Should see $18.00 next week.
Just saying!!!
p.s. GTHP @.57. Worth a look.
Opportunity to average down until there is news.
Don't think it will go below .073.
Just saying!!!
p.s. Time for a C.E.O. blog.
$18.00 within six weeks. :(
I'm thinking it hits $18.00 within six months.
p.s. I bought 2,000 shares @$25.178 today. Just to play the bounce.
Does he still think 6 cents is likely?
fibonacci ?@fibonacci1170 Feb 6
$AMBS pps under pressure from lack of clarity on funding matters. Inability to raise any private financing a bottleneck. Could test 6 cents.
Don't believe everything you read.
p.s. I should have that much free time.
Obviously "yes, no, or maybe" will determine where the share price is in six months.
During tomorrow's presentation hopefully someone will ask Gerald about a partnership with BDX for LymPro and when he answers he'll "wink" at the camera.
It's my belief that many individuals spend too much time concerning themselves with what others say or think.
What I or anyone else posts on here is really irrelevant to where the stock price goes. I've always said that the ignore feature is there for a reason.
Everyone here has an agenda.
p.s. I learned a long time ago that the world doesn't revolve around one stock.
If he doesn't see the difference between buying shares at .06 or .09 then he's out of touch with reality.
Just saying!!!
p.s. I thought he claimed three months ago that all of this would be known by now. I guess even an "insider" can be wrong.
Interesting week ahead!!!
So are mine.
Have a great weekend!!!
I bought shares yesterday for a lot less than .098.
Seems to me there was no future in just holding the stock. I tried that for seven months.
With the presentation on Monday it was reasonable to assume the share price would bounce in anticipation of news on Monday. I expect it will open above .10 and move towards .11 on Monday. If there is nothing new from Gerald I think it will resume it's fall back below .09 on Tuesday. If there is news then it should move higher.
It's simply following its trading pattern.
"Penny stock go up and penny stocks go down".
Note: If you can time the 20-25% swings it only takes a few of them before you're playing with "house" money. Obviously there are a number of individuals doing the same thing while holding a core position.
Unfortunately your "mindset" isn't the market's which is something you will soon learn.
When Gerald announced there would be no near term partnership on LymPro I think he effectively pulled the rug out from under the shareholders and the share price.
Then there was the anticipation of possibly a grant being announced at the Brewer's T.B.I./Concussion Conference held last week which didn't happen.
A pull back was to be expected. The question now is where is the bottom?
Why is everyone ignoring the debentures which convert to the same number of shares as the warrants for only .04 share?
Just asking???
You're confusing me with someone else. I doubt if it will go below .055.
Obviously to get to .055 it would have to go to .083 and .06.
The anticipated conversion of the debentures/warrants to 172,500,000 shares @.048/share is also effecting the share price.
Anyone who thought it wouldn't is not facing reality.
Just saying!!!
"AMBS has probably hit a short to mid-term plateau after doubling in the short space of a month, as the Super Bowl hype dies down along with its trading volume. Buyers who got in early on this move are likely to take profits. The next major upside in the stock won't be due until pilot results for LymPro are released this quarter, and possibly not until LymPro's 250-patient registrational trial is slated for CLIA review by midyear and hopefully approval."

The sooner the warrants and debentures get cleared out of the picture so that the market has a better sense of the share structure the sooner a bottom will be put in place on the share price.
The company continues to issue shares as needed. I'd like to see a firm share count.
Just saying!!!
His comments referenced MANF.
Warrants, debentures, and interest expense would convert to approximately 172,500,000 shares at an average of about .048/share. About 35% dilution.
Company would receive about $8,000,000 from the warrants and debentures.
Time will reveal all.
p.s. We also know that the company is continuing to issue additional shares as needed.
Here's a link to a news article detailing the results of the first study in 2008.

My experience with substantial mistakes in data such as the one indicated here raises a flag as to which of the data can actually be believed. Possibly that is why it was hidden?
I'm certain the F.D.A. would ignore such an error.
p.s. "Data mining" is fun. Thanks "Google".
The hat will be removed without news.
Watch and learn.
The market is still 15% overvalued.
p.s. The market is finally realizing that there are 172,500,000 shares that would be issued from the conversion of the warrants, debentures, and interest expense at an average price of about .048.

Head and shoulder formation on the chart indicates .063 is the next shoulder.
It all depends on news or lack of it.
"Upgrade in numbers we got today in the 8K..."
The 8k referenced data that has been known for almost four years. There's nothing new there.
I don't understand why it needed to be released? Maybe someone can explain.
Have a great evening!!!
If it closes below .083 tomorrow I think it could go back towards .063.
Just saying!!!
p.s. One never knows what will happen with a penny stock.
Nothing to explain. I didn't state anywhere that they were currently doing another secondary.
If the warrants don't convert it's quite possible that they may have to do another secondary offering which is what I've stated. Where else will they get the cash they need?
How do the majority of micro-cap companies raise cash?
LOL!!!
The filing referenced a summary of a study from 2010. It's a fluff p.r. referencing a mistake made four years ago and discovered four years ago.
Nothing new.
Seems a bit desperate.
A number of posters have stated that the 172,500,000 share dilution was known to the market and already priced into the share price.
I think they were wrong.
All IMHO.
I think the market is looking for some funding that actually involves the company receiving "cold hard cash" without any dilution attached to it.
No grant news attached to last week's T.B.I. conference and moving back any potential partnering on LymPro certainly are having an impact this week.
Just saying!!!
p.s. I was disappointed.
Short manipulator? LOL!!!
I never short stocks. I don't think it should be allowed.
Since it is allowed I think only individuals who own a stock should be able to short it and only up to the number of shares they own.
I still don't see this going below .07 unless a new secondary is announced.
You should pray that the warrants convert because if they don't Gerald may have to issue another secondary for the remaining 250,000,000 shares at his disposal.
Time will reveal all.
I'm saying that if your best source of information is from anyone posting on a stock board where everyone has an agenda then I suggest you get out of the market.
Have a great day!!!
The current share price is at a substantial discount to where it will be when it receives positive news from the F.D.A.
It could easily close at .65 and reopen at $1.50 or higher on positive news.
The odds are against you in blackjack. At the current share price "GTHP" is a better bet.
All IMHO.
"BONZ" could actually be a "penny stock" today or tomorrow.
Close above .01 would be very interesting for the rest of the week.
Place your bets.
You posted "Gerald will secure favorable long term financing".
So you expect additional dilution? I don't see any way to obtain long term financing that doesn't involve more dilution.
Do you think that all 1,000,000,000 shares will be utilized before the reverse split?
Just saying!!!
It appears that "BONZ"'s share price is moving higher in anticipation of Gunner Gold starting to process gold.
That's my understanding. It's quite possible that "BONZ" could actually move back towards the .05 range.
2,500% upside?
Stranger things have happened.
I'm never surprise with penny stocks.
Just saying!!!
p.s. I understand that Mike Stallings is at the Bonanza site and that "Stoz" is still actively involved.
Note: I see the usual suspects are hanging out on the "BONZ" board.
Fortunately you sold some.
A profit is a profit is a profit!!!
Interesting week ahead.
If the market continues to correct and there is no news from the company I expect this will in the .083 range by Friday.
I still don't see it going below .07 unless a new secondary offering is required.
Penny stock go up and penny stocks go down.
p.s. Go Broncos!!!
