There has been huge volume today on the VICL Sep 22 2.5 call, this is the call I have, and yesterday the bid was at $1.00, today, there has been 899 contracts sold at $1.20, and the bid is still strong there. This is usually a sign that somebody knows or think they know something, keep an eye on VICL in the next few months.

not likely, offerings usually have restrictions. But remember, the reason companies are public is to raise capital, and these micro caps, need to sell shares to raise capital. We only look at companies that have good share structures, so I would say very unlikely.
