You have a keen sense of smell my friend. Gold is a rare commodity with a price tag that has been artificially held down but not for much longer. Sizable deposits like the Comstock do exist in other parts of the world where it is dangerous and expensive to mine. Corruption and greed have driven out mining companies from furthering their exploration and production efforts. A poster mentioned gold is teetering at 1500oz suggesting a downturn I'm guessing? They may wanna read this article as the author talks about the precious metal moving up to Tier 1 status within the international banking community this year.

I may be incorrect but I don't see the two being the same. If memory serves me right 50 tweeted the stock ticker thus pushing the stock itself. I would expect JB to create awareness around the product and help the company drive sales. I am hoping to see consistent and moderate growth over the next two quarters.

I had 2 similar experiences with some people I know that trade stocks. I am finding people are able to grasp the PH360 concept very easily. They are quick to point out the innovation behind the product and that JB being on board is very telling of the quality of management. OPMG

I don't get his fame either but I also try to articulate my words, use complete sentances and appropriate punctuation when I write. I also hate Facebook. With that being said David Letterman is a grumpy old man and hack trying to keep a job. JB was raised well and in my opinon represents what is good in this world. Although I could not identify one of his songs, the media loves him and it seems he truly cares. I just hope he does not become too overexposed with back to back product launches like this.

I agree with you but when it comes to Apple people don't question the "technology" much of the time they just buy it. PhoneGuard who is that? What is that? "JB is promoting this product it must be a good thing". "is it available and where can I buy it?" Trust me I have launched products from both a sales and marketing perspective for some of the largest companies in the world (def a sales guy here) and I am confident in what I have heard and seen thus far. The last thing they want to do is promote a product that's not ready or available. Bad bad bad!!!!!

I agree unless your strapped for cash but then you prob shouldn't be investing in stocks if that's the case. Why not support your product you just might find one or two functions to be beneficial.

I know what you mean I text and check my stocks while driving all the time. Up until a few days ago I was one of those people that would be recommending PH360 to everyone but myself. Lately, I have been making a conscious effort to throw my phone in the seat next to me and not look at it until I was at a light or arrived at my destination. The way I see it, these guys seem very tech savvy and the more user friendly it is the more people will use it. Think about the feedback they are going to get and the improvements that will come through app updates. I will be buying PH360 and if it operates the way I think it's going to, the product will do nothing more than keep me honest. Plus the virus software will be nice as well.

I am sure if enough people start asking about this the folks that work in retail will know the product. One other thing? Many of the people I have discussed the product with have said they would like to own stock in a company like this.

Here is some food for thought: I had dinner with friends last night who all happen to have kids. I asked em as a group what kind of problems are they having with their kids texting in class. I was amazed to find out each one of their kids at some point, some more than others, have had their kids cell phones taken away at school. Apparently the parent has to come to the school to pick it up. One of my friends has been to the school 3 times in the last 2 years. After talking about PG360 they were sold on the idea. I hadn't even mentioned the text and drive feature yet. They all agreed for 29.99 per year the app would pay for itself.

I'm doing my own market research with parents (not kids) on this product. The responses would determine how long I would hold this stock. I have yet to find a parent that did not like at least one of the features PG360 provided. Not just for the children but for themselves as well as their spouse.

Nice. I got into this stock because of its longer term potential. Yea I'm sure the perfume is great and will do quite well. After listening to the cc and hearing this CEO talk about the market research being done and the marketing collaboration with JB and his team I decided this stock had a very favorable reward/risk ratio.

You may have noticed the "minimum outside investment" went from 100 - 25000 over the last 2 Form D's. These guys are doing what they should be doing and that's preparing for a successful launch with minimal hiccups.

Thanks luk sounds like this has been a play of patience and foresight. I am in and have been in several of these same type of Jr miners. Congrats to all that had the perseverance to stay with the company it sounds like it's been a long road traveled to get here. IMO any Jr with better than a million oz is in great shape. AMEX and eventually TSX gives LODE greater exposure to much more savvy investors.

I personally think a domino effect will be triggered by the Kitco investigation and other bullion banks will soon be looking to buy up the physical to cover their leases and swaps. The new exchange has put LODE on many radars and should trade quite nicely.

To no surprise I believe your statements are quite disingenuous. Obviously I don't know you so you could be a very gifted chartist and an instinctual trader so I mean no disrespect. It's the fundamental perspective is where I think we disagree. I have many years experience working in both sales and marketing capacities for some of the largest pharmaceutical and medical device companies in the world. I have worked with many professionals building brands and have seen what it takes to bring a product to market, brand it and make it successful. Market Identification and Research, planning and execution are all essential when bringing a product to market. Long story short your dismissal of positive sales growth, market niche exploitation and product branding is extremely naive. Is this a gamble? Of course but that's why it's a penny stock. I was on the conference call as I am sure you were as well. What I heard was a seasoned, sales savvy CEO that is passionate about his product and eager to launch both the marketing and awareness campaign (yesterday) and the actual product launch (July). Unless you have a crystal ball that sees the future I find it difficult to know with certainty how the market will receive this product let alone sales revs for the company.

Any change in share structure has to be filed with the SEC. That's why we have quarterly's and material filings mandated for transparency purposes. Agreed and after yesterday's conference call I am confident in my investment with OPMG. Prior to yesterday I was not sure how long I would actually hold this position. Today I am looking forward to some nice longer term profits.
