Well $uperman, cant disagree with what you are saying. I havent heard about any criminal or civil investigations or actions against Prior although there was a lot of talk by some poster(s) in the past if I recall correctly. Nor am I aware of any joint venture of the kind. Unless Prior has assets in the U.S. how would you go about that when he is in China?

Do as you wish. Not saying its right or wrong. Am I just sitting here and chocking it all down? Yeah,I guess so. As are other people, am I right?

I am hoping that Ron Lindsay can turn it around for us but I wont drop any more cash than I already have as I dont see any reason for me to do so otherwise. I already gave and gave alot as did many of us. Hopefully Ron Lindsay can start up bizzs.com "soon". The web PAGE doesnt count in my mind.

It isnt that Tutamen was still in business... It IS all the candy we were fed, then told oh, no, Tutamen not good. Bye bye Tutamen...Prior quits....AND, THEN THE SLAP IN THE FACE.... OHHHHH not only did we learn that Prior WORKED for Tutamen... WE LEARN HE WAS THE CEO according to www.tutmen.net !!!!!!

So what will be said if anything? My guess is... well, Tutamen was having problems so good ol Steve Prior stepped in and saved it.

And we are left to believe what we will.. Dont believe ? Oh well... prove otherwise....And how do you go about doing that?

SOOOO we can complain all we want. We all vent at one time or the other. Me included. We are all loosing patience. Bottom line is we need and want OWVI to succeed. We want Ron Lindsay to succeed. We want bizzs.com to succeed... ALL in order to recover our investments and then some. That is the bottom line. Because if we can do that, do we really care about anything else here? I dont.

If owvi claims it lost tutamen or something along those lines.... it doesnt look good to me at the very least if Prior is its CEO.

Was there talk about law suit(s)? Dont know if that happened or if there is any interest. I am not interested.

Can the Fed go after Prior? .... in China? Dont see it happening.

But if owvi can become a profitable business where we recover our losses at the very least and even better, make a decent profit... well thats a win-win.

If Prior still has all those shares, then its to his advantage to help Ron Lindsay succeed.

I invested alot of money when Prior was in charge...

All I know is that there are quite a few investors here that put alot of money into owvi and the way it looks to me we STILL dont have anything to show for it.

Now that isnt necessarily Ron Lindsay's fault but that isnt my point.

Again, I think Steve Prior needs to help out here financially.
