame on to Coronavirus.
New problem - who is going to make an acquisition play as the world heads into recession / depression? No one wanted it before the WuFlu crisis.
Dude, seriously, STFU! Your posts are ridiculous. You are not bringing anything new to the table and you obviously dont know JACK about the history of this company.
Just a rumor but I hear Titan and My Pillow are merging to manufacture medical masks...
Titan's robot with articulating arms will be used to pick the 100% Giza cotton from Egypt.
Still no confirmation on who is supplying the cotton-pick'n end effectors.
L M A O !
A whole new crew of knuckleheads on this board just from yesterday.
Time to put a fork in this POS!
Dude, you're way too late for this "sh1t-show."
Save yourself!!
Guess I gotta get up early to watch the pre-market.
SMH
P O S !
And yet, 43 mil in volume today?
Da fuh is up in ere Adrocko?
So if they are not gonna be Titan Medical, Inc in the near future, could that be the reason they're pulling estimates?
Haven't had a chance to read the FINS yet Live. Still skeptical about the crazy day we just had.
Ahh, I see they only come out of the woodwork when things look up.
I am too Timteo...very suspicious.
You gotta remember though, my cost-basis was high (>$10) not long ago. With just a few thousand bucks Ive gotten it way down. My goal has just been to try to limit my losses when it is all said and done. Im working on getting it into the $2's now. Realistically the patents are what we have left. I'm not counting on a miracle.
This will never be what we all had hopes for just a few years ago - not even close. But if they or an acquirer can SOMEHOW resuscitate this thing - and garner some market intetest, it is a whole new ballgame for me with this lower cost-basis.
Honeycomb out look'n for a ventilator at the mo!
Coronavirus aint gon a get me buh this mf'er gonna put me in my grave!!!
Agree with that assessment. If no news this week, those that are buying in mid to upper .30's and beyond, with plans to hold, will be pissed when it drops back to low
.20s.
I bought 10k shares last week thinking we'd touched bottom - which appears we did. When I saw the pump over the weekend I told myself I was going to buy another 20 to 40k shares between .16 and .20 today or tomorrow. By the time I sat down at my desk and looked at it (I'm on Pacific time), it was around $.32 and climbing. Bought 5000 more this afternoon for .31 in after hours trading. May grab a few more. I hope I don't regret it. Crazy day for sure.
Good luck SPORT!
$.36 After hours @ 7:30 pm EDT.
It was crazy to watch. There is some nutty sh1t going on. Just goes to show you how easily manipulated this is. Imagine if management had done a better job of communicating throughout the years. We certainly wouldn't be in such a mess.
Big T sighting on the board today. More like a BigFoot sighting.
Damn, AH trading still going strong.
If no news, it was just a sign 'O' the times. Day traders having a party during a recession on the brink of a depression. A last hurrah perhaps? Did many longs add today?
2 minutes left. Lol
They get'n a $1200 stimulus check.
Wow...heading back up to
.40.
