Good...
I hope they have increased their position...
The filings are so much fun to read...I have a headache now from squinting at my screen thanks to you..LOL
Near the bottom of page 29 of the Q is a reference to the current liability question you raised..It looks like the vast majority of that "current Liability" number is attributed to the ICE subsidiary, leaving the Torvec liability number around $100,000, which is peanuts...I guess it appears in the Q's due to the consolidated nature of the Q's...here is the statement from page 29...
" During the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2006, the company had accounts payable and accrued expenses of $1,733,000, of which $1,653,000 is attributable to our ICEsubsidiary."
Don't tell anyone.....
Check out the link below.....it's part of a top secret prograqm at Torvec being conducted in their JWD program (Jungle Warfare Decoy)...
http://www.african-safari-pictures.com/image-files/baboon-pictures.jpg
This is their "Trojan Baboon", powered by a Torvec 200 horsepower pump that weighs 4 ounces...Can you believe how real it looks..? They "worked" with a number of politicians to get the prototype just right..
Please keep a lid on this project...they absolutely donot want Eaton to know what they are up to..
Again, good job numb...
Now that you point it out..how could we have missed it.....
"I wonder why they are articulating it in this manner."
They are trying to throw us off their scent....it's a classic head fake designed to confuse us..it's a decoy... brilliant...! A strategic masterpiece...!
You seem to have inadvertantly uncovered their top secret plan known as Operation OskKosh BeGosh...Now that your on to them, they will obviously have to change course....good work..
Very interesting....
Take a look at this...

Well...
I guess I'm going to have to live with being wrong again then...
I agree Leit..
There are 25 things on the recent list of signals in my opinion that added together are telling us something...
all we need to know now is what, who, when, why, where and how much...other than those few items, we know everything...
No worries...
We're going to have a 315 wing...
"We got a pool and a pond".....
My hunch...
Yes ..I think something will happen before the shareholder meeting....when I add up everything going on in the last 4 or 5 months, I can reach no other conclusion...
In the mean time, even though dyna doesn't think this stuff goes on, the MM's and/or some organization with a MM connection will continue to attempt to create doubt and try to control volume in both directions...i wacthed them do it today taking it from 4 to 3.60 with about 5 really small trades to knock out those bids with no volume behind them...what did that do...it created some volume for the mm's ...volume = $
I am going to continue to sit back and enjoy the ride and think happy thoughts...I stand by my earlier thought on share price and valuation...my exit strategy is in the 20's....I can be very patient on this because I am convinced the company has the goods......
Does anyone have a tissue...
Hey Sec...
All kidding aside.....I saw that you posted last night at 3 in the morning...I hope this investment isnot keeping you up and casuing you an abnormally high degree of stress...and I mean that...There is plenty of reason to be optomistic here...don't let the fact that no deal has been signed yet beat you down...give this thing some more time to gain the traction that many feel is coming...
I've been "trapped" in a few investments before..it's no fun. I realize you wish younever heard of Torvec right now...If I may, why not try and have some faith in the company and let em execute ...I know it's been a long time but when I look at the last 4 or 5 months , I can't help but remain convinced that our investment in Torvec is right..regrdless of the personalities and the past, since your in it and can't get out easily, why not try supporting the troops per se and look to the recent events as positive signs for the company's prospects..
I see alot of reasons to be optomistic about Torvec...
Ok...in good faith I went back and read it a few more times...
and I tried several times to connect all the dots listed in the post...I did it over and over and each time they all connected to the same person...you're not going to believe who it is...
it's KEVIN BACON....!! I couldn't believe it either...it really works..!!
Have a nice evening everyone...today was fun...!
Below is my attempt at a summarized translation of SECFAN's post...
"I am always pissed off"
To all....
Could someone please translate what SECFAN just said... I swear to you that I read it 5 times ....
Hi trucker..
The MM's, among other more traditional activities, engage in the process of buying or selling a security to sometimes create what could be a misleading appearance of active trading for the purpose of raising or depressing the price to induce a purchase or sale by others...
When the volume slows some, they create it themselves, sometimes up, sometimes down...not a darn thing we can do but watch it happen..in high volume, the MM's step aside and let it run it's course...they love this time right now...
Artguy...
Excellent, logical post as usual...
FYI - I can assist you in the area of active wear in the following catgeories:
Clownwear - our fall line up is now being racked
Cheerleader - please visit our second hand shop bursting with inventory..some very good deals
Idiot - we have a few things left over from last season, so be forewarned that you might not find what your looking for here..
Doltwear - We have our suppliers working on that as of this afternoon...
The MM's sure know how to shove these OTC.BB stocks around...
they know where the stops are and how to work the spreads to entice enough shares to shake loose and hit the stops...it's what they do...
"I see why the dolts are a little nervous."
Make up your mind... clowns or dolts...and if it's dolts, I've got a problem....I have no idea how to dress for that....
I shut mine off at night....
I don't want the SEC getting in to my computer at night and looking at me from inside the computer while I'm in my "It's all about Me" jammies...
dread...
I'm showing zero traded real time this morning so far...
yesterday closed with about 9,000 shares in the last few minutes to bring the total for the day to 30,000..
Hi there....
what's your name...come here often...?
would you like to come back to my place and see my clown shoes..?
Thanks Barry...
On Friday's...
there will be a happy hour followed by seeing how many of us can fit into the FTV which we will have out back...
Right now....
I am sitting in my office with nothing on but a big red fake nose and my size 27 clown shoes squeezing one of those oooga horns..
My last observation before moving on to other things...
Has it ever occured to you that actual progress is being made at Torvec...?
Has it ever occurred to you that it is remotely possible there may be some strategic forces working against Torvec and it's investors at times...there is alot at stake?
And that just maybe the company has an actual strategic game plan it is executing that none of us will ever hear about that is causing your investment to perform better and get you back your money and make you a profit...?
Thanks for sharing your ideas...
Your friend...Bozo
LOL....
Look SEC..
Aside from the fact that you are on your 3rd alias here, I appreciate some of what you contribute...what I don't get, and I think others here don't get is that you get mad at people here for not answering questions that could only be answered by people working at Torvec...
This forum isnot going to give you what you want, which appears to be access to inside information..so relax and enjoy the espirit d'core that we have all developed here..no one here can answer the vast majority of those questions...some could probably be answered if people would pick up the phone and call the company..if they don't have the number they can call Randy Overmyer and get it from him...I am sure he probably knows it by now...
Hakuna Matatta.....
Now that is funny....LOL!!
By now he knows who Torvec is...call him back and ask him to put in a market order to buy 50,000 shares of Torvec...LOL
Have a good one..
Hi dig...
you're still lurking...why dont you email Torvec and tell em...would be tough to have dinner with them...I dont live anywhere near NY....the "Torvecian is a Gleasman " thing went away a long time ago..
Almost forgot....what did your post the other day mean..."who is Randy Overmyer"..? No clue...
Another preferred sale...Class A ...
...note that this indicates investors..not investor...some here have been trying to suggest that if THE preferred investor goes away, what happens to Torvec...I bet there are a bunch of preferred buyers ..not one..and the frequency of these transactions to me is a another sign of something positive to come for Torvec...
