Hey Penny man, for what it's worth and it may not be worth much, it appears they just updated their sphere structure within the last 48 hours on OTC markets so either they're about to do something or they're keeping current frequently for a specific reason whereas many OTC companies let it go for months without doing that thing. There's a good reason for somebody making the effort to do this so you might want to try a little harder to grab yourself some more shares as there may be something in the works.
Spock
Vinc, I get your confusion. There is a subset of investors that target certain percentages as their quote target end-quote price. I used to be one of those. In some circumstances I still am. It's just where you say once my investment makes x percent, I'm gone. This philosophy preserves and protects a profit and protects them from the onset of greed which leads to taking irrational risks. It's very simple, but somewhat rare here. It is a successful strategy though, even if conservative.
Spock
So far, after watching this for a bit I'm doing a little bit of DD, not enough, but at least a little bit, all of the key indicators are where they should be. So if they're trying to pull something off and it's something good they're doing it from a fantastic foundation.
From a float point of view it's no wonder why this thing can jump like crazy like a pencil rolling off the edge of a table. It doesn't take much. The float appears to be tiny. And a lot of these values that are near the float appear to be recent. That's important. That means they want people to know that they are on top of their share structure.
The minute I find anything that doesn't support a green light on this stock I will report it here, but right now based on what I have seen thus far this has everything it needs to be a winner. over the long weekend I will give it the serious going over it requires for me to be satisfied that I'm going to stay but right now that's what I'm inclined to do.
Spock
If, after all of the posts by very knowledgeable and reputable posters, tchalla, stervc, etc., you still feel like you do not understand what is going on here, then this may not be the play for you.
And not that I am anymore or less knowledgeable than they, I do have personal experience with BK courts. Perhaps they have as well. I do understand exactly what's going on here and I'm scraping together everything I can to put into this because I can see exactly where it's going. And I wouldn't want to miss it for anything I would be kicking myself down the block into the middle of next Tuesday if I missed this.
And I would be a foolish person not to say yes, the cruel hand of fate could come in here at any second and - everything up against the rocks but doing this is a risk game. The reward is so high I really don't have a justification for not taking it.
Feel free to write me if you have a question. But don't ask me to do work for you. If ever there was a case that understanding your DD was crucial, this would be one of them. I would be honored to help as many people as possible make out as well as possible but don't ask me to do your work for you.
Now let's get on with the day shall we? There are decisions and money to be made here.
Spock, hopefully...$pock.
Despite my portfailure getting some what decimated the past few days, I was able to grab a mighty healthy chunk of the 012s today. For this I am grateful.
After studying the salient points of that 27-page report, it seems pretty clear to me the judge is not about to go back to square one and start this all over again. As mentioned previously, he has signed off on the vast majority of the documentation that moves this bk plan forward.
After reading this, I'm taking the position that mostly anything I have left that's of any significant value is going to get moved over into this and I'm not looking back. Over the last few years I've learned a great deal about how this market works so even if I lose everything because I'm 100% dead wrong and the hand of fate came in and changed how this great meal was coming together, I can rebuild a much shorter time. I'm going for this. The risk versus the reward is quite acceptable for my perspective.
Good luck everybody. This is going to change a few zip codes for a good number of people.
Spockology 301
Seems like quite the effort to scare up $2.625 mill. But, hey, the stock has shown it has the ability to command quite a fair bit higher price without an S-1, so why the hell not, eh?
SPock.
Loopy. Speaking only for my self, my concensus is to buy as much as you possibly can now and hold. Do NOT find yourself being a chaser.
Just on what I purchased this morning I am up a mighty fine number of thousands of dollars. Sure. I could bail now with that profit and No one would fault me for doing that, HOWEVER, to bail now is to do a complete 180 from what my DD has told me to do. I am staying in and going well beyond the hearings. I understand the setup here and I see NASDAQ in the not too distant future at a signif higher price, I want to be there for it when it arrives.
Very best of luck to you. PLease, make a small fortune.
Spock..... no,scrap that. Make a large fortune.
Maryj: this did dip beneath a penny for a short while. I do hope you are in and adding wehn you can. This is a special case here, rather rare.
SPock.....
Pullbacks, as in mother of all?
I still can't believe it every time I turned around it was like down another quarter of a cent. So I find another way to grab another block and cannibalize some other position that I have been holding for a while because I think this one is going to be so very very much stronger than anything else I hold.
I've told other people about this one and I think everybody's done doing what they're going to do so they're at the sit and wait stage. either I'm right or I'm wrong as far as they're concerned.
There are other plays I would like to be in to be sure but at the moment nothing really holds a candle to this. I will agree though I've never witnessed a pullback quite as violent as that one. As I saw in a Latin dictionary once : wowsers!
Spockus
That's it exactly. We don't know where these gentlemen are going to take this shell. We don't know with whom or what they are going to merge. Until we have some sort of idea of where they plan to take this it's anybody's guess.
I would imagine that after the last couple of successes they've had that they want a big splash. They're going to want to make a big noise to attract even more business to their new company so since they obviously have a proven track record doing what they do I'm very content to sit back and wait and see what they're coming up with. Mr Cutler might be just hitting his stride right now and we're in the right place at the right time. Sit back and enjoy the ride.
Spock...... Vulcans like rides. That's why we always have a spare set of keys to one of the shuttles. You never know when we're going to feel like taking a Sunday afternoon spin around a nebula or black hole or something.
I forgot to mention that the MACD line is about to cross, too. And the cross is in favor of the share buyers like you and I. Just saying.
The very same Spock
Something possibly notable is beginning to happen. Over the last two sessions the AD line has shifted from people unloading shares to people loading shares. What's up with this so close to labor day? I had sold off very little of my position but I'm hanging on to the rest until I figure out why this is.
The website looks exactly as it should look for people who are very very curious like myself. I want to see this do well I want to see it fly I think people have been putting in a lot of hard work and a lot of long hours yeah. So why is it that now people are suddenly starting to accumulate instead of distribute? Who's got the answer to that question?
Spock.... I should have the answer and I don't. I'm a Vulcan after all. So don't sell your shares just yet. Something's going on and the charts reveal it.
When the price is on everything just drops the way they have the last two days I feel like somebody gave me a credit card with an unlimited line of credit and there's discounts everywhere. Sometimes I can hardly choose which one to put so much money into at any given moment. I feel so badly for the people who are being frightened and who are selling.
At this time in this market this is just my opinion but I think it's the absolute worst move you can make. The market movers are loading up their inventory for a major sell because they know the people want it and they know their job is to make sure things are liquid so they damn well better have enough shares to make everybody happy.
I cannot wait, can not wait for tomorrow and Friday. I'm jumping out of my skin with excitement. I think a few things are going to really rock it hard.
Spock .. or maybe I've had too much espresso? What do you think?
Nice work beandog.
Control block indeed. Looks like Mr Cutler's going to come out big and strong. Can't wait to see what he's got up as sleeve? This is going to be big fun. We have good people on this board don't we? Let me answer that.
Yes.
Spock..... Again I say, yes!
I happen to like where this is going. Everybody was red yesterday, and probably many will still be red. today.
So, if this close is red today it's got nothing to do with momentum. The entire OTC market has been read almost all day yesterday and will likely be for a good chunk of today as well. Barring any unforeseeables coming out of Washington or elsewhere Thursday and Friday should be big fun. And I'm not going to squabble over 00 this or 0.00 of that. I know where it's going to go and I'm going to be here for it.
Hang on everyone. This is what a wild ride often starts out like.
Spock..... Talk about a wild ride, ever been in a shuttle where the boosters are firing an opposite directions at the same time? Let's talk about a wild ride.
I have, over a rather short term learned how NOT to trust companies that will not treat their shareholders properly. I have learned it through Krbf, tmps and tivu. If this company wants to treat shareholders the way sits used to, well, then my money moves on to those who do this much better.
By way of c19, I give clhi September only.
Spock.
I'll be honest. I seriously thought it was going to take longer than one day to retrace. And I'm not dead certain it's fully happened yet, yet it looks like it has.
Now my little purse of BRTXQ is about 40,000 shares lighter which I will have to make up from somewhere else, dammit.
Sincerely, one mighty humble Spock
Tell you what, all I was doing was sniffing around the OTC for undervalued opportunities and I found this one. The volume is picking up, the key indicators are looking positive I've taken my starter position and I'm going to be checking in here everyday. I think going along on this one, at least medium term a year to 6 months ought to prove to be worthwhile, so here I am.
Spock....Adventure capitalist from the future where there is no money.
If sanwires, intercept's or Intercept pkus' business model seriously puts money back into the hands of their artists this could be a true game changer as historically musicians have been regularly screwed out of their dollars. Artists are without a doubt some of the worst money managers on the planet and they are very easy to rip off.
I'm ready to be a shareholder and I'm wondering if someday they might even consider representing me as an artist. I have to follow this one very closely as a musician.
Spock
That gorgeous GOLDEN CROSS could hit today. Be sure you're in ahead of time.
Spock....I beg you.
I actually came here to warn off investors because how very badly people here got hurt in the past. It was Sub-human in scope.
HOWEVER
Things are different now. Totally new leadership, looks like. Now, invest away.
Spock
Well, I'm the one standing naked in a Roman column with a Well Placed fig leaf. And a 1k buy just to see if i could get anything rolling.
Maybe I should remove the fig leaf and dance.
Spock
TFECY, if you're looking for a state-of-the-art lithium battery, check this one out. Whatever it is these guys are doing, man is it a serious game changer. And you want to talk about financial transparency and disclosure? I challenge you to find any company better at it than this one. Yes, I'm in.
SPOCK
Even if mkt conditions force a mild retrace/ consolidation the last thing anyone ought to do is to bail.
Ride it out. There's too much untapped potential here..
I dropped just 2g early yesterday aft on this. Another 5 g Monday morning will make me happier.
Spock... momentum had dollar value.
HH... fwiw, you make a very fine point reminding us of that STOP sign. For clhi, it's one of the indicators I look for each morning .
You fellas know there are lots of younger investors who run for the hills at the sighting of a stop sign.
Another point, if we have old-timers running the ship, they're not gonna greenlight anything until they are damn well satisfied everything.....and I mean EVERYTHING is set up properly. Any alterations plenty enough of an excuse to keep the horse at the gate.
This part of human nature I know well.
Long and Stronger every day..

Well this is where it gets very fun for me. I've got a chunk of change sitting around just waiting on another play that could literally strike any second or I can throw a piece of that chunk right down on here and push it over 15. The kicker is that I just saw it over 15 a couple of days ago and it didn't hold. In fact it slipped down to like under 11 after a day.
Hence the game. What to do? What to do? What to do.
Spock
So then, how small of a needle hit do we need to make to pop it up over 15 again?
Hmm?
Spock...not near my tab.
Okay, I can appreciate the value of getting in on a good thing early as much as anybody, honestly. Today I can buy for two and a half cents a year. Would I be too picky or too conservative to sit around and wait for this to be available at 2 sense of share and ignore the risk that it could pop up to six next Thursday morning?
Personally, at this moment in time I don't think the half a cent discount I might get waiting is worth that risk. I'd love opinions on this, just saying.
Spock.... What, exactly is two cents worth?
Not buying the " friends and family "argument. If I want to get treated disrespectfully,I have plenty of other places to go that won't cost me any of my aparently worthless loyalty and support.
I do not tolerate being expendable from any company. Don't have to .
I've made a decent return. Perhaps this company is not what I thought it was.
Time to think more heavily about Plan B, a portfolio without CLHI.
Sure wouldn't be the first time.
Spock
I posted the other what a sexy stock this is. The concept has an element of magic to it, which I find rare.
Not thrilled about the split ratio, but if they can pull this off, this will be a hot little ticket. Sure, it's going to take some time, but in my risk assessment, it seems like having maybe a million or three shares pre-split would be justified even if it dips post-split awhile before everything comes together.
I think by*c may have been in a similar spot and had a finance company buy up most available shares, then put the company on a rocksolid course, could also turn out to be an option to a r/s. Perhaps everyone could win w/ no split occurring. Just a thought.
I'm choosing to hang on, with a small outlay, to see where this may go.
Spock.....and Kirk might beam me into deep space for even considering this at all .
Hallelujah!!!
Vulcan choir in full throat.
I think MR. Cutler (DCGD) is an astute businessman from what I can find.
He knows how very important possessing an untarnishable history can be and he is working smartly to make sure his next chapter is attractive and lucrative in large part because on his name alone it valid for investors to have high expectations and great returns.
I can't own as much of this as I'd like to because the Federal Reserve had declined my request to print million dollar notes in my desired quantity. So I roll my pocket change and band my C notes.
Ready when you are Mr. Cutler.
Spock.....in spades.
Today is set up to be simply massive here. Everyone has the clear potential to grab, what they want and sell what they want.
Expect MMs to exert some control, as they always must. End of day will probably be big fun.
Covid is what made us have to wait much of the Summer and now Florida is getting some control back.
We ought to close those week here with a broad smile on our faces from coast to coast.
Spock.... just as I was able to do yesterday.
For sure I have never seen expectations dashed up against the rocks so many times without being realized. It's beyond pathetic, it's beyond explicable, yet here I sit with all of you and all of my expectations. Maybe tomorrow will break 15 cents a share. Maybe. I'll be here.
Spock.....15. ....15.......15
WUHNderbar. While I may not understand why the price gets so squishy at times it is presenting outstanding opps to grab more.
The setup and the product line are both elegant and will be well worth the wait.
Spock..Vulcans like elegant.
I'm scared to slap the ask. It backfires on me every single time.
I could have us in the trips by closing bell.
Spoerck
Well, enough of this bending over stuff. Makes me feel ooky.
I predict we close Friday at $0.15
Outrageous, isn't it?
Spock... You guys are just more limber than I find comfort with.
Renegade and HH are talking my language. Surely watching a stock explode into the stratosphere is big time fun but stair stepping it up the golden ladder is my favorite way to do this. I can't believe the technical issues versus the timing of TDS really want to blow the lid off everything but that's just life and maybe I don't even understand it clearly but I'm just about to sink another load into this cuz I think once they have this resolved we're off and sailing even nicer.
Spock
G.L., my last post was unclear. Sorry. I was unaware , via my information that the business was sold, but the r e. Was not.
S.pock.
GoingLong....you are correct. My information did not include the sale of the business, but not the r.e.
I think possibly I was referring to information I had seen that was posted prior to the sale of the business.
Spock.
Thank you.
