I fully anticipate an update in the next 7-10 trading days! All signs I’m seeing point to Foresight refinancing their balance sheet and bringing on more business! Imo this is well worth the gamble. Murray left Foresight out of their BK and Foresight hired private council to protect themselves. Im seeing that coal prices are set to rise and foresight can produce at the lowest levels and they still have financing available with accounts receivable and millions in the bank. Business is obviously continuing with them bidding for more. Reward worth the small risk here! $$
Hitting 07 then finishing the day with an .085 bid is what he meant by turnaround

Murray Energy’s bankruptcy is also being portrayed as a victory for climate change. But that is hardly the case. Murray said the bankruptcy was necessary for the company to access liquidity. That cash may very well help Murray Energy boost its export operations. After peaking in 2012, coal exports from the United States fell in subsequent years. They are near record highs once again and Murray Energy is positioning itself to become a prime beneficiary. The company has certainly made those intentions clear in interviews and actions.
In 2018, Murray told the Wall Street Journal that surging demand for coal in Asia had revived its business after a corresponding slump in domestic markets. The company is also ramping up sales in India with a London-based trading firm. India, incidentally, is the largest importer of coal from the United States.
Murray Energy has acquired stakes in prominent coal producers and mining complexes to prepare for this export boost. It acquired coal mining complexes in Mission Coal in Alabama and West Virginia in March this year. In 2015, Murray acquired a controlling stake in Foresight Energy, an Illinois company that claims to have some of the biggest coal reserves in the country. Foresight exports coal to Europe, South America, India, China, Africa, and the Middle East. In its most recent quarter, Foresight exported nearly 1.7 million tons or over 33% of total sales volumes.
In other words, Murray Energy’s bankruptcy filing is a sleight of hand, one that could mean a pivot away from domestic markets to international ones and displaces carbon emissions from within the United States to outside it.

FELPU should be on high alert for everyone! Best OTC stock out there. 550 Million net assets and over 80M cash and almost a billion in annual revenue! .11 ridiculously low with a book value of 40-60 times higher depending on which analyst you go with. Restructuring their debt right now and deadline is DEC 1st to get it done.

The Obama administration initiated reforms to the BLM leasing system and tried to secure more money for the public. But the Trump administration has rolled back those reforms, including by suspending a rule change that would have increased royalty payments by basing the royalties on the ultimate buyer of the coal — in many cases overseas clients — rather than cheaper interim sales to pass-through U.S. companies.
So many usages for Coal! With growing economies and infrastructure there is a huge need for steal and concrete and coal is needed for these purposes!
Coal isn’t going anywhere https://www.worldcoal.org/coal/uses-coal
People going to be chasing soon
Over 11M shares traded since open and only up a few cents something doesn’t smell right. BNGO has turned into a dilution machine. I’m a believer in the tech but ever since the offering it’s fought the ask. Not bashing at all but most likely back to 1.05 area before close or by end of week
Once again Foresight is not in Bankruptcy, please educate and try and understand what’s going on. Will they claim BK down the road who’s to say but this interest payment being missed was pre meditated with what’s going on with Murray and the coal markets. They have 42M cash and 25M more On it’s way and only a small interest payment . They asked for a an extra 60 day extension to negotiate new terms for the future. Murray’s BK is not foresight’s and they were left out
It would take many many years for economies to get off coal, like several! China and India alone do not produce natural resources and China is building their economy on coal as we speak. Technology will reduce the effects of coal. Not to mention all the steel is being built from coal and that will only grow. Coal is not going anywhere and will be around for the rest of anyone’s life’s posting on this board.
Lol Foresight was left out of the bankruptcy and all of its assets and they operate on their own. The judge said it was okay to continue doing business together and Foresight hired private council to oversee the Murrays Bankruptcy to protect Foresight’s assets and business. Please do a little more DD before you post non factual information. If you truly read the quarterly’s you would understand Murray’s BK has nothing to do with Foresight’s.
Please show us where they have filed for chapter 11! This is not Murray
If they were going to file for voluntary bankruptcy they most likely would have done it with Murray instead they hired an independent council to oversee Murray’s Bankruptcy so their interests are protected and asked for a 90 day extension from OCT 1 negotiate new terms. IMO a chess move here to make sure they get what they want in the new terms. BK isn’t good for the creditors and Foresight has cash on hand with money to borrow if they need to. All mines going to be up and running with the ports open to export
Smart man, have a great holiday and enjoy cherish the family time! Cheers
What are you talking about it pulls right up with no issues at. Jake News as always.
What are your thoughts on this
This thing is coiled and feels like it could go at anytime
Excited to see what happens when they have everything in order and filings start to role out
Sad to think this but with all these homes going up in smoke lately Incablocks technology is fire retardant and earthquake proof at the same time! Insurance companies I would think would be a lot cheaper in those zones if built with Incablock. I think most people who truly know the DD may have gotten away from what Global Habitat really has going on here. The juice will be worth the squeeze here all imo
Imo there are some great updates (plural) coming in the next 3 weeks. The 25 Million insurance deposit alone will be great then you add on new terms of restructuring the debt along with a new business plan and all mines open and operating at the lowest cost possible (read filings). This thing is bottomed out and only going up from here! Most cheaper shares have sold now and setting anew base. Get what you can at this point! If it goes lower it won’t go under .08 IMO
The delisting already happened this is just letting us know the company did not contest this and in my opinion it’s another strategic move to show weakness for restructuring and moving things forward. Once all debt restructuring is done and new business plan in place they can then up list to the exchange again if need be. With What’s being going on with Murray they also need this stock price as low as possible due to the amount of shares they own. They want to have the weakest balance sheet for BK approval imo
Production not persecution damn phone
They were granted 90 days from OCT 1st to make the interest payment and negotiate the new terms. They are obviously making the payment since they have 42M cash and 25M more coming from the insurance claim. They are restructuring everything and also protecting themselves for future business. My opinion they will kick up prosecution from 5M a quarter to 8 million or so and start exporting a lot more. All imo but if you read filings exporting to other countries is the Big future, again imo. They can really kick up revs if they want to
This was take from the 8K on Oct 29th in regards to Murray’s Bankruptcy and then being the debtors. The last part is amazing for For Foresight that they hired an independent conflicts council to protect Foresight’s business. This says a lot about the future here.
In its filings with the Bankruptcy Court, the Debtors have indicated that they intend to continue performing their obligations under the Murray Contracts during the pendency of the Murray Chapter 11 Cases. On October 31, 2019, the Bankruptcy Court approved an order permitting the Debtors to continue performing their intercompany transactions with FELP. Although FELP and the Debtors currently intend to continue performing their respective obligations under the Murray Contracts, there can be no assurance that FELP or the Debtors will not, in the future, reject, repudiate, renegotiate or terminate the Murray Contracts. Additionally, as FELP noted in a statement filed with the Bankruptcy Court, the board of directors of FELP GP LLC has appointed a conflicts committee composed of independent directors tasked with closely monitoring the Murray Chapter 11 Cases and protecting FELP’s interests with respect to the Debtors.
I believe that the majority of the float is being held and those who have wanted to sell their shares for a discount have, so the price for a significant amount of shares will keep rising. Updates could be fuel to the fire
If you read the last quarterly and the production they did and the revenue off that then you can read their forecast of how much they plan to produce in the coming months and year then you can really have an idea what their revenues will be!!!! All that being said with reorganising their debt along with a lower budget. Now if you want to really get crazy see how much estimated coal they have in the ground and times that by what why have been making and you have billions of revenues. China deal happens and this goes even higher
Strong close, people are coming back in realizing what’s to come here
