too long a story, look in the last Q10, before they lost the said case, which is also the reason why the stock is where it is.

I am on another horse or two already, only holding 100k shares here, and wont be buying anymore until some financing have been done, it was really hard to see this once very promising investment go down the drain though, due to some unprecedented events happening at the same time point in time,
1. lost the court case.
2. lender pulling the loan back.
3 jan 2009, worst point of the worst financial crisis in 70 years.
what can I say, shit just happens some times.

Sorry to hear that Lowman, I am kind of in the same boat myself, just with a rather big load of debt as well, I hope you haven’t lost complete faith as there are always stocks out there that can make your money back, please just view this as a learning experience, and get back on the horse, I have always enjoyed your positive and optimistic posts, and I know you always meant well, I am starting from scratch and by the looks of it so are you, stay in there fighting, determination will win in the end.
Good luck to you.

Thanks Supersquirrel.
Found it.

it has been a good run for JBII the last 5-7 trading days, looking like a bigger wave is on it's way, hope that we see a PR about the fuel sales or other contract soon, that would be the catalyst which would start the next wave IMHO.

A.H
Ok thanks.

Hi SuperSquirrel,
would you mind sending me a pm with the ticker symbol of the stock you just talked about, I have seen you on other boards, mostly on stocks with a big future potential, which is what we are all looking for I guess, Anyways I would really appreciate it.
And good luck to everybody here still holding, I still have some that I will hang on to in case they pull it out of the hole.
GLTA.
A.H
well it is for pumps, condenser fans and other electrical equipment.
GLTA.
A.H
Rawnoc,
I do believe it is a constant per hour electricity consumption of 67 kWh when the processor is running, about $5 per hour cost, miniscule in my view.

couldn't agree more

If he does go that way then I can only applaud, this shows that John has some hearts in thinking of his local Canadian shareholders first, giving Canadians the possibility of adding shares in the their retirement fund
He might actually have had some requests for that, from some of those same shareholders.
GLTA.
A.H
Oh yes of course, I see what you mean, the cost is already reflected in the earnings, even though they haven't yet paid the higher rent for that year, thanks for clarifying that.
GLTA.
A.H
During the first year of the Lease Agreement, the annual rental payment will be $300,000. In the second, third, fourth and fifth years, the annual rental payment will be $1,650,000, $1,725,000, $1,800,000, and $1,875,000, respectively. For months 61 through 69, the total rental payment will be $1,406,250. Management anticipates that for accounting purposes Zynex will have an annual rental expense of approximately $1,440,000 throughout the term of the lease. Zynex, Inc. is guaranteeing the obligations of Zynex Medical, Inc. under the Lease Agreement.
In the last Quarter they had a deferred rent liability of 1.390.000, I assume that has to do with the above accounting purpose.
Again, please correct me if I am wrong.

A.H
Well actually, I am not behind, please see following link.
http://knobias.10kwizard.com/filing.php?param=&ipage=6601358&DSEQ=1&SEQ=&SQDESC=SECTION_BODY&exp=
it states that in the first year the rent is $300.000, which i take is from Nov 2009 until Nov 2010, after which the rent will increase to $1.650.000 from Nov 2010 to Nov 2011.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
GLTA.
A.H
sorry my bad, I am a year behing there, you are absolutely right, it was in 2009 they signed that agreement, where did that year go LOL.
GLTA.
A.H
Just had a look at the last Q10, and ZYXI here posted a profit of $368.000, this year however the rent of their office building will increase from $75.000 per quarter to $450.000 per quarter an increase of $375.000, they are a growing company at least on the revenue site, it just never seem to get to the bottom line, I hope this is going to be the year when they finally start to post some decent earnings, this year they have to grow beyond the rent increase as well, so hoping for a stellar 4th quarter sales performance.

A.H
Thanks Rawnoc, much appreciated.
GLTA.
A.H
Ok thanks guys, never to late to learn I guess.
GLTA.
A.H
Rawnoc, thanks for clearing that up, so the qaurterly reports are never audited, but only signed by the CEO and CFO, and then once a year an accounting company goes through all of it.
GLTA.
A.H
I have a question that I hope one of you can answer. When looking at a financial report, then it says unaudited for the most recent quarter's figures, so when does it get audited, I was of the belief that the financial report gets signed off by the company's accounting company before it is filed (i.e. audited), if somebody would care to explain then I would very much appriciate it.
GLTA.
A.H
it is on page 17.

sorry it looks all weird, however it is in their latest Q10.

Deepman, these are their salary figures for the first nine Month's of 2010, and the whole of 2009, it does look like the sales reps have a base salary, as they have close to a 100 sales reps, can't see that they should have a salary cost of 5.744 mill if it did not include a base salary for them.
2010 2009
Sales expense and commissions $ 3,807 $ 2,962
Payroll and benefits 5,744 3,361
Facility costs 1,356 183
Chief Financial Officer transition 200
GLTA.
A.H
Not sure at all, just thought I read that somewhere, I stand corrected if that is not the case.
GLTA.
A.H
Ok had no idea that there was differnet kinds of a ton.
GLTA.
A.H
a ton is a 1000 kg correct or is it not a metric ton in the US.
just asking as I thought a ton was the same all over the world.
GLTA.
A.H
I would be very careful coming out with a proven revenue proven profitability statement for a company that is not reporting to the SEC.
GLTA.
A.H
in their quarterly report Sep 2010, it states.
SHAREHOLDERS' EQUITY
Common Stock (461,206,692 shares issued and outstanding)
any other shares not accounted for
GLTA.
A.H
ok admitted I did not spend more than 5 min researching this stock, as I shy away from pink sheets all together, however I would still be very interested in knowing what the catalyst is for this stock, as I really can't see it.
GLTA.
A.H
but don't worry, I am sure they will do a reverse split in the future to bring down the OS.
GLTA.
A.H
I suggest you call them again, just been on the phone with them, OS is just under 472 mill.
GLTA.
A.H
Ok so with massive titles like that, then they should be making alot of money right, I am afraid no, $278000 in revenue, not even worth talking about, they couldn't even afford to be on the OTC if they wanted to, not with miniscule revenue of that order, besides that have they issued any shares in the last year, or is the share count stable at 468 mil.
GLTA.
A.H
so what is the potential of TDGI, all I see is a pink sheet with a MC of over 20 mil, producing revenue by the company's own admission of 278000 per quarter, please enlighten us of the massive potential here, because I fail to see it in any way.
GLTA.
A.H
Does anyone know what happened about 3 years ago when the company did a 1 for 50 reverse split, is that a red flag to anyone? or is it all cool just because they haven't diluted in the last year.
GLTA.
A.H
Well actually they are allowed 2000 pounds per hour, which works out at
http://www.webmath.com/_answer.php
907.2 kg, so that is 24 x 907.2 = 21.7T per dey just to be precise.
still above 20T I know, so no limitations there.
GLTA.
A.H
couldn't agree more, thanks.

A.H
Mr Sano.
Thanks.
Mr Sano.
Sorry for being ignorant, but what is FOIA.
GLTA.
A.H
have seen that on many occasions over the last couple of Month's very strange indeed.
GLTA.
A.H
Well I think they are far from starving having both a base salary and a fat commission. only one staving is ZYXI.
