Regardless of what it is we should be just about through it. I'm fine with a little dilution as well for growth. That's the purpose of having a public company, so that you can obtain money when needed to enhance the company and the overall profitability of the company.

Not sure what is causing it but I think as we get more news we'll blow through it and eventually start moving in the right direction. I'm in this one for the long haul. I believe in it and I know many of the rest of you do too. This one will pay out big when it is ready.

Looks good! They are trying to be super transparent. I'm really appreciating how accommodating they are being to their investors. This is always a good sign. And the fact that they are wanting us to come out and visit the new location says volumes about the progress of the acquisition.

I agree! This to me seems insane. It definitely holds the price down but once it runs there is no way they are going to be able to keep up on it and they will lose their ass.

BMAS is probably buying/selling for multiple investors but the rogue investor is most likely attached to one of them. My assumptions have been NITE but that's just because NITE drives me crazy. Kinda like Freddy from Scooby Doo with Red Herring. I blame them for everything. ;0

How frequently do they update the shareholders of record? Is this an annual update?

I believe the south Florida acquisition is actually going to have more locations than that. I am not 100% on this but I am pretty sure it is supposed to be pretty large. Either way, another 6 locations in a short period of time on top of the 1 they just added is pretty huge. That adds 50% to what they are currently doing.

That would be awesome to get the one in Lutz, Fl. That is near my house... kinda... not sure if I want to claim that redneck infested village... but it is close enough for me to monitor! ;0

Just let him know that you are an investor and it should get forwarded directly to him. I left my phone number at the bottom of the email. I didn't even ask him to give me a call or anything and he did. So who knows if he will actually call you or not.

But if you do attempt to get him on a conference call then it would be great if you got him to put out a press release where EVERYONE could join in on the call that decides to call in at a specific time. That would be HUGE. Not sure if he would be willing to go quite that far and there may be stipulations but it would be great. Another good idea would be a chat session. That would probably work better for day traders like myself. I can dedicate time easier to a chat session than I can to anything else. It would also stop an assault on Brian by some of the idiot investors! ;0

I wouldn't have bought in if I hadn't seen all of the signs pointing to a run! I don't have a huge position but I would love to add some value to my 500,000 shares... lets see if we can turn this into a multi-bagger!

This could really add to our momentum. Finally bringing the company current is HUGE! This will open the company up to A LOT more investors. Should help move the stock quite a bit!

He said that the lawyers are handling it now and that things should be back to normal shortly. He predicted it could start changing as soon as tomorrow but it is hard to tell. This is just going to be something we'll see as more news comes in. Regardless when it finally turns it is really going to be a big move with all these longs and the absolute small number of shares available. I'm thinking pennies at a time. Seriously.

A conference call doesn't seem out of the question. He is very perceptive to hearing what investors have to say, especially those that are looking to hold a longer position rather than just flippers. I myself am going to be part of the company for a long time. I'll of course take some profit but I plan on holding long. I don't see this as being out of the question at all. He does check these boards so he may catch this and attempt to set it up.

The rogue investor is still around. He is pissed about losing his ass. He is the reason why the stock can't jump as easily as any other stock regardless of how good the news is.

The thing to remember is that he can only accomplish what he wants to IF we sell. So, lets just hold. If nobody is willing to sell for a loss then he can't accomplish his objective. The more people gobble up the discount shares the more we hurt his agenda and the higher the price rises. He is going to run out of shares eventually and is probably already VERY close.

Regardless... whenever his shares run out or we force him out... this stock is going to explode. We have so many longs that it could jump to a completely new high and combined with all the acquisitions this thing could realistically blow way past it. Float is gone. We just have to force his hand.

I personally believe in the company. I put enough faith to place 50% of my portfolio in it. As a day trader this is a HUGE risk as I need to make income off of everything that I have in order to keep growing and to live. ;0

Well that one can see 20 appointments a day, so it is a lot larger than the other locations. The other ones combine for less than $3 million per year. The nice thing about this location is that it is going to save the company $100k per year. If nothing else this is a good reason to take on this spot. Great move IMO. But it does go to show what potential a location can have.

I feel you on this one. Keep in mind many of us have been in this one for a long time. We all know it is too good of a hold to just drop it but it isn't doing what we want yet either. Keep in mind this position is about 50% of my portfolio and I make my money as a day trader. For me to have 50% tied up is a big gamble. So far these gambles have paid off for me and I don't expect this one to go any different. It just means I have to work even harder on the other companies to make things happen. How many shares do you have in this?

I think there is going to come a point where there just aren't any shares left. There are going to be so many people holding long that it could realistically just shoot up. There are a lot of people in here that have been holding for a very long time. Most of the time people start to sell off a company if it is producing for them. That's a good sign. I think as PR starts to happen and things start to come together it would be too risky to sell and we'll see a lot more longs and eventually it is going to breakout for the run we all want and expect.

So it looks like we have multiple pumps on AMSZ. I think as the information starts coming out about the acquisitions that are about to happen and people see the volume more and more people are going to take notice of the company. Those of us that are in right now are eventually going to get our just due. It is just a matter of time before it happens. But once it does... yeah boy! ;0

Realistically they could have made a whole hell of a lot more by getting out of their short positions, buying in the remaining shares low and watching it ride up. I just don't understand why they don't play that angle. Then they could play the short after the raise. That seems smart to me. I just wish there was more regulation on what MMs can and can't do. Because we have to pay trade fees we can't do that ourselves... but the trading of 5,000 shares is destructive to penny stocks. They can't do it with more expensive stocks due to cost, but with pennies... just obnoxious.

That is hard to say as they are only posting 1 ASK at a time. If they posted all of their potential ASKs at once then we could clearly read their position but they don't. I do think that it is just a matter of time before we break through.

Yeah, we almost hit 20 million today. I remember we were predicting 8 million, hahaha... we killed that! Just stay strong and when things start coming together the stock will turn around and have a solid rise to where it should be.

I have my bets on NITE. Notice NITE is involved in virtually every low bid and ask. NITE has been involved in virtually every stock that I have watched lately and it is super obnoxious.

That was a nice little buy at the very end. Curious to see how that plays out for us tomorrow. That is a HUGE buy. I wish that was my share average. Hopefully that was one of the good guys and not another MM.

It is a good time to buy personally. It has been dropping down A LOT lately and is so undervalued that you could easily get in at less than a penny tomorrow or right on a penny and be ready to make a bunch of money. The float is TINY. So once this gets moving it is going to be VERY aggressive.

After talking to Brian it sounded like he isn't going to announce the acquisition this week. There are some reasons behind this but it is nothing to do with the acquisition itself. It has to do with how the stock is trading. Once we get that worked out the news of the acquisition is going to come out as well. But everything is currently on track to happen. Just be patient because they are working on some good things to happen. They are happening but there are a few things that need to come into play first and then there should be a string of press releases.

A person mark? hahaha... ;0 We shall see. Stop being a negative nancy and I think we'll be just fine.

The big news was really the part about the being CURRENT. That's what we had been talking about all day so I figured that was the most important thing to bring up. The other stuff, that was just a little icing on the cake.

All of the pertinent details were released. There are other big things coming our way than what has been announced. Nothing negative, just positives. We just have to be patient and these things will come with time. This is just a judgment call on my part so that we don't jump the stock on speculation or get people in and they get frustrated because something I mention doesn't happen for 6 months. That's not what we want to do right now.

It is costing them a lot of time to constantly short and cover like that. I can't imagine it is even really worth it. But seriously... they were 50% of the trades today and that is just obnoxious... because it really would have shot straight up. And it is only one MM which is NITE. I don't see too many others being as aggressive with it.

Not a bad close. The company is doing A LOT of great things. I was talking to the President of the company today and we had a pretty solid conversation about the future of things and I was very impressed.

It may very well gap up. There was a huge trade that came in just at closed and processed after. So it should gap up to .0099 At least that's what I'm showing on Etrade. We'll see what happens in the AM>
