So I called Scotttrade and they don't have the terms of the warrants yet. They said to check back. I know this much: every share I purchase which was 2300, I received 8 warrants. How to exercise the warrants I don't know. I thought I read every 20 warrants is equal to 1 common share but its changed a number of times. Ill keep reading and see if I uncover something .

Let me know if you call them. I would like to know how the warrants work as well.

Mine just arrived. I think they expire in 2017 so from now until then.

Ok. I think I remember us discussing this. I must admit I'm a little confused as well. I just spoke to Scottrade and they stated I would have my warrants within 24 hours. I will know a little more than. Essentially they stated that for every share I or "we" shareholders purchased through this offering we would receive 8 warrants. This is where it becomes unclear. I know that the purchase price of the warrant is set...at what amount I can't determine yet. But your thought is right. If the stock goes up, the exercise price will remain the same so you can exercise the warrants for the set price and resell them for the current market price a that time. The big question is what that exercise price is for the warrants. I will have quite a few so im looking forward to getting them.

Hahahaha....I will never know because I used the ignore feature on him many years ago. I made some pretty rookie mistakes a few years ago, not only with this play but a few others as well. I slowly started to realize that 85% of the info on IHub is garbage,10% is questionable and 5% is worthwhile material that can educate you about a company. It's pretty easy to see who is in which segment.
I agree. I think the NFL is somewhat of new focus with MP after seeing the latest signings.
I also came across the uplisting qualifications for Nasdaq in my research today and MSLP will be MSPH in the not so distant future based on what I saw. I had seen them before but it was good to read them again as it re-assure my confidence that they will uplist. Just my opinion.

Musclepharm's R/S has contributed to the future possibility of uplisting to a major exchange and the stock price has only went one way since R/S. UP. This one isn't there yet. R/S now would kill any value we could or would potentially realize. I see this company having a bright future but management needs to strategize on how they get there without killing the shareholders. FITX long

This is right next to the big boys...MP Carnitine, ON Casein, Cellucor P6, etc. Thought it was pretty cool to see Cenergy making progress.
