Something has to happen to get more eyes on this stock. CEO is doing nothing to get the word out.
Tomorrow what are we looking for to confirm bullish trend?
Fair enough
Cash and cash receivables were increased to $1,687,068, and as of May 15, the Company has $1,078,964 in cash.
That's just it, don't compare $SING, WHICH HAS REAL REVENUES, with a company that has all is revs on paper but only collected like 19k.
Then i would say that $SING is way more than "weed centric". They had 1.6 million in revs last year(2013) OUTSIDE$ of the mmj sector. $SING ENTERED a JV, they are not putting out a PR saying they intend to. I would say some one doesn't know what he is talking about....
Here is your outstanding shares:
Market Value1 $56,788,315 a/o Jul 28, 2014
Shares Outstanding 3,086,321,486 a/o Feb 07, 2014
Here is SING:
Market Value1 $3,582,658 a/o Jul 28, 2014
Shares Outstanding 263,430,738 a/o Jul 09, 2014
YOUR stocks revenue are in accounts receivable...meaning not realized yet, so may be written off in the futrue.
Sing collects the revs they make
Good luck trying to compare YOUR JUNK stock with many shares and MAYBE revs to SING with little shares and positive revs
When you say they do more, you mean SING right?
Here is my question to Greenstar:
Thank you for the response. But the original 100+ that Chris has as clients for Greenhouse remain in Greenhouse?
This is currently being discussed toward a win-win
What numbers am I making up? Mills said the average terminal brings in $480 a month. As per comments on Facebook, Greenstar does not carry over any Greenhouse accounts as of yet but they are working on a win win to hopfully make it happen. And as per the PR they have 7 account with possibility of adding 3-5 last week. Where are the numbers I am making up?
a – Projected Immediate revenue streams (1.4 Million)
Think this may be the incorporation page for Singleseed. It doesn't list company officers or home office address. The incorporation date is early July and is the same state sing is incorporated.

Bye, see you in a year then. You shouldn't have to grace us with your investor savvy for 365 days. I am sure no long here has seen this stock do the same thing after each PR. Not breaking any news here....See you next July
I think it was Chris Mills that was going to be a speaker? I could be wrong.
If my speculation comes true and singleseed acquires Greenhouses interests, people will be unhappy that they deceided to flip this.
1.6 million in revenues for 2013, all outside the mmj sector. We are an up and coming company in the mmj sector.
Company also has anew software recently deployed that allows golfers to use their phone to pay at the beverage cart when they are playing their round. Text2bid, software for auctions and chrity auctions that allows bidders to make bids from phones and monitor other bids on the item they are bidding for. Pay by text, allows consumers to use an app downloaded on their phone to pay for items at participating retailers...Lots of stuff to offer with low share structure.
unbelievable share structure:
Share Structure
Market Value1 $3,767,060 a/o Jul 21, 2014
Shares Outstanding 263,430,738 a/o Jul 09, 2014
Float 178,179,308 a/o Jul 09, 2014
Authorized Shares 530,000,000 a/o Jul 09, 2014
Moving up the breakout board, lets get to the top to show some new investors what a rarity a penny like this is.
Buys are way out pacing the sells. Like the looks of this. Low float, won't take much to lite this fuse.
Sing up 12.5%, think adcs is the wrong horse in this race. Too many shares, too easily manipulated.
I have a feeling that the deal that will rocket us is a Greenhouse buy out. What else could ramp up accounts that rapidly. Was just disappointed to hear such a low number for accounts signed. But i am over it. 7 is better than zero and we are moving up. Was actually hoping the next PR would be a company wide Singlepoint update, which would include non-mmj business that SING is involved with.
Fair enough, but don't put out tweets about rocketing past annual sales expectations when you have 7 out of 240 signed.
You do realize that Chris mills said on average 480 a month per account? That's 5700 a year, not 100k.
This isn't GE selling turbines to Boeing, don't big time it more than it has to be.
Don't foo foo this? I am not the one who made claims of closing 50 accounts per show. We have had 3 shows, should be up sing 150 accounts.
we have had 3 events now and only 7-10 accounts signed, what makes you think another show will bump this number greatly?
yes but sing has had boots on the ground for about 6 months and they only have 7 accounts? not worth the twitter pump for that. 3 shows now and 7 accounts. They had projested 240-250 for the year(2014) not sure they will make it at this pace. How do they figure meet or beat expectations? Another build up to a great PR only to be slammed down when released. This will drop pps
7 accounts is good news? They built up thr PR to tell us 7 accounts have been signed, not worth the twitter pump they did. This should drop the pps of both shares.
7 accounts? wow seems very low. If sales people are exceeding expectations, expectations must be low.
This is a very good sign. They at first said updates would be in the coming weeks, now they are almost done with updates and will be released soon. This means they closed on some deals quicker than they thought they would. GO $SING
PURE SPECULATION FOLLOWS: I think we have two different things happening here. 1. I think they may be closing a couple of those accounts in Washington that have multiple dispensaries. 2. I have a gut feeling that Singlepoint (thru Singleseed) is going to buy out Greenhouse. I think they may throw some preferred shares at Chris Mills(say 5-8 million) and buy all contracts and Chris would remain CEO of Greenstar. This would leave Singlepoint/Singleseed as 66% owner. Again this pure speculation.
But every terminal can take cc once cleared by the feds. The fed allowing cc transactions also kicks in the pay by text platform. This is big. Singlepoint has been buttering up prospected customers for the last 6 months waiting for the Fed to allow banking. The fed easing regs opens up more options than it eliminates.
Yes they accept those forms of payment if you have a pin number which makes it a cash transaction.
Not to butt in on a conversation but just used my debit card at Costco and had to use it as a debit card not a credit card, meaning I entered my pin. Why? Because Costco doesn't want to pay the fees of credit cards. Think Costco would be a "other business vertical" that is pretty successful.
Greenhouse payment solutions has used this business model for the last few years and had proved it works. I also believe Chris Mills stated in the pot stock radio interview that he has sold units outside the mmj business, think it was for a few mom and pop restaurants.
If Greg was such a snake he would be diluting the hell out of this stock, but he isn't. Exceeding sales expectations in a PR is good news. Could mean they have quarterly goals and the sales team is going above that. Then to come back and say a deal may come that will rocket past goals is a great follow up. They are working on a deal that apparently would significantly increase clients. I have some ideas but need to put some thought into how it may work.
I asked Singlepoint, on Facebook, if they had any updates on the non-mmj side of the business; here's the response:
Yes working on a company update to inform everyone on company wide news
SinglePoint ?@_Singlepoint_ 17m
More
Working on our latest deal that could potentially rocket us past our sales goals. Really excited to update everyone within the coming weeks!

Breakout boards are based only on volume of posts. If daily average posts are up there her on the breakout board. A non-event.
Yes every company involved with the mmj sector lists everyone of their customers. Actually better yet can you name ANY other mmj company that lists their clients?
SING is involved with Greenhouse thru Greenstar, one of Greenhouse's biggest supporting customers is Denver Relief. Denver Relief owns two dispensaries i believe. They have the cashless ATM technology.
So to recap, show me another mmj comapny that lists their clients.
From the PR today:
praising his SingleSeed sales team for already better-than-expected sales performance,
