Yep, convinced this is real retail trade right now. Willing to say that the dilutive stage has passed. GTCH was more than willing to take out 6s with new shares. No more, it seems.
Most certainly, I am posting a biased view of expectations, most often the opposite of reality! I am NOT holding my breath.
Sure does look to be shaping up to be a breakout day. MMs only offering out 7s off the shelf, enough to stem the upward trend but not feeding the shorts.
Come on! take those 8s out!!
50M+ on the bid at 6 ... have a chance today to show that the dilution is over. Leaving all those 6s behind would give that thought a boost.
From all that that I have seen over the past month or so, there is NO WAY GTCH's pps should be this low. Much too much solid lead-ins to strengthen the pps through speculation alone!
How do these small enterprises cope with the despicable grip MMs have on them? Is the control so great that companies with strong evidence for their future revenues to rise into the multimillion-dollar range AND YET, their pps can't manage to rise above .001 even when their O/S is considered moderate?
Should be expected but the MM naked shorting machine has demonstrated its power in curbing the rise in the pps even if there is a huge demand for shares - normally a FOMO event and a steep rise in the pps. Today's Pinkyland marketplace is oppressive to retail investors and their expectations.
Naked shorting is a big money maker for mms as well as the short-term easy-money gain realized by those having the power in the shorting market.
My expectations have been greatly reduced by this immoral greed driven mechanism to suck green out of the retail investor's pockets.
I cannot recall if the Omega process has been operationally proven. A PR campaign expressing the dynamics of Omega is due - proven and open for the bid!
Info only. I have no concern.
Do you expect a big week of pps appreciation. I don't know what to expect.

NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING
Agree. Bigger. This offers a VERY BIG incentive to chip manufacturers. Not expected to be a royalty arrangement but the best chip maker to off the BEST for GTCH and its SHs will take all rights. A VERY competitive edge GTCH technology is offering, winner takes all.
GTCH offered a bit of knowledge regarding their development of Omega very early on ... one of the primary reasons I chose GTCH in the first place. This R&D company had spent years developing their tech with numerous R/S and extensive need for cash to further its tech development.
The current CEO recognized the value here and had the confidence that what he saw was worth its weight in gold! We, as SHs, are about to see the gold he saw...
Thanks Max. GTCH can not be held back by MMs/shorting for ever. Looks like we are very close to a breakout...long awaited buy inherently understood!
Vol, I am a bit confused on the timeline of this release. You are saying it is a current release?
I have been long in watching Omega's development - actually not it development but rather its release for public consumption. Of all the patents GTCH has going for itself, this particular aspect of their chip technology is a blockbuster. It accents saving manufacturers of chips time and money, enormous savings.
IF proven to be true in reducing the time it takes to conduct a review of a chip's operational worthiness AND make the necessary changes automatically if an error does in fact occur, the chip industry will be fighting over themselves to get access to such technology.
If the video you have included here is NEW, it does clearly suggest that GTCH is ready to launch a PR campaign to the world in prep for some fierce competition between chip manufactures to acquire the technology for their own benefit.
Yes. Plain and simple, deals like this most often do not happen quickly.
Any doubt of TGHI being able to sell shares is out the window! 20M shares just traded hands. In the know of things to come?
It has been a long month of behind closed-door activities. SHs have a lot to learn about the inner makings of GTCH...to include a lot of surprises, I am sure.
Well, is the dilution over?
Yep MD. Sooner than later. Be interesting to get any info on why the need to dilute so much and its effect on GTCH's operational status. Big announcements expected.
Thanks sax/werbe. The problem with using published 'definition' is that it doesn't provide any description/example of how the definition is actually implemented or how trade rules accommodate it.
So many complications and alternatives are why I will never be a know it all....good thing I am never too old to learn (remembering what I learned is my problem)....understanding, well, is an issue all on its own.
What exactly does that submission mean to you? New form to me. Had to google it. You know of any cases where it was used and THEN traded when they started submitting SEC filings again? Just a longer delay tactic without SEC ramifications?
So.... common shares can no longer be traded. No hint of it coming. Also, no hint on what it means for current SHs.
Normally, I would think 'lights off, doors locked'. May not be the case here though. Although, some company acknowledgment of 'side bar' plans would be appropriate.
Without, 'lights off, doors locked' would be the scenario we all should expect. "Bullish" seems far too optimistic.
An autonomous car is a vehicle capable of sensing its environment and operating without human involvement. A human passenger is not required to take control of the vehicle at any time, nor is a human passenger required to be present in the vehicle at all. An autonomous car can go anywhere a traditional car goes and do everything that an experienced human driver does.
All is possible except the first thing to do is stop issuing new shares! Still need to know what GTCH is going to do with all this new cash????
Very interested in knowing what 'group' you might be referring to. Company 'insider' buying is not out of the question. Willing to share your thoughts?
Correct. Just needed an actual PR to stir up the retail traders...who, the majority of, appear to only watch for PRs rather than SEC/OTC publication notices.
Today's trade may still be seeing the release of more new shares but I am convinced, this time, the buyers ARE retail investors.
It appears to me that GTCH has decided on this medical device is a means to gain access to the production/manufacturing realm. I am hopeful that they acquire the means with the cash accumulated through the sale of new shares. It that could be true, THEN we could expect to see a substantial rise in the pps. The device, as described certainly appeals to me as I see it tapping into need that NO OTHER COMPANY has the means to fulfil.
I am not as optimistic in what the trade action will be today, but I do expect some impact. Stating such has not been that successful for me as a predictor of events, MMs have a way of standing in the way...
Maybe at some point...
I had not seen this. VERY important for SHs to view. CEO is straightforward in his ideas for the future and GTCH's potential SUPER role. My view gave me the impression our CEO is the REAL DEAL! I give him my trust to include the SHs as a share in GTCH's accomplishments.
GTCH is still off the radar.
Also, yesterday's trade (and the big volume trade days before it) in comparison to todays should be highlighted. Why was it that yesterday buyers were coming out of the woodwork and today, zip?
I previously asked 'who is doing all the buying?' Nearly 2B shares being bought and then stopped on a dime?
Yeah, I think the issue of new shares has stopped. I also think the majority of new shares were bought by design...a ready and eager purchase?
What is waiting for SHs behind that closed door?

Wow TN! Some real solid thinking coming from you today. All I can do is watch from the sidelines.
This is either a handout to friends or longs are getting screwed. GTCH is close to handing out 2B shares in the last month.
The Pinky market is so corrupt it is impossible to determine what is happening here. We know who is selling but we do not know who is buying...and for what reason. I cannot even ponder what is going on here.
Been in MANY dilution schemes but they have all been utilized through a 'fake' blitz of PRs of 'things to come "shortly"'. Nothing like that here as I can see. Just when you think you have seen it all, a new twist materializes.
Sorry, I am uncomfortable with what I see even if I don't understand it. Past experience with this type of activity NEVER went well for the long shareholder from my experiences.
I have to ask....WHO IS BUYING ALL THESE SHARES. I understand the selling side (dilution) but it is my understanding that when it comes to buying shares, it comes down to the retail buyers sucking them up in Pinkyland.
Usually it takes some time to sell off the number of new shares GTCH has released over the last 3 weeks. Sure, unscrupulous CEO would let the gates opened when a BIG PR BLITZ would occur to encourage all buyers. Such them in with ungodly fluff and false expectations.
NONE of that has occurred here. In fact a poster just complained that the CEO has NOT taken advantage of big time events like having a patent confirmed. Another factor is that GTCH is STILL a relatively UNKNOWN. Not that many newbies have stepped forward here to buy shares.
Then ask, who among us are able to buy such LARGE blocks of shares to add to our own portfolio? I buy in drips and pieces over time....
So.... WHO IS BUYING ALL THESE SHARES? They can't seem to be issue fast enough to keep up with the demand.
In the know trade action???
All in the hands of other. SHs merely ride the coattails.
Wise move. That is always my objective in trading in Pinkyland...pulling out my 'investment' and riding free shares. Seldom am I able to accomplish that. That being the case here. In the red. But I keep hoping. Above my personal pps, I would start to consider the possibility. Not yet.
Still diluting TN. Won't say no R/S because there will be one. When I bought in for the first time, I did not think so. Recent surge in the O/S convinced me otherwise.
Keep in mind that depending on the strength of the ticker, R/Ss can be a benefit. Initially to gain a cash influx, then to announce a R/S but most importantly the ability to afterwards support the new level of the pps AFTER the split occurs.
We have no news on what the cash gained by selling new shares will be used for. Paying off debt is NOT a good use. Acquiring assets or launching a production division IS.
Leverage is always lost in a R/S, but value can be retained and gained. That is our only hope now. Any pps appreciation prior to any R/S would be icing on the cake. MMs may not give that to us since the dilution has been so severe and continues.
True. If only the MMs would let GTCH trade on its own business merits without implementing the shorting cancer to destroy green on a whim.
Food for thought when I get bored seeing GTCH's pps go nowhere.
I am aware that so many find my posts irritating. I most certainly do not provide DD. I provide only opinions that reflect the philosophical side of trading in stocks. I feel that so many simply blame the managers of the companies they trade in for their woes. IMO, too narrow of a perspective.
Forces beyond our grasp and even contrary to the concept of Capitalism: supply and demand theories control the mechanisms of trade. Those forces do not promote free enterprise but rather the control of it. Access to financial gain through the use of power and the mechanism of greed control is really what makes the market tick, especially in Pinkyland.
My posts regarding GTCH are intended to share my own perspectives on what I feel need to be recognized and form a strong psychological defense against going bonkers when your money disappears right in front of you - without an obvious reason as to "WHY".
The answer to those why questions come from years of developing a philosophical strength that recognizes the forces in play that make the trade system suck with corruption. You must REMAIN convinced there is a way YOU can play in that corrupt system and PROFIT.
But first you have to learn what ropes exist and how to understand the means for YOU to use that knowledge to YOUR benefit.
The problem is that those damn ropes keep changing and the sequence of 'pulls' remain a mystery. My own philosophy for success is hardly adequate for gain in this trade game. So, UNDERSTAND, when you may read my posts, while provided with sincerely trying to 'help' those reading them, that only you are left with the chore of gleaning out the BS that may inadvertently be provided as well!
A solid trade philosophy is required, along with reams of toilet paper, to push aside and wipe away plenty of BS in order to see and even walk along a clear path to trade success. I only wish you good luck on your journey.
