I am waiting for the next quarterly report, due I believe on 10 May that will show the 45.9 million in payments, and believe that may give us a little jump.

Starting to like NWTF, Maestro and even xchip a little. Such wild speculation to pump us up, when we still have years to wait for profit oil. Cup and handle will fail to the downside. .75 will come before .96. Chevron stated themselves they need to drill more wells to confirm size. 3 or 4 wells will take how long? Rumors up from 1 billion to 11 billion, to bring in buyers while those with hundreds of thusands of shares can sell in the .90's, and re-enter later this year much lower. What a game. Yes ERHC is legit, but some players are not.

Liquidity and Capital Resources
As of December 31, 2005, the Company had $352,700 in cash and cash equivalents and negative working capital of $2,482,419. Historically, the Company has financed its operations from the sale on a best-efforts basis of debt and equity securities (including the issuance of its securities in exchange for goods and services). There have been no cash flows generated from operations in the past two years.

Management will be required to raise additional capital through the sale on a best-efforts basis of common stock and debt securities, and will attempt to continue raising capital resources until such time as the Company generates revenues sufficient to maintain itself as a viable entity. It is expected that a minimum of $2,500,000 will need to be raised to fund working capital requirements in fiscal 2006. However, there is no assurance that such financing will be obtained.

The Company presently intends to utilize any available sources of funds to provide for general corporate overhead and to continue to pursue its interests in Sao Tome and the JDZ/EEZ. If the Company is successful in negotiating production sharing contracts in Blocks 2, 3 and 4, the Company expects to receive funding from its partners that will support its operations.

Can't really say. What is a PSC contract signing worth? To me, it is the final removal of doubt about STP messing with ERHE, since after one block signing the rest should follow.

Also the rumors of block 1 straddling block 2 is very significant if held tru, since we won't have to wait another year? for our own test drilling.

Alot of us are timid because of the last two runs to .94 and .96, that is why a break of a 52 week high will be very significant, how high it goes and how long it holds is anybodies guess.

After the awards last year we had to deal with all the STP cries of irregularities. Having one PSC block signed validates ERHE again, and in a better way, since STP politics will no longer be a factor. A test or fly by of .94 to .96 opens the door to dollars. News of Sinopec or CVX or whomever replacing PXD is another big plus.

Core holdings still intact and increasing. Who knows what Tuesday will bring?

The little minnow ERHC

Once Upon a time in the Ocean far away, there was a little minnow we called Erhc (EEERK).

EEERK was a bold little minnow, who learned much in the school of minnowtome.

EEERK didn't like being a little minnow, he said when he waz just a little baby to his papa. " Hey Papa Offor minnow Sir, I want to be a Whale.

SIR Papa Offor looked at little EEERK and said, "EEERK it is a big bad world out there, and there are many ways to get swallowed by a whale, so you must be careful.

Little EEERK thought about this a very, very, very long time, at least 3 years he thought about how he could become a whale.

And finally one day it came to him, struck him straight between the eyes, I need to make a little deal on something that all fishes need, that heavenly black water that is becoming so expensive, and in short supply all over the fishy world.

So he studied and hired some other smart fishy's, like a Matske fishy, and a couple other well known fishy's to make treaties and partnerships with the different species of fishy's. He found Ike and Memon fishy who said they would help him.

There were many dangerous and friendly species of American fishy's. There were fishy's living close to him that he could trust. He knew he could trust King Oby fish.

Little EEERK was so smart, that he knew in his mind he would soon become a King Whale Fish, and he promised his little school of minnow fish followers that he would make them live happily ever after, if they believed in him.

Little EEERK would send out coded messages to his little followers in his school when he knew it was about time for him to take over as King Whale fish.

Most all of his followers did indeed follow little EEERK and they all lived happily ever after, and it is said that some of those followers are supposed to meet at the depth of 6,543 feet in exactly 1 year, 22 days, 14 hours, and 23 seconds, off the coast of some place he likes to call home called SAO TOME.

I have been patient since October, my longest hold, but this one will be worth the wait.

Ships of oil someday......If we don't get it, then the Chinese or the Russians or Norway or those dam@ Aussie's down under...will take it. How much oil is left on this planet? I know there is none on Mars.

oil, where art thou? Plentiful now, but the earth only holds how many billions of gallons of oil, that once burned can never be replaced. We already have seen in our short history the fight for rich lands, as will continue to happen forever.
Everyone will need more oil, especially China and many other countries shedding the old communist ways to the overabundance and massive consumption after converting to capitalism. We must all want to live as the Romans did. Yes, I think we do.
What does all this have to do with ERHC you might ask? Hold on, and quit daytrading like so many do, have some patience for once, time will tell, can you wait two years, or will you jump ship at .02 cents and be ever afraid to take another look the next month or year or two or whenever? Just my thoughts and opinions.
