can you go again tomorrow? lol j/k.
Did he seem upbeat or down?
you really need to copy and paste the URL located in the properties of the chart if you want it to update.
$1.2mil I believe. Converted@.0001=12000000000 or 12 bil. shares.
Won't happen all at one time though. Probably the only shares if any, that are getting converted are on the 18% interest which is $216000/yr or 2.16 bil shares/yr converted @.0001. That is if the PPS stays averaging below.0002 for 20 days, so your theory of not buying allows the PPS to stay lower, thus allowing more shares to be converted, thus keeping the PPS low.
It really doesn't matter if it happened or not. Nothing came from it, that we didn't already know.
I believe that I mentioned that this would happen before he went.
Arne can't tell anyone, anything without teling us all. Since nothing new has happened, nothing new was told.
{is there any conformation that he actually met with him?tangable is what i need not hear say
sheesh Louie!!1
I think actually mobl made most of it's gains after Arne left. he just got the ball rolling
There have been no news updates, because there has been no news to update. When there is i am sure we will hear it.
why would you want to?
Yikes!!
Thanks Mike. Saved me having to look it up again.
(b) seventy-five percent (75%) of the lowest volume weighted average price of the Common Stock as quoted by Bloomberg, LP during the twenty (20) trading days immediately preceding the date of conversion.
yeah, I think Arne stated that he was using them as such in an audio
heh The Nuge has always been my hero.
volume is Zilch and interest doesn't appear to be much more than...
Cornell can't profit @.0001 when the last 20 days we have averaged .00025. Most likely a shareholder dump.
a whole 500?
heh, I had some of the same thoughts. If the shareholders shouldn't hear it? I thimk Arne is just nice enough to get himself in trouble sometimes. I have heard some of his hopes and dreams and final goal some myself, "outside the box". It isn't anything that would be illegal to tell or that would affect the PPS much, but it was told in confidence.
sheesh 2s
she
My favorite: "In the days and weeks ahead."
heh cj, still at it huh?
That would help. I suggested it months ago.
Man, this thing just keeps climbing
right now, a 2mil loan would be a christmas miracle for Arne
Never doubted it

Arne has used Cornell since AWYI's conception. I think that he felt that he would build a company whose Revs could pay them off. Unforunately, he had to keep using cornell for acquisitions and such. Then times got hard to raise finances with anyone else.
Yeah, It is a shame. Don't see any way around it unless the big companies fail with eth economy.
Yeah, I have seen that happen. sometimes techs. retire and go to contracting too.
My boss teaches telecom at a local JR. college. We started a company after I graduated from there. I and one other guy are on salary, but the rest are either hourly or sub-contractors.
Seems to be the trend. I live in the country and we have a small phone co still, but not sure how long they can compete with the bigger companies. I have been trying to get them to offer stand-alone DSL w/o dialtone for 2 years and the manager there says it will never happen. Other Companies including CNSL started offering such, just this year.
well, I manage a small telecom company. We do a variety of work for CNSL, from installing IPTV in homes to burying Trunk lines and placing Peds. Their field techs. mainly just troubleshoot nowdays.
Oh, I probably could have at one time. I actually would rather contract for now
Strange. I can't see any volume for the last 2 days, yet the PPS has fallen
Nice theory Hop. you may be right.
