You may be right except for these reasons.
1. You made all that up and none of it is based on facts.
2. If hanks is a pumper, he is the worst pumper in the whole uni!
3. Hanksl/MMEX have accomplished everything they said they would so far, correct? Come on now, tell the truth EVERYTHING HAS BEEN RIGHT ON SO FAR!!
Well the business im in people make offers, spend money on DD on all the time before they have financing. Thats what underwriters expect.
I absolutely agree, just wish they would announce financing so some would go away. Your a good supporter of MMEX. Thank you!
You too, and be safe!!
Thanks for the info concerning MMEX. With me driving by the MMEX Oil refinery site looking at them building it from the highway from a very long distance away and with hills in my way and flying private all the time and my extensive holdings in the permian basin and NY and New Mexico. I hardly have time to research Jack Hanks, MMEX and everything they have going on. Now I gotta go research the company you're talking about. Wheww, I have my work cut out for me. I'm also so busy posting on here concerning MMEX 24/7 time is something I don't have much of. But since I'm so crazy rich and shorting MMEX, heck I can afford to have someone do it for me. BTW, I know everything concerning MMEX, I'm the best.
Absolutely and very well said!
Really, me too. near Callahaghan and Sage. Where are you?
Speak for yourself, I bought more! Buy low sell high.
Well let's see. There has yet to be "concrete" news about financing since the beginning and the price has continued to rise, albeit there is obvious fluctuations, less than 200 days ago the price was $.0001, so yes I would say it has risen substantially. Facts are facts so let's stick to what we actually can verify. This is not going to get built in a day.
Just goes to show, Hanks knows what he's doing! Good find!
Gotta love the chart pattern.
Another great post pointing out that someone believed enough in MMEX to take shares in the refinery being built in exchange for start up capital. Every company needs start up capital, correct! The money has to come from somewhere. And yes there was $400k in notes that financed all the 100% verifiable milestones that can be verified at http://www.mmexresources.com/.
There's also this excellent article as well. Good luck buying MMEX cheap shares. Hope you do well.

Absolutely correct that it's a great opportunity to buy more shares. Those photos were awesome depicting the groundbreaking. Good call on realizing the photo op was a great event establishing MMEX as a real and viable company building a refinery.
Sweet Caroline, gotta love it.
It might be that MMEX cannot build on the land because the earth is flat and the train would just fall off the edge of the earth. That is the type argument that the otherside presents over and over and over. Good job on refuting each one with actual facts and DD. Facts that anyone can verify. Yet they seem to play the part of the ostrich!
WOW, JUST WOW. FRONT AND CENTER, HUGE PHOTO OF JACK IN YOUR "IT'S NOT REAL" FACE HANKS. HUUUUUUGE ARTICLE. Best advertisement yet

Hey, look at all those fake people who were photoshopped in the fake sky onto the fake ground all wearing fake close. Dang it, this means America is fake also.
Very nice find, kinda shuts up those other people!
BTW
PROJECT FINANCE
VFuels is a US company and is therefore eligible to assist its clients in obtaining financing and bank guarantees from the US Export-Import Bank (EX/IM). Qualified buyers can be financed for up to seven years on 85% of the US content of their projects and 30% of the local content at very attractive rates.
Cash down payments of 15% are required for EX/IM support, after which 100% of the project is guaranteed through EX/IM.
Correct, this is a great deal. As your post implies it is only a deal of the price goes way up and you are correct these are good deals right now. Buy low-sell high good call.Go MMEX!!
Yes Jack is dumping a lot more money into MMEX maybe even buying back shares, good call on that one.
No reason not to expect good news. Jack Hanks and the MMEX crew have come through 100% with zero pumping involved. Here are a few things to look forward too.

Project Milestones and Timeline

CDU CRUDE SUPPLY AND OFFTAKE AGREEMENTS SIGNED
CDU FINANCING CLOSED

LARGE SCALE REFINERY FEED STUDY COMMENCED
LARGE SCALE REFINERY TCEQ PERMIT APPLICATION FILED
When MMEX announces financing this will really take off. So many people are watching to see which way this is gonna go. Financing will seal the deal and expire and silence about 10 on here. Should be soon. I'm thinking with construction commencing very soon a nd CDU Financing closed things are looking great!
looks like everything mentioned here concerning MMEX has been accomplished and confirmed rather easily and in a timely manner. So much for that one, NEXT!
Thanks for the detailed accounts and factual information which firmly refutes the negative post which definitely zeroes in on the incredible events that are bringing this refinery talk to fruition!
I will be keeping my shares in MMEX and will be adding more based on verifiable facts and not someone's opinion on the internet! Especially since MMEX can be verified along with all their accomplishments but the suspect altruistic post of opinions are just that.
The more MMEX surrounds themselves with these professional outstanding and easily verifiable companies the better I feel. The reason is simple.
All of these companies at one time probably was asked from someone on their team or an outsider like us. What do we/you know about MMEX and Jack Hanks? They then probably assigned someone to find out all they could about their potential client.
I'm sure one of the question brought up with MMEX and written into the contract ( A contract that benefited the company doing the work) how and when will we get paid and the penalties for default?
I was also thinking about the loans MMEX received. MMEX/Jack Hanks may not be able to touch his own money due to financing qualification process but these companies needed deposits etc..to get started.
In the real estate business this happens all the time, funds have to be seasoned and verified for an x amount of time before they can be used in the qualification process. I really do not know if that is similar in MMEX case or not.
But I do know that there is not a negative post on here that is convincing me to sell my shares!
I don't know about you but I'm keeping my shares and will be adding more as money comes in. MMEX has followed through on everything so far. This has really gotta be the worst scam/P&D ever! Someone needs to tell MMEX that your not to actually supposed to build something.
So, a whole new group of post have come out concerning MMEX and the past. Grant you, I too was thinking for many many months this was a potential scam and had all the earmarks of one.
But in conclusion there are way too many reason why this is going to be built then there are that this was a scam. If this was a scam they have definitely changed their mines.
You can see and verify this easily. Look at everything that has been accomplished. look at the NEED for a refinery, look at the DESIRE by everyone from Trump on down to the common man who supports a strong independant America.
This is not brain surgery this is just putting pieces of a puzzle together. It's not like this is the first refinery ever. This is a cookie cutter operation like building any other building or project.
Anyone wanting MMEX to fail is wanting America to fail. This is a go!
Dang it, Now they have to scam the whole world!
Thanks for putting that together. After analysing the buy numbers and the PPS at which they kept buying makes me feel way much better.
Yes, to no avail. Maybe if we all did it the same day everyday for a week or two we would force them for an answer!
Wow CEO, MMEX is looking good. I too am having that same problem. MMEX is definitely making the right moves towards the refinery. Why do you think they don't put out at least a small PR statement to the shareholders? He did it once before.
MMEX has made around 27 SEC filings this year alone. i think it's safe to say they are moving in the right direction even if the are clueless about informing their shareholders.
I would not be surprised to see this go to $5.00 and above before Christmas. I think Capital partners might see to that.
I will address each of these concerns one by one.
1. For those of you still having remaining enthusiasm for MMEX, it is instructive to take a look at a similar project, the MDU Resources-Calumet Dakota Prairie Refinery, now a part of Tesoro’s Mandan operation in North Dakota.
This means it IS POSSIBLE for MMEX to build a refinery refuting all claims that it can't be done!
2. As an aside, Jack, and other’s claims that no new refinery has been built in the U.S. since the 1970’s is wholly false. He is such a clown he lacks facts about the sector he proposes to enter - Dakota Prairie broke ground in March 2013, and went into operation in May of 2015.
Big deal so he misspoke a little, we all do it!
3. By early 2016, it was clear that Dakota Prairie was doomed, and it shuttered. Its assets were acquired by Tesoro in June of 2016 for $28.5-million, assumption of an additional $66-million in debt, and a $10-million operating capital payment.
IT WAS BUILT THOUGH RIGHT! Couled easily have failed for many various reasons, such as poor management or where it was built. MMEX is being built in the Permian Basin in Texas!
4.Dakota Prairie’s story is a near identical to MMEX’s fantasy tale:
Why is Dakotas refinery legit and MMEX a fairytale. At least we know now MMEX will be built!
5. Like the Underpants Gnomes of South Park fame, Dakota Prairie’s plan was similarly flawed
Here the post criticizes Dakota Prairie BUT HERE PRAISES THEM "Dakota Prairie had a credible underpinning and structure - a JV and SPV project financing structure, no toxic, floor-less convertible debt, no OTC (Pink or QB) baggage, a credible management and start-up team."
KINDA MAKES YOU DOUBT THE POST AND GO HMMMMMMM.
6.MMEX has none of the positive qualities that MDU Resources-Calumet has,
Just a complete assumption!
Was GS Capital involved with DRYS at one time? Anyone know?
I didn't flip this time but I sure should have when DarkPool said too (I really need to listen to that guy more often). Jack is not exactly doing you and me and all the other shareholders who believe in MMEX a favor. He releases nooo explanations/forward statements/PR's or anything that might be encouraging. Yes,I know he doesn't need to. But the only reason this is down is because of Jack Hanks and his inability to give a crap about the common shareholder. But, I will say, at least he's not a mindless pumper of the stock. Don't be so quick to call other people greedy. You invest in penny stocks, there not exactly the cream of the crop. Everyone here is to make money, some people are just way smarter than others.
Is this the same GS Capital Partners?

So, this could have hit someone's big radar screen and they decided to place several big orders. The mm's have to fill those orders but they do not have to report it until the end of the day! Hmmmm
Yep, I agree with you. Who has to file to purchase large blocks of shares? Institutions?
