And man will NEVER walk on the moon!!!

Yes, you go ahead and do that.
While you're at it, why don't you ask them if they are in the business to make money and see what their response is...lol.
That movie had a 4M dollar budget and actors worked for free. This one has a 15M budget and Nicholas Cage in talks....they are upping the ante.
All I'm saying is that it could make things interesting around here. A little light in a dark tunnell.
"Winning!"....as a famous hollywood star would say.
Hollywood is in it for the money whether it be a Christian based film or not. If this deal does go through with Nicolas Cage it will be fantastic free advertising for LFBG....if we could get this split to go through they could even run the same 'movie theater' advertsiment they already have created.
LOL!! Aint that the truth!
Who said anything about Nicholas Cage? I said the movie will bring attention to the games....basic marketing 101.
You are correct that LFBG has nothing to do with the movie...but they are intertwined. Could be interesting. Cage is a big name star and they will almost quadruple the production budget for the movie. Interesting.
You guarantee? How?
Hey Jazz,
Good to hear from you. It has been a while! I sure would like to see someone light a fire and get this thing going again. The potential is there....
Until we hear something definitive, I'm just waiting. Right now it's all just speculation.
I restored the ibox to reflect the CEO information also.
Still in business. The website/online store is still up and functional. Waiting for any kind of filings or financials. Been very quiet.
Pink; Limited Information.
Let's hope something starts happening.
I don't think any CEO would allow someone else to call the shots. Just my opinion.
My guess would be not much is going on right now since we haven't heard anything. Website is still up and being improved sporadically so something is going on....just not much.
Please do not delete current information out of the ibox. I have reset it to all current information and there is no need for my information to be deleted again.
Thank you.
Everything is speculation at this point. You're right, only time will tell what happens next.
Yes, but the key phrase is "in the past"...
To me, it just seems like a logical fit.
Money talks and baggage walks. LFBG has a solid line of good Christian products to sell...and that's what this other company does; they sell Christian products.
LFBG has the products; L*MH has the means and the avenues in place to sell them. Makes sense.
Just checked where that post came from and read some more. They think LFBG products are great and would be a good fit also.
Troy Lyndon is stepping down as CEO.

LFBG – Update
Dear Shareholders, Vendors and Customers,
After much consideration, I have chosen to pursue new job opportunities elsewhere and our Board of Directors will consider any qualified candidates to become our next CEO.
I remain as committed to LFBG’s mission as ever, but I no longer have the resources to continue in a full-time capacity, considering LFBG’s latest difficulties.
LFBG was founded more than 10 years ago and has become the world’s leading publisher of inspirational video games. In this same time, many companies have come and gone attempting to succeed in this same new market-niche. In 2011, LFBG released more new products in one year than in all previous 10 years combined. However, it has become apparent that new leadership is needed at this time to pursue sustained profitability for all concerned.
Qualified candidates can apply for the new CEO position at: http://www.lbgames.com/Careers.php (Careers with a capital “C”).
To those who have entered into direct agreements with LFBG in the past several years, please understand that the Board still intends to honor such agreements to the best of its ability.

I, for one, was interested in discussing the possibilities in something like LFBG and L*MH joining forces in some way. To me, it seems like it would be mutually beneficial. Would be nice to hear what other people think.
BTW....It's good to hear from you PNK!
I saw that post a few days ago on a different LFBG board and thought it was an interesting idea...The most interesting thing we've heard around here in a long time!
Very interesting. I like the idea. Seems they would fit together nicely. Things that make you go hmmmm......what if???
Incorrect...
What????? You mean the government isn't going kick someone out of their home because they go through a bankruptcy???? They aren't going to make them hitchike to the grocery store??? You must be kidding?
No, his wife's name does not need to be listed on the bankruptcy if that is what you are inferring. And Yes, the "assets" can be their house or cars since you have the right to reaffirm certain debts. Houses and cars are some which will show as assets.
I am aware of the Knoxes; however, you said Fox was a board member. So who is Fox?
Who the heck is FOX? New board member?
Didn't realize they had 7- 11's in Hawaii.
You don't believe what? The court documents? I don't understand.
Chapter 7...Personal debt discharge.

Shareholder Update
March 23, 2012
LFBG – Update
To our Shareholders,
As I have explained in a previous shareholder letter, based upon FINRA rules, stock market trading exchanges are not able to quote stocks below a certain price. Accordingly, it became apparent that a reverse-split was and is absolutely required in order for our stock to continue being properly quoted on a public exchange. As we continue to wait for regulators to approve our reverse-split, we made the decision not to incur expensive accounting & auditor fees until these regulatory delays have subsided. As a result, our stock has gone into a trade-for-trade status.
I am writing this letter to inform shareholders that our attorneys have advised us that once regulators are satisfied, LFBG should be released to complete its corporate action (reverse-split), at which point we will work to become fully-reporting and begin trading regularly again. In the words of one of our attorneys, “The government can’t hold us up forever.”
In the meantime, we have cut costs and consolidated operations. We are using this time to continue our focus on improving our business model to move the company toward long-term, sustained profitability.
Very kindly,
/s/ Troy A. Lyndon

IMO there is nothing to talk about until the reverse split happens.
But I thought you already did that? Guess that means they didn't want to hear it either.
Do what you have to do, noquit. I'm not even going to take the time to read this post. You and I have a difference of opinion and we'll leave it at that.
