I agree, the SMA chart looks like a stretched rubberband ready to be let go.
There's been a slow "chipping" away at .0225s for the past week.
Hopefully, when Current staus is attained --- IMHO
PPS should be back at .0275s-.028s.
Then any news on contracts, deals, & such should
bring bigger volume & buying. Interesting to see because
I believe the Ask territory North of .03 appears to be thinner air.
Fingers-crossed.
OK, good to know --- thanks
Someone told me this before, how does it work?
I mean how can one "short" already bought shares?
Will it show on L2?
Thank you Blue, very imformative!
Alot of details in a nutshell;
albeit a rather big nut.
GLTA!
I will thanks, you too.
Have a good weekend everyone...
and of course,
GLTA!!
At least this week we got the Attorney Letter and
next week [hopefully], Perla goes Current.
Thought (hoped) it may happen today, but I read this (and the
Attorney Letter was dated & submitted on July 11th:
OTC Markets will automatically be alerted to the posted Attorney Letter and within 3 to 5 business days will:
-Confirm that a signed and dated Attorney Letter Agreement has been submitted
-Verify that company has met the requirements for Current Information
-Move the OTC Market Tier to Current Information or contact the issuer for further information.
So, God willing, next week PERL should be upgraded to Current status.
As they say, "Transparency Drives Liquidity."
Excellent post. And very informative to potential,
interested investors who are currently on the sidelines and
distracted by bogus information.
And to you potential investors --- get your funds locked, loaded,
and ready. When Perla goes Current, and news begins to
come out re: contracts, deals, the new facility (and
it's expansion) and acquisitions; well they won't remain
at these "cheapies" levels for long.
I'm sorry if I sound like a cheerleader --- but, it's what I believe.
GLTA!!
I already know who the contributing author for the fiction
part will be...
Stephen King, eat your heart out!
That's right....Before you build a nice
house, you have to lay a solid foundation.
Buying at the price levels we did, with yield a sign,
well it was a bit gutsy.
But as once was said "Fortune favors the bold!"
I agree 100%.
I hope that after going current, first thing they do
is sign-on a PR firm.
Then PRs/News on contracts, deals and such will have
more exposure.
And with the Current status, well it'll better during one's
DD than a yield sign.
Oh man, when FDA approval comes in ---
it'll be like one of those old Batman series
episodes "BAM" "POW"
Loading hard at those levels sure was gutsy-- for many of you.
But as they say : "Fortune favors the bold!"
Going to do the same, but I'm going to wait a bit longer---
more room to run for this one; and take out a small piece
to get more PERL (once they go current [hopefully tomorrow- for
sure next week]).
GLTA!!
It's not the Company dumping.. It's the folks
who bought many shares in the .0004s and .0005s (and there
were ALOT of them) who are selling portions of their
shares for 200% to 300% profit. Can't fault them;
very normal.
As long as there are new (or for that matter "old")
buyers for them, nothing to fret over now.
Thanks again Lee.
No problem, thanks Lee. I'll stick
with the yes answer.
With going Current in the short-term cards for us
now [hopefully tomorrow], we'll know soon enough.
Question for the board:
I am 90% sure, but I believe many of you
here are 100%.
I was asked: when a Company goes Current, is
the "chill" lifted?
I said yes. Correct?
It depends where they made the trade price. But in light of
the rise in the PPS the last couple of days... I'd say they're in trouble now.
If tomorrow continues at this pace... well, I wouldn't
want to be a short now.
After reviewing the Quarterly Report I saw that
both Anthony Guirerro (in 12/11) and Stuart
Myers (in 02/12) resigned as directors.
I was going to call the new IR number to ask the usual:
-If they've been replaced? If so, by whom?
-Are they in the process of replacing them?
-Circumstances (reasons) for resignation?
But holding off ---
I have a feeling we're in the
initial phases of a wave of news, announcements,
and press releases.
GLTA!!
I think the e-mail today was mainly to announce their
IR phone and the avenue shareholders have to questions
answered and such. The Attorney Letter looks like it
was submitted for approval to go Current.
When approved, they'll probably do the newswire PR route.
I think (hope) that deals, news, and contracts
are afoot for the near future; and they wanted to
spread the word that they dedicated a specific
contact number for investors [both current and future]
who will know doubt use it.
Good things coming.
Possibly tomorrow --- certainly
this week!!
Next: sign-on a PR Media firm --- then,
Deal, Contracts, and Acquisitions ... oh my!
Oh yeah, and Uplisting!
They're getting paperwork together:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=PERL&id=86011
Stringing a couple days like this, hitting
52week high is now within reach!!
You are 100% correct. And I must repeat, that link
of the FULL court document was classic! Thanks again.
Received the e-mail today from Perla. But honestly,
between your visit/meeting and Croire's phone interview,
my questions have alreadybeen answered.
Just holding and waiting.
Did pick up some shares here and there for the
past week when "our" buddy began his little post assault;
wanted to demonstrate his ploy was not going to work here!
And I loved how this board had a factual rebuttal for every claim!
Go PERL!
Speaking of charts: I'm starting to really like how the
6mnth SMA chart is looking...
GLTA!!
Oh yes... Hopefully, soon, we won't have to look too hard--
On a side note; it seems that the all the extra
banter generated as a response to our friend,
has moved PERL to #27 on the BB boards.
I may be incorrect, but it appears that Broadridge
is a bigger outfit.
It appears our "friend" has been hitting HIS OWN
Kool Aid a bit hard.
When one, with whom you have a friendly relationship, is
doing a service by contacting a CEO, and mis-spells his
name -- an innocent mistake... out of courtesy, you don't call him out on it. We knew what he meant.
But when one implies a criminal record where there was just a "fix-it" ticket (a super minor infraction), well that's not so innocent.
GLTA!!
What?! Expired tags?! In California that's a "fix-it" ticket.
You get current (I like that word) tags, have a cop "sign-off"
the ticket, and mail it in with with a $10. check (Admin fee)!
Hell, even I got that (years ago for "No Front Plate")
Nice link Spec... thanks.
Up 20%. Nice recovery from yesterday.
You are correct --- Enough Said!
Thanks to you and all those that followed-up on that topic.
The buying today was decent, but occurred just in one hour.
When the attorney letter [and going Current] happens
(hopefully soon), I hope PERL signs on a PR firm before new
announcements of contracts, etc.
Like it was said before, PERL needs new fresh eyes -- and
the buying volume they bring... the type that can push through NITE.
On the bright side -- a tight float gets tighter.
Nice buying today... all "Greens."
As a Long on PERL, I put more stock (and appreciate) the
work & research that you and Work have done than some post(s)
1year ago.
I've also learned from you guys AND others here. This is
not a naive board, and am glad to be a part of it!
I see the "deleted" message was re-posted. I did "google it"
as it suggested.
At first I was startled, but then I saw the complaints were in mid-2011.
I'm guessing this was around the time the Perla and Elm Tech merger had already finalized.
I remember reading [I believe from Croire's interview] that
D'Alberto was not too keen afterwards as PERL had absorbed
alot of Elm's problems and had unexpected expenses; and
the main reason he "cancelled" shares and reduced the O/S by 55% early this year.
In that case, I'll it take as "growing pains" and a learning
experience. The positive result from the merger was the "foot in the door" in the
Communications aspect of the business.
Since then, many deals and contracts were signed, and no
complaints since, suggesting things were put in order.
All is just IMHO.
Hoping for a good week ahead... GLTA!
The message you responded to was deleted [rarely see
deleted posts here], but from your response I gather it
was negative towards PERL.
Was it a "baseless silly" type of Comapany bash? Or maybe
not even worth mentioning/repeating?
Anyway, Go PERL!
