gosox "Spinoffs tend to be good investments for shareholders." If it is an investment it is a a spin-off stock that is paid for is it not? It suggests a tendeny and not that the shareholders usually has a great financial gain when there is a spin-opp. It was the latter that was suggested in this case.
LJ The dire prospects of this company are pointed out pretty clearly toward the end of what you quote:
""Because our business plan relies on marketing products we license from others, our capital requirements are generally limited to general operations and administration, including the costs of continuing as a public company, and our variable costs scale up or down based on our actual sales. We believe that increasing our marketing expenses will be critical to establishing sales sufficient to cover our expenses and, if possible, generate a profit. We anticipate using our existing financing operations to do so, which will almost certainly require either the issuance of equity or increases in existing levels of debt or, most likely, both.
Management’s plans include the raising of capital through the equity markets to fund future operations, seeking additional acquisitions, and generating revenue through our business. However, even if we do raise sufficient capital to support our operating expenses and generate adequate revenues, there can be no assurances that the revenue will be sufficient to enable us to develop business to a level where we will generate profits and positive cash flows from operations. These matters raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. These financial statements do not include any adjustments relating to the recoverability and classification of recorded asset amounts or amounts and classification of liabilities that might result from this uncertainty."
powerbatles The most interesting information in the quote is the initial date, which is as much as 9 years ago! This demonstrates the total failure of BDPT to capitalize on its products.
"LAS VEGAS, Dec. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- BioAdaptives, Inc. (BDPT) announced results of the recently completed in vivo trial showing the efficacy of its PrimiCell® product on muscle repair.
Percent Improvement with PrimiCell(R)
Percent Improvement with PrimiCell(R)
In the study mice were put into groups, PrimiCell® and the control group. The PrimiCell® group was given PrimiCell® for seven days prior to the treatment. Both groups were injected with cardiotoxin in the leg to cause muscle damage. At day one after the injection, day five, and day seven, test subjects from each group were analyzed to determine lesion size, inflammation, necrosis, and overall improvement. Results on day seven showed the PrimiCell® group had overall improvement greater than 56% better than the control group."

"I myself, speaking for other investors too, feel as if there is a lack of marketing of SleepEZ*, PLURIPAIN*, MindNMemory*, PRIMILUNGS*, CELL REJUVEN*, & PROTEINnMORE." You point out that this company has a lot of products. Even so, it has next to no revenues! This speaks volumes about the ineptitude of management.
"Until at least one of these concerns are addressed we feel as if your company will not succeed to the best of it's ability and your publicly traded OTC ticker will continue to dwindle, remain stagnant, or become an irrelevant pump and dump." This company is in the business of selling shares and has as far as I can see already beome a pump and dump. Certain pumpers try to pump the pps by pumping a possible spinoff that is fundamentally worthless to shareholders for reasons I have mentioned elsewhere.
gosox The most important point about any spinoff is that the free shares the shareholders of BDPT may get don't add any extra value to the shareholders. The simple reason is that when the spinoff shares no longer belong to BDPT itself the value of the shares of BDPT can be expected to decline as much as the value of the shares in the spinoff. The whole thing is a futile exercise based on the ignorance of the shareholders in BDPT.
INTHEKNOW "Spin off situations are a WIN WIN deal! I encourage you to take full advantage of this rare opportunity.
KEEP in mind, the more BDPT shares you own, the more free shares you will receive. Please plan accordingly."
Your reasoning and that of Powerbattles is based on a fallacy. In this type of spin-off you don't pay anything for the shares you receive. The point is that these shares are no longer owned by the company that has spun them off. There is no new value created. This is therefore reflected in the reduced value of the shares of the company that has done the spin off. The shareholders of that company have therefore no gain. For this reason it does not matter much if the shareholders in BDPT receive shares in a spin-off or not.
Right now I am delighted that I sold my 50,000 shares at a little less than 9 cents and instead bought BDCO at a price which is up almost 30% since then. I had become convinced that the numbers from TIO are false.
aandt Thanks! Anyway, the stock price suggets that that the market does not attach much importance to this piece of news. Right now my guess that the market is most interested in the promised cash dividend. If it is received by shareholders I think some credibility will be generated.
Pugdad The problem is that the stock market has no confidence in any information coming from this company. I noticed that only TIO was excited about the alleged deal. There was no similar statement from the partner in Pakistan - one more red flag.
zorch Where is the money to pay a meaningful cash dividend?
powerbattles "In just a few years under Jacobs leadership, they have successfully brought many products to market, and recently, they listed full products on Amazon." The crucial and sad fact is that all the products brought to the market appear to have generated next to no revenues. Therefore this company has negative book value despite its sale of shares to finance its significant repeated losses.
Thanks for the update! I wish that you and those who work with you will be very successful in your endeavors.
Myth Yes, that is how investing in stocks works.
RD Thank you for posting this very interesting information! I note that the plans for growth are very aggressive with a lot of money to be invested. Masala Agri is presented as a subsidiary of Interups Inc. This suggests that ITUP is very much involved in these ventures.
The problem was solved after I contacted investorshub. I asked for a refund in my communication. I checked and see that it has not happened. It was my mistake that I paid for half a year without understanding that my grandfather position ensured access to received private posts.
Good post Threeflight. The purpose of the board is to exchange information and views on BDPT and not to promote the stock price of the company.
Threeflight I did on the strong advice by another person who was extremely impressed by PB. On a different board this person mentioned patents worth 780 million dollars. Recently I have seen in a post by PB that it is only a non-exclusive license to sell products based on these patents. This license may not be worth much. At least revenues up to now have been minimal. I don't understand the reasoning of PB. The stock market already knows that current shareholders may receive shares in in what is or will become a subsidiary. If that stock is expected to be extremely valueable that fact will normally be reflected in the current stock price of BDPT. I am down a third in a few days. This stock looks like a normal pump and dump to me. I read in a post by BD that he may well sell his shares in a few months.
powerbattes 3-4 months is definitely not long-term it is medium-term. Long-term is years and not a few months.
powerbattles "BDPT holds a non-exclusive license agreement with Ly Research Corporation to market both patents, which are valued at 780 million dollars."
Does a non-exclusive license agreement hold much value?
I agree. The point is that this company has several products already but has not been able to sell them in financially significant numbers. As long as this continues to be the case the introduction of a new product is more or less a non-event as far as the stock price is concerned.
I would just like to state that I have received confirmation that the e-mail I sent has been received. There was no asking for more information. I therefore assume that I have done what was asked for.
I am unable to find the private messages I may have received. Before I found somewhere I could click to find the private messages. I imagined that my grandfather clause was not operative any longer and paid for 6 months membership but nothing has happened. If that clause is still operating I would like both to have my money returned and to be informed where I can find my received private messages. So far I have written more than 19,000 messages. If I get a reply as a private message I will presumably not be able to find it.
Sincerely,
Asbjorn Lauvstad
downthehatch Thanks! I cannot see any profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. And I cannot see a little envelope icon. I assumed my grandfather clause was not enough any longer and I paid for six months membership but nothing seems to have changed. I see a symbol that I have paid for it.
downthehatch Short-terms it is positive news since the pps of TMNA is not reflecting properly the pps of TIO. Longer-term the important question is to what extent the financial numbers of TIO reflect real-world realities.
RD I sent the required information yesterday and my e-mail was not returned, which shows that that the address is at least a real e-mail address.
Lower and lower we go today too 0.0022 / 0.0023
Biochemup Interesting post. Your reasoning seems quite reasonable.
Bunker I think you come up with wise words.
RD Thanks again! I believe I paid one cent per share. As far as I remember I first only transferred about 700 dollars to see if the money duly arrived. Altogether I think I paid for altogether 70,000 shares in verticals even if I had the opportunity to buy as many shares as I had in IREEM LLC. I don't need a reply to this post.
RD Thanks again! I interpret your post to mean that the 7,000 dollars I paid to IREEM LLC in July this year should be seen as shares bought in the verticals directly. That makes sense since the money could not be paid to the verticals before they existed.
RD Thanks so far. In July I paid in 715.05 dollars and 6,300 dollars to IREEM LLC. The reason was to have stakes in the verticals. I have just checked the dates. My impression was that this would entitle me to an additional 70,000 shares in the verticals. Last year I paid 15,000 dollars for 100,000 shares in IREEM LLC. Does this mean that I should write 170,000 shares in IREEM LLC or what should I write if this is not the case?
I have found the problem I think. I have to pay a few to have access to private messages in contradistinct ion to what was the case in the past. I have paid but I don't know when the change will take place.
I just found that there is nowhere on my screen where I can open private messages. Has there been recently a change in how this is done?
Laxmi or RD Does this just refer to our shares in IREEM before some of us paid in more money in June(?) (I paid in at least 7,000 dollars)? Since it is impossible to trade shares in these two companies and I and others have provided this information in the past I wonder if I need to to this even once more.
I don't understand the value of this exercise. It gives the impression that this information is not already available to ypu. It that is the case I can give false information in a swindle. That is alarming to me. It would be much more reassuring if the information you have received regarding IREEM which was based on actual payment is transferred to the e-mail adress listed and if there have been changes to that the change, which seems unlikely to me, is documentet.
MC I think it is mostly fundamentally worthless otc stocks that are momentum plays. How well companies are doing when it comes to earnings per share may also drive the stock price with the volume of trading staying flat
mad I remember SHMP but I did not buy early enough to make money from that pump. I know that the pps there is now not much higher than the low. I was up from about 1 cent to 10 cents in PCTL in a few weeks and then more or less back again before I sold my shares. They were real companies but did not succeed in their endeavors. That may turn out to be the case here too - time will show.
DR At least the pps gives the impression that this is a momentum play - lower and lower we go: 0.0027 / 0.0028 (1 x 1)
MC What I don't like is that most posters write about the stock price and not the company and its products. This suggests that they are short-term traders.
MC I was recommended to read his posts. I read what looks like an introduction. I got a positive impression and therefore I bought 630,000 more or less at the opening yesterday. But I have become more sceptical when I see that he seems to mislead the market by referring to IPOs at 10 dollars per share. There seems to be nothing like that in the offing here. But the qualifications of some of the people associated with this company so my intention is to remain a shareholder for some time to see how it works out.
MC There are so many hypers here that just one basher is too little to achieve a balance.
