What price? It seems to be trading on the OTC but I don't see anything happening on the CSE. Interesting. TDA showing 8900 shares traded today
RSSFF
Not enough info to know for sure but good find!
FLPC
No worries, I just wanted to make sure that it was clear.
Go FROZ!
The levels we are trading at are due to the IR dilution and nothing to do with the actual value of APT.
Of course we need the financials but this price is incredibly low either way.
How many OTC companies you know that have products like this and millions in revenue???? NONE.
Most are just speculative plays with no products and no revs.
AS is 5 Billion
You know this.
Still with the vendetta. So sad. And childish.
CWIR
8 Billion shares can't hit the market. AS only 5 billion.
I guess you are choosing to continue this childish vendetta. Too bad really.
So it's a personal Vendetta against 1 person on this board??? So childish!
CWIR
Um, Welcome to the FLPC board? Interesting first post here. What brings you here? Not sure if you were attempting to be funny or if you just haven't looked at any D yet?
Management just bought shares at .014 so unlikely to be a bloodbath anytime soon.
FLPC
You certainly take a pessimistic view of things. I remember that you didn't even think the Reverse Merger was real and said it was all a scam and wasn't going to happen. Look where we are now!
We are a whole different company with actual REVENUES! and quality PRODUCTS that are in DEMAND! Not just a shell anymore.
FROZ APT
Just to be clear, the company asked for the halt. So yes, they definitely anticipated it.
I don't think we see the usual short action on a halted stock. This is a totally different situation than a stock being halted for negative reasons. However, if they do short it will be a wonderful buying opportunity.
RSSFF
Thanks. It must be interesting watching this all play out having them right in your backyard.
Lol, Um, I already said I wasn't worried about a RS in both my last two posts. Not sure what you're talking about? You seem a lithe agitated though.
Yeah, which is why they won't reverse split for quite a ways down the road, if at all.
FROZ APT
I agree, there is no need to fear a RS. However, I don't see why they would do one now? I think the soonest they would do it would be in a year when the possibility of uplisting would materialize.. Until then, there is absolutely no advantage for them IMO.
FROZ / APT
I don't dread a RS. If it happens it won't hurt us. That being said, as others have pointed out, there is no advantage to them doing a reverse split for at least a year because they can't uplist until then anyway.
FROZ
THanks for clarifying. Sometimes your posts sound more negative than maybe you mean them to be.
I agree, a manufacturing company would be great for all the reasons you stated.
Except that it's missing the FACT that there is only 5 Billion shares.
CWIR
I disagree. Most other pennies lose value with a RS only because the company is reverse splitting for the sole purpose of being able to dilute more shares. With APT this wouldn't be the case and a RS, if it could get us on a better exchange could be a big plus.
However, I don't think there will be a RS anytime soon anyway.
you are correct, different companies. You are incorrect about the value. Either way this is a BIG plus for the company. Please don't try to spin it some other way because it's totally positive either way it's looked at.
FROZ/APT
Calm down. It's a simple misunderstanding.. No "pumper tactics" don't be ridiculous.
THe names are super close so it's easy to see why some one misinterprets but let's not try to turn this into something it's not.
FROZ /APT
Thanks for the link. There is lots of info on their website. http://www.kailongrei.com/home.htm
They specialize in " international real estate investment, asset management and fund management"
They seem very focused on Real Estate so it will be interesting to see what their involvement with APT is.
This is NOT Kailong Management Investment Limited as originally claimed but it is still a HUGE global investment firm.
Last december they launched the "KaiLong maiden US dollar fund" so maybe we are part of their investments there. Just one of many possibilities.
FROZ / APT
It doesn't matter whether we close above a penny this month or not.
The rule won't go into effect for FROZ/APT until 120 after their final quarter which will probably take us into next year before we have to close over a penny.
FROZ
Here's the answer. It wasn't CWIR dilution. It was ENTI dilution. Now we have the facts. No need to argue this point anymore.
The shares came from ENTI, not CWIR.
So much has happened already this month!
5/2 Affinor is implementing Vertical Designs technology to grow Strawberries and other produce while waiting for MJ licensure. http://www.marketwatch.com/story/affinor-licences-new-technology-from-vertical-designs-ltd-to-mass-produce-premium-strawberries-as-first-cash-crop-2014-05-02-8173156
My opinion is this is an extremely smart idea to create new revenue streams instead of wasting time while sitting around waiting for an MJ license. The sooner we get revenue, the better for our PPS.
Also, it allows us to test things out and get the process in place so that we can hit the ground running when we do get an MJ grow license.
5/7 and 5/8 Insider buying. CFO Greg Dennison buys a total of 240K shares at .49 and .44 Canadian (the highest prices we've seen recently). All told he invested over $116,000 into the company.
Shows huge confidence in his company.

5/9 Affinor Plans to Acquire 100% of Private Company in Final Stages of Medical Marijuana Growers License Approval. http://www.marketwatch.com/story/affinor-plans-to-acquire-100-of-private-company-in-final-stages-of-medical-marijuana-growers-licence-approval-2014-05-09-81734723?reflink=MW_news_stmp
Basically Affinor is buying a Nick Brusatore owned company to help develop new MJ strains and get things operational.
Here's the deal:
"Under the terms of the agreement, the company will pay 2.55 million shares to Nick Brusatore who owns 51% of the private company and 2.65 million shares to additional shareholders owning the remaining 49% of which only 10% will be issued now and the balance when an MMPR licence is officially granted to Affinor."
We are really getting everything in place here so that we will be ready to go once licensure comes.
5/9 Nick Brusatore name as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/affinor-nominates-global-vertical-farming-leader-nick-brusatore-executive-chairman-board-cnsx-afi-1908548.htm
IMO - such a positive to have Nick so involved here. Gives me confidence that we are the real deal and will get stuff done..
5/9 Affinor stock halts trading while CSE reviews change of business to the agriculture, medical marijuana and industrial hemp industries.
http://www.canadianminingjournal.com/press-releases/story.aspx?id=1003056868&er=NA
This wasn't a disciplinary action, Affinor requested the halt themselves while CSE is reviewing their disclosure.
It will be good to be listed under the correct sector and will only bring new eyes and give new confidence to people who aren't sure if the company is serious in their move from mining to MJ.
Lots more coming!
DD - Insider buying
Looks like the CFO Greg Dennison bought 215k shares right at our most recent high of .49 (CA)! on thursday. He also bought a few at .44 on wednesday
http://canadianinsider.com/node/7?ticker=AFI
That shows some great confidence in what we have here.
RSSFF
I'm not concerned at all about the halt, If you look at the info that Mr.Schmid2013 posted (post 282), It looks like the company requested the halt themselves and that it's surrounding their change from Mining to MJ sector. That's a good thing for us. Should draw even more attention ohttp://wiki.advfn.com/en/Hot_on_StockWikince we are placed in the right sector.
Not sure if I'm completely understanding or conveying this but it certainly doesn't seem like anything bad.

Another great article on Affinor by Chris Perry on Stockhouse.com
http://www.stockhouse.com/news/newswire/2014/05/09/medical-marijuana-update-satori-surges-affinor-adds-ammo
Affinor Resources (CSE:C.AFI, Stock Forum) was among the few listed companies posting an update today – posting two in fact – as they elevated vertical farming guru Nick Brusatore to Executive Chairman of the Affinor Board of Directors, and announced plans to buy a B.C. growing company that Brusatore owns a 51% stake in, which it expects to receive an MMPR.
Brusatore will receive 2.55 million Affinor shares as part of the deal with 10% of that having been paid up-front and the remainder due when the company gets an MMPR approved.
Important to note: An expectation of getting a growers license is not the same as having one. But hey, 98% of the companies in the sector are living in the ‘we’re pretty sure we’re going to be able to do business’ game. And should the company not get its MMPR, Affinor is still in great shape with other aspects of its business.
In fact, assuming they get their weed growers papers in order, the beauty of the Affinor play, like Abbatis bioceuticals, is they’re really locking down their own supply as they seek to build products that can be sold at a premium.
Something to take note of is that Affinor goes to some lengths to say in their news release that they have a commitment to championing production “for value-added projects in Canada.”
This is something I’ve been talking about a lot of late, in that companies who are only growing to sell to registered patients are focusing on a mondo small and largely bottlenecked market with a distinct lack of margin going forward. My mantra in this respect is, do you want to be growing coffee or selling lattes?
My presentation at GreenRush went into detail on this, and has been talked about a lot in the days since. I’ve got a long list of brokers who want a copy of my slide deck, and a whole lot of CEOs and IR folk who want to sit down and chat about what was said.
In my time covering mining and tech, this was never at risk of happening, whether it be in an up or down market. But the weed market is in a different phase than most because, like the opening minutes of a Hunger Games, every company is out of the gate and sprinting hard, looking to grab whatever weapon is available to help them avoid getting their throat cut.
The weed sector was admittedly overhyped over the last few months as daytraders pounded on every door, and is now struggling to get past the ‘overhype fall-off’ and through the ‘trough of disappointment’ on its way to the next phase: The slow build.
What I heard from an abundance of conference goers, both on the investing side and the pubco side, was that they were hearing the message that it’s time to get real about building a business.
Reading on the AFI board on Stockhouse that it's due to Name Change from Mining to MJ sector.

Or it might be due to this second batch of news with Nick becoming Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.

This is most likely a good thing. Often Canadian exchanges halt on positive news, unlike US exchanges which generally only halt on negative circumstances.

I think you're right if you;'re talking about stocks like ENTI and others that are nothing but dilution machines. However, CWIR is a budding enterprise with tons of potential.
Not many people underwater here. Most of us bought in the .001 or lower.
I know ENTI has scared some off but you might consider getting in while it's still cheap before the name change and PR's kick in.
CWIR
Seems like it's broke again. Oh well, it's only a matter off time before it's working normal.

Excellent news! Make sure to add this as your sticky as mod, or I will.

All that is past history. They have hired one of the best firms in the country to audit them and it will be done by June 6th. So if they didn't know before (doubtful) then they will by then.
Also, they have a huge amount in tax credits now so don't worry.
FROZ /APT
I believe he;s saying that Bob wouldn't be buying shares if they were going to RS.
I tend to agree.

Affinor listed in Chris Perry's top 5 Canadian MJ stocks.
Found this on the AFI board on Stockhouse.

APT isn't changing their name or their identity. They are merging with a shell and taking it over. Audited financials will be here before June 6th. Do you even understand what is going on here?
FROZ
.
Isn't the tax point kinda moot since they inherited a $2 million tax credit from FROZ?

Wouldn't it be perfect if we got our Health Canada grow license in the next couple of weeks!
