For something that was suppose to be a "technical error"...this CHILL has become a bigger deal than originally thought.
we understand it to be technical issue.

QUESTION
* Since we are on that topic, would you mind providing an update to the community on where we are with un-blocking WNBD from being traded with the big platforms.
ANSWER
I will admit to frustration in obtaining follow-through on actions that were said to be forthcoming from counterparts on the other side of the issue. Winning Brands remains committed to a professional, engaged collaboration in this matter, and does not view it as a “legal” issue. Instead, we understand it to be technical issue. We have been given to understand that if we do “X” then “Y” will happen. “X” has been done. We are seeking the result that was indicated would follow. If DTC revises its position on certificate deposits, then TD Ameritrade will simply revert to prior status. I assure shareholders that the matter is an operational priority.
It would be nice if they would tell shareholders something that really matters. Maybe there isn't anything worth telling. The blog machine will fire up as soon as the dilution starts again. It is so easy to see that is the way it works.
Have a wonderful WC kinda day!
I thought it was an awesome blog!! Definitely worth taking the time to let shareholders know! It could potentially be the "tipping point" that sends this sucker to the moon! Weeeeeeeeeeeee!
Yes it is but that is how it works. When shares are dumped all depends on the conditions those shares were sold under. From what I have gathered, usually shares are held for a year but not always.
Your point is very clear and very true. I have no clear number for how much has been dumped since the end of last month. IMO...financing that will not include an R/S will be one major trick to pull off.
Once again, more proof of the only way to make money in pennies is to take profits as often as you can. Every little bit adds up fast.
Enjoy your weekend!
I was aware it didn't update daily. I thought it updated every 3 months. I can't find info. on their site that tells me how often it is done.
The OS has been updated on the investor page as of March 30, 2012 to
3,728,927,712. Could easily be updated.

I am happy to be on the fortune side....most of the time.
I would much rather make my money and live well now than to wait until I'm too old to enjoy it and the nursing home gets it. LOL!
Have a great weekend! It's been a good morning for my account, hope yours looks as green.
It is incredible how much can be made when using shorter increments as your goal to flip a penny stock. Smart man Taki!
Thank you. I thought that was it...just wasn't sure. I am sure it will be forth coming.
Enjoy your weekend!
Thank you.
How much time does the attorney have to sign off on financial filings? Is it 30 days?
WNBD is a very typical penny stock in the way it trades. Flipping it is the only way to ensure a profit. I do believe the company has addressed this and realizes this type of trading helps keep some liquidity in it.
The company has also made it VERY apparent that even after 5+ years...it is still a very risky "investment" thus making it even more appealing to those who want to make money fairly quickly as opposed to "invest", cross their fingers and hope it happens some day.

Thanks sir.
Any news on the "Chill" situation? I haven't read any news about it and the company hasn't addressed it for awhile.
Good evening Mr. Activ! Looks like another sleeper around here today. Only about another 34 days until the predicted 90 days for the "new financing" is up. It has been predicted but not promised. If it goes the same way all of the other predicted dates have gone..it could be awhile.

BTW...His dd has been accurate for over 2 years now.
Thanks for the update Tib. Happy Wednesday!
THERE MAYBE A COUPLE RUNS BEFORE THE ZERO BID
I don't rely on what the company or any company says...I rely on what they do. That is why I don't read the "chatter" in filings. I ask "did ______happen" or "are they _______" simply to find out if anyone knows if an event has actually happened. I don't read every single post here and could have missed a post concerning it.
Now..let's get back on topic! WNBD!
Looks like it's coming in the next month or so.
If one goes nation wide, others will follow.
"Expanded testing or a banner wide listing are still under active consideration...."
Page 12 of the annual report.
So...they have been "testing" since 2009? LOL! This is why I don't read all of the "chatter" on reports of any pinks. It's all speculation and hopes. Menards and Home Depot are mentioned as well.
The company clearly does not have an aggressive style that many successful companies do but hey..."grass root" efforts move very slowly...very slowly. An admirable method but IMO not a winning strategy these days.

how can you expand to the other country if your own country cannot increase the growth of the sales
How many times has it been said, "tomorrow we be better", or "just wait till you see this"
The difference between Winning Brands and some other companies with this potential is that private companies are not accessible to investors who desire liquidity and public companies are generally either more advanced or merely shells. Thus, we are in that special zone of being “ripe” for something really good to happen that takes us up several orders of magnitude. The shareholders who will be the owners of the company at that time will own a very attractive money machine because it has been built from the outset to be resilient and sensible. As previously mentioned, that is the time for the firm to begin buying back shares from the market with the result that the diminishing number of remaining shareholders will own an increasing percentage of a highly profitable company.
A little more information about the USDA bio-based label that is now part of the WNBD 1000+ resume. Looks like they are in good company.
Published April 07, 2011
http://www.greenbiz.com/news/2011/04/07/seventh-generation-natureworks-among-first-earn-usda-biobased-label
The USDA said 100 companies have submitted applications to carry the label on about 400 products in the last two months. Although the USDA could charge an application fee if Congress authorizes it, for now the process is free.
To try to exclude WC from the "green" market as well as a higher tier of product given the USDA label would be a foolish mistake. IMO
Completely agree with the green bank account. Allowing as many categories as available to sell product should eventually help make that happen. Until then....the only ones green are the traders.
Good Saturday morning! There seems to be some confusion about what the word "green" or "green products" or "a green company" means.
By definition a "green company" is a company who strives to minimize damage to the environment.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_company
IMO the products that WNBD produces are fall under the "green" category based on this very common definition. There is a call more and more for the products that fall under the umbrella phrase of "green" or eco-friendly.
Environmentally friendly.
Home Depot partners with U.S. Green Building Council
Currently, more than 2,500 products sold at The Home Depot are listed on the website.
Still no 2's!? :( Oh well, try to have a great weekend anyway! Nice flip by the way.
Good Friday morning! Saw this article about "Global Household Green Cleaning Products". Given that is what WNBD is about the article is relevant.
http://www.prweb.com/releases/household_green_cleaning/non_toxic_products/prweb8857227.htm
Two issues...people whom have yet to adapt or buy in to the "green" movement and not wanting to pay the kind of money often asked for such products and many big names with lots of money and resources in place already. Small companies can't compete. IMO.
However, regardless of bright growth prospects, lack of consumer awareness, premium pricing, fraudulent green clean claims, and fierce competition from conventional cleaning products tend to mar immediate market penetration and acceptance.
Key market participants profiled in the report include 3M Company, Core Products Company Inc, Earth Friendly Products Inc., Ecolab, Inc., Ecover, Green Bridge Industries Inc., Method Products Ltd, SC Johnson & Sons Inc., OxiBrite, Inc., Seventh Generation Inc., The Clorox Company, among others.
The latest blog post sounds like the company has dotted all their i's and crossed their t's and are ready. That is great news. Let's hope the financier(s) is in as big of a hurry as the company is.
I believe there is time yet to get it done if both sides see the urgency equally.

Guess the monthly dilution is not over. I am pretty sure quite a few of us didn't expect it to be. Surely there is the "logical reason" for this? Right?
BTW... have you seen GSA is all over the news?
Thanks camelion. I added it as a sticky so it can be easily accessed.
Enjoy your Thursday!
Yes. I have always found the company to be more than willing to answer any questions they can. In some situations there are privacy issues but for the most part, they can answer any concerns. They encourage open communication.
Enjoy your evening.
Thank you Tib!
Ah...ok! Gotcha now.
Look! 75,000 shares bought. Whew...I feel better now. lol
No volume today? None? Sad. Is this somehow good for the stock? You know more about that than I do. I am sure there is some spin that will start telling us how good this is in the long run.
The get married to a stock
It is interesting that it has been almost 4 months now since the last update.
Have a great Wednesday!
Auto sitting at .0002. Good luck today!
