Big days ahead! Thanks for the legwork paintpimp.
I see the run starting this afternoon and continuing next week in anticipation of the contract news.
IMHO
"Company secures several meetings with potential Acquisition Candidates and Plans to add Vega Biochar, Inc. as additional Subsidiary"
The state of Wyoming allows for shares to be used in exchange for anything of value (goods, services, property, etc.).
I am thinking they try to purchase controlling interest in a biochar company and put our name on it.
What I get from the news is- we are looking to acquire, not merge or j/v in the biochar industry.
Paintpimp- How many biochar companies are in your area? I'm curious who the other acquisition possibilities are?
As per this link, in Wyoming there is no limit on the number of authorized shares.
My favorite part of this link, "shares can be issued in exchange for anything of value".
That is a very good sign on things to come.
Someone should have given me that memo. The MM's were playing games today
Should have joined me on that task today.
My mill has been filled!
I put in a buy for my last mill this morning.
I see green, lots and lots of green!
Mega vega this week, or just a medium move. Doesn't matter just know we're going up from here.
So what do we have here so far:
PR release this coming week is expected, on the trip to Colorado, insight on current activity and or possible contract news, who knows.
Also a trip to Washington within the next two weeks.
The joint venture has been confirmed in more ways than one by multiple parties on this board, along with confirmation from a council member from Allendale, SC, who also stated they had their eyes on a property there, no address yet, and confirmations they have contacted several companies about their timber and agricultural waste locally.
Agri-Tech has collaborations with a financial company.
What more do we know here?
Looks like my sale .01 didn't go through it last week, I will let it ride again this week.
Need to get off the bid. No more cheapies, raise the bids!
The part I like most about Joseph James bio is- Funding has now been committed and the plant is scheduled to open in Q4 2014 or Q1 2015. I looked into him but I did not see that before, thanks WK
This thing is looking better and better every time I look the chart. And now knowing one person made most of the sales today, I am seeing green tomorrow!
DD per gator, copied and pasted-
The Allendale (SC) County commissioner for district 5 confirms the news in today's PR: Vega/ATP has indeed an option on a site within the city of Allendale for the production of biofuel products and they have commitments from suppliers for the raw material needed to convert to bio-renewable fuels. This site is only about 1000 ft. from a rail line to Savannah's port. He also confirmed the county has been working with Joe James for some time! Can you say pennyland?!!
Go Vega/ATP
I agree. As WK pointed out, KG*T jumped .015 cents when contract news hit and people were chasing it up to get in.
Your spot on... This can explode with the contract news!
I can see why funding might be an issue, has anyone looked into Agri-tech? I don't know how the joint venture works out on paper but the torrefaction machine cost $5 million. If they're doing a joint venture with a machine like that, there are substantial amounts of money to be made here, for the company and shareholders.
Patience equals money here.
First run of 300%+ is now consolidating in the 20's, not as high as we wanted but still pretty good. Next run, which should be this week or next, will probly hit the 70's and consolidate back in the 50's, so long as we don't get too greedy on collecting our profits and kill it
Thanks to Gator's DD this is what we know to be happening, copied and pasted cause I don't know how to share the link to his post:

I did not know what restricted shares were so I researched it. After researching it my guess is news will hit a short while after the restriction to not sell is lifted, therefore allowing all the employees of the company to double or triple what they were just paid in shares. Unless someone can provide a link showing the restrictions on these shares.
According to an article I read on Seeking Alpha, from April 27 2012.
The physician currently receives about $31 per Aloxi injection. However the peculiarities of reimbursement are such that if APF530 is priced at the same wholesale price Aloxi, for a period of around 6 to 9 months following introduction, the physician could make $78 for an APDF530 injection.
He then says he will explain it in more detail later but upon scanning it I never saw his detailing.
Gator can you elaborate on your info. I'm not trying to bash you, I believe you do have people in Georgia that can look out the window and tell you what's going on there. But I get the feeling that it's MM's business plan is to do a share reduction to raise the shareprice and then distribute shares to generate income for a company that won't be billing a customer for at least six months to a year minimum, And in doing so drive the shareprice back into the ground
I have no legal education, but that letter looked to me to be a public reassurance that Mike Molen has done nothing illegal with his company. Basically I think enough people have thrown mud at him about his actions with the company ( saying its an atm and so on) that he got an attorney to wipe it off and clean up his public image.
I'm an optimistic person and that's why I still have what's left of my investment setting in this company. I wish he would give us a sign one way or the other as to what the end game for Vega is.
If he puts out another news release basically giving us the runaround saying he's trying to do something with no evidence of something being done, then I will cut my losses and bail on this stock.
If he can provide visual/ physical evidence that there is forward progress then I will continue to trying get my losses back and support this company.
What's level 2 looking like?
I didn't get the email, I'm guessing no one liked the news seeing how the stock dropped.
Where's Gator with the 411 on MM?
Where is the big news story and update shareholders that was coming out last month?
As I said before,
phantom trades may explain it. It could also be a move played by someone outside the company, someone trying to bottom out the price before a story hits. With a positive story we could see a lot of buys, and wheather you admit it or not, we all think a positive story will hit eventually otherwise we would not continue tracking this stock. Think about it, from here they would get five times thier investment just to get back to where we were last Friday.
Seems like some phantom trading might be happening.
mrfenway I read your email from MM. I'm not conspiracy theorist like others, thinking this is an atm or they have plants trying to drive investors to or from the company but I do feel like a treasure hunter trying to piece everything together on this company as far as when/if its going to take off or go under. I'm curious how many others got the email, I know I didn't.
I don't dispute Molen's shadiness, but he has rules and regulations he has to follow, tho he may push it to the limit. I want nothing to do with Molen and his games, if thats what they are.
like metalhead said it looks like a bottom priceline is being held and i think its worth the risk.
penny stocks, like this one, are basically casinos. stay in too long and you'll loss your shirt.
I read into the hype that something was going to happen, I was new and still learning, and I am still learning now. I had another big loss I claimed last year so I let vgpr slide to this year to get some back on taxes. Now I may be rolling the dice again but I feel that its a small gamble compared to loss I've already indured.
From what I've read vega is to take on their lease soon, if its true and does happen I'm in on the ground floor for the next run. If it doesn't happen I can pull my recent and past investments and claim a major loss again this year, getting a decent return with it.
I have been in this stock for ten months, like most of you I started with a healthy investment($5000). Over the past week I have averaged down my investment to the tune of four times my initial stock holdings with a mere $500.
Some have asked if anyone know about the current activity and thats what I know. Gator might have been off on his dates by a little bit but I have looked over all info available to me, including all past posts, and I feel vega will be making a run some time over the next couple of months.
