For anyone interested in Solar energy products, I've been watching this little company for a short while now. The following came out a little weird and I'm not sure why as all I did was copy and paste.
Solar EnerTech Signs Sales Agreement With Italian Distributor
MENLO PARK, CA, May 22, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Solar EnerTech Corp.
(OTCBB: SOEN) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the signing of a five-year
sales agreement with ErgonSolair-WonlexTech Group, an Italian solar products
distributor.
The sales and distribution agreement comes as a result of trial purchases and
recent visits undertaken by the Italian company at Solar EnerTech's Jin Qiao
Technology Park manufacturing facility and was executed in Shanghai between
Lorenzo Colacicchi, ErgonSolair-WonlexTech Group's Operating Manager, and Jack
Yin, COO of Solar EnerTech.
The sales contract entails a five-year agreement to supply PV cells and modules
to the Italian distributor at 10 megawatts ("Mw") per year and requires Ergon
Solair-WonlexTech to use Solar EnerTech's product brand name, SolarE, in its
marketing efforts. As a result of this agreement, Ergon Solair-WonlexTech Group
becomes Solar EnerTech's official agent and distributor within the Italian
market.
Solar EnerTech calculates that Ergon Solair-WonlexTech's annual 10Mw commitment
represents an approximate yearly value of $35 million in revenue at current
prices and is subject to market variables based on prevailing industry price
adjustments over the term of the agreement. In order to meet demands, the
Company has been accelerating its manufacturing capacity since early April to
accommodate the increase in orders from its customers throughout Europe, Asia,
and Africa. The Company expects to begin shipping the Italian orders in
mid-July.
Ergon Solair-WonlexTech Group, headquartered in Citta di Castello, Perugia
Province, Italy, is a PV products distributor and OEM contractor with operations
on three continents via its network of affiliates. The company is active in many
facets of the renewable energy sector, including the recycling of silicon
materials from the integrated circuit industry.
About Solar EnerTech Corp. (OTCBB: SOEN)
Solar EnerTech is a photovoltaic ("PV") solar energy cell manufacturing

sophisticated 42,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Shanghai's Jinqiao
Modern Technology Park. This facility is capable of producing 25Mw of solar
cells from its current production line and 50Mw upon completion of the second
25Mw line that the Company anticipates will be fully operational in the fourth
quarter of this year. Solar EnerTech has also established a Joint R&D Lab at
Shanghai University to research and develop higher efficiency cells and to put
the results of that research to use immediately in its manufacturing processes.
Led by one of the industry's top scientists, the Company's expects its R&D
program to help bring Solar EnerTech to the forefront of advanced solar
technology research and production. The Company has also established a
marketing, purchasing and distribution arm in Northern California's Silicon
Valley.

My brother-in-law is a merchant marine and has been all over the world and I remember years ago he told me the people of the middle east are a real backwards people and I took it with a grain of salt but it's starting to make sense.
The contentious nature of these people is even biblical. They've been acting this way long before the U.S. was even a twinkle in someone's eye. All they need is the smallest of excuses.
Unfortunately, the Dems/Libs have such a lack of vision that they can't understand this and many other things in our world.
Agreed
This is outrageous. Maybe Nancy better go back over there and make the peace.
Thanx all for your help on my pics.
Saw a refreshing letter to the editor in our local paper today about our new Dem. Gov. Brian Schweitzer (sp?, who cares, lol)
The letter was very critical of our Gov. which is a twist in my liberal town, as my county was the only county in Montana that voted for Gore.
He's trying to take credit for our tax surplus which was the result of our previous Repub Govs. and we want our over-payment back but the current Dem Gov. is only going a little ways towards that. He's to damn business running around to places like San Fran to raise funds when he should be here at home doing his job.
If your a Dem in Montana you have to be conservative or pretend like you are and it's starting to look like Schweitzer is the latter. What the h*ll does a red-state Gov. need from San Fran?
Same here ONEBGG, I think I will start over and see what happens.
TIA
Yo Sputnik, can you view my signature picture and if so is it too big?
Right On. The enemy lives within.
My pic/signature is a Golden Eagle, etc. at the bottom of my posts. I thought it might be too big.
Hey, you guys better not try to steal my new rap lyrics and make a million dollars. LMAO
P.S. Is the picture in my signature too big? I can reduce it if it is.
TIA
I'm also reading "Indoctrination U." by David Horowitz. That man is great.
I saw David speak at the U. in my town and I really enjoyed it.
I'm reading a book written by an exDem who researched the crime and corruption in both parties and the Dems win hands down. Slightly more than 3 times the crime and corruption over the last 30 years.
You would never know it with the leftwing media!!!
book title: Donkey Cons
Ditto. That sounds like a realistic goal for the near term Dash
Good one gtv
Good one Sputman
Life certainly does have it's dark side at times, doesn't it.
As for your other comment: "You must be a lovely human being"
Not really, but I'm damned handsome. lol (and humble too)
Have a good weekend easycome92
And to think, years ago I actually liked Carter. Can you imagine the hay-day the left would have with Carter if he were a Repub.
They call Bush an intellectual light-weight. Look that term up in the dictionary NOW and it has a picture of Carter.
I hope they start using Carter's character on the Fox News show on Sunday night, The 1/2 Hour News Hour Comedy. Just to much good material to pass up. LMAO
Ya know why atheists are at a disadvantage?
They don't have anyone to talk to when they are making love.
> We all know or knew someone like this!!
>>
>> One day, when I was a freshman in high school,
>>
>> I saw a kid from my class was walking home from school.
>>
>> His name was Kyle.
>>
>> It looked like he was carrying all of his books.
>>
>> I thought to myself, "Why would anyone bring home all his books on a
Friday?
>>
>> He must really be a nerd."
>>
>> I had quite a weekend planned (parties and a football game with my
friends tomorrow afternoon), so I shrugged my shoulders and went on.
>>
>> As I was walking, I saw a bunch of kids running toward him.
>>
>> They ran at him, knocking all his books out of his arms and tripping him
so he landed in the dirt.
>>
>> His glasses went flying, and I saw them land in the grass about ten feet
from him
>>
>> He looked up and I saw this terrible sadness in his eyes
>>
>> My heart went out to him. So, I jogged over to him as he crawled around
looking for his glasses, and I saw a tear in his eye.
>>
>> As I handed him his glasses, I said, "Those guys are jerks. "
>>
>> They really should get lives.
>>
>> " He looked at me and said, "Hey thanks!"
>>
>> There was a big smile on his face.
>>
>> It was one of those smiles that showed real gratitude.
>>
>> I helped him pick up his books, and asked him where he lived.
>>
>> As it turned out, he lived near me, so I asked him why I had never seen
him before.
>>
>> He said he ha d gone to private school before now.
>>
>> I would have never hung out with a private school kid before.
>>
>> We talked al l the way home, and I carried some of his books.
>>
>> He turned out to be a pretty cool kid.
>>
>> I asked him if he wanted to play a little football with my friends
>>
>> He said yes.
>>
>> We hung out all weekend and the more I got to know Kyle, the more I liked
him, and my friends thought the same of him.
>>
>> Monday morning came, and there was Kyle with the huge stack of books
again.
>>
>> I stopped him and said, "Boy, you are gonna really build some serious
muscles with this pile of books everyday!
>>
>> " He just laughed and handed me half the books.
>>
>> Over the next four years, Kyle and I became best friends.
>>
>> When we were seniors we began to think about college.
>>
>> Kyle decided on Georgetown and I was going to Duke.
>>
>> I knew that we would always be friends, that the miles would never be a
problem.
>>
>> He was going to be a doctor and I was going for business on a football
scholarship.
>>
>> Kyle was valedictorian of our class.
>>
>> I teased him all the time about being a nerd.
>>
>> He had to prepare a speech for graduation.
>>
>> I was so glad it wasn't me having to get up there and speak
>>
>> Graduation day, I saw Kyle.
>>
>> He looked great.
>>
>> He was one of those guys that really found himself during high school.
>>
>> He filled out and actually looked good in glasses.
>>
>> He had more dates than I had and all the girls loved him.
>>
>> Boy, sometimes I was jealous!
>> Today was one of those days.
>>
>> I could see that he was nervous about his speech.
>>
>> So, I smacked him on the back and said, "Hey, big guy, you'll be great!"
>>
>> He looked at me with one of those looks (the really grateful one) and
smiled.
>>
>> " Thanks," he said.
>>
>> As he started his speech, he cleared his throat, and began
>>
>> "Graduation is a time to thank those who helped you make it through those
tough years.
>>
>> Your parents, your teachers, your siblings, maybe a coach...but mostly
your friends...
>>
>> I am here to tell all of you that being a friend to someone is the best
gift you can give them
>>
>> I am going to tell you a story."
>>
>> I just looked at my friend with disbelief as he told the story of the
first day we met.
>>
>> He had planned to kill himself over the weekend.
>>
>> He talked of how he had cleaned out his locker so his Mom wouldn't have
to do it later and was carrying his stuff home.
>>
>> He looked hard at me and gave me a little smile.
>>
>> "Thankfully, I was saved.
>>
>> My friend saved me from doing the unspeakable."
>>
>> I heard the gasp go through the crowd as this handsome, popular boy told
us all about his weakest moment.
>>
>> I saw his Mom and dad looking at me and smiling that same grateful smile.
>>
>> Not until that moment did I realize it's depth.
>>
>> Never underestimate the power of your actions.
>>
>> With one small gesture you can change a person's life.
>>
>> For better or for worse.
>>
>> God puts us all in each others lives to impact one another in some way.
>>
>> Look for God in others.
>>
>> You now have two choices, you can:
>>
>> 1) Pass this on to your friends or
>>
>> 2) Delete it and act like it didn't touch your heart.
>>
>> As you can see, I took choice number 1.
>> "Friends are angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble
remembering how to fly."
>>
>> There is no beginning or end.. Yesterday is history.
>>
>> Tomorrow is a mystery.
>>
>> Today is a gift.
>>
>> It's National Friendship Week. Show your friends how m uch you care. Send
this to everyone you consider a FRIEND.

Political Humor (or not)
A young teenage girl was about to finish her first year of college. She considered herself to be a very liberal Democrat but her father was a rather staunch Republican.
One day she was challenging her father on his beliefs and his opposition to taxes and welfare programs. He stopped her and asked her how she was doing in school.
She answered that she had a 4.0 GPA but it was really tough. She had to study all the time, never had time to go out and party. She didn't have time for a boyfriend and didn't really have many college friends because of spending all her time studying.
He asked, "How is your friend Mary." She replied that Mary was barely getting by. She had a 2.0 GPA, never studied, but was very popular on campus, went to all the parties all the time. Why she often didn't show up for classes because she was hung over.
Dad then asked his daughter why she didn't go to the Dean's office and ask why she couldn't take 1.0 off her 4.0 and give it to her friend who only had a 2.0. That way they would both have a 3.0 GPA.
The daughter angrily fired back, "That wouldn't be fair, I worked really hard for mine and Mary has done nothing".
The father slowly smiled and said, "Welcome to the Republican Party".
ROTFLMAO
I love those elephant jokes too. Clean and funny.
Good one BigMur.
How do you fit six elephants into a Volkswagen?
3 in the front and 3 in the back, naturally. :)
---------------------------------------------------------
How can you tell if there is an elephant in the room?
You can smell the peanuts on his breath.
That would make a good ending line to my song. lol
Cancer
I agree Gulf, it is VERY early. One thing the country also likes is balance and with the Demagogues in the majority at present the voters my also choose balance as well as national security. And we all know which party would deliver both!!!

My brother-in-law is a merchant marine and he will like that one.
I don't think he has a steering wheel in his pants but that's where most of his good ideas come from. LMAO
Welcome aboard NEST EGG.
Now that we're on the subject of music I decided to write my first RAP tune. lol Try to get a rap-beat going in your head then sing the lyrics below. It goes like this.
"Well it ain't gotta chorus, and it ain't gotta verse
And it sounds just the same when you play it in reverse"
"Bah dah doop bah dah dope, I think I need a bar of soap"
I think I smell success in my future. ROTFLMAO
I'll be 52 in July ONEBGG and I think melancholy is normal as we get older.
Thanx for the song post. :)
I use to play guitar and sing in a handful of bands over the years. It was fun but I got sick of playing music with all the libs in my town so I just moved on to other things.
Thanx for your work on this. I use to work for an ex-NFL player who is also active with the Make-a-Wish foundation here in my town.
Keep on Rockin' my friend.
Yo lowman, I saw what happened on the WRNW board. Sorry we have people around here that would do such a thing.
But they obviously don't understand how that game works. I predict you will become even stronger and more trusted here at iHUB.
Thanx for fighting the good fight lowman and God bless you.
When my ship comes in you can expect another donation to "Make a Wish" :)
We have a community access TV station in my town and I asked the folks who made the movie "Indoctrination U" if I could run their movie at our local station.
Maybe some of you here could do the same in your town "if" we are given permission to run the movie.
later
LOL, thanx. I just found it. Didn't add the " - "
Does anyone know how to find the "Indoctrination U." movie trailer on the web?
I saw a guy on C-span that encourages people to watch the movie trailer and then enter your zip code so they can have a showing in your area.
They eventually want the whole nation to see this movie so they can expose the crooked leftwing professors on our college campuses.
TIA
Maybe if we got Hillary a T-shirt that says "I'm the boss" that would make her happy. Then we could move on to someone who actually has leadership skills. lol
Check out my previous post Jagman.
BTW, I also did a reverse search on Michael Bezdek's ph#:
214-760-9483
The phone co. says this ph# is listed to:
Wilshire Capitol Group
It is not unusual for a ph# to be re-issued to a new user and the general public info on the ph# can take a long time to be updated in places like Google.
I know some found this ph# to be listed to a different name and address but this was the old user of this ph#.
If you doubt me, just call information and ask them to do a reverse search on the ph#.
TIA
Yo zguy, I just spoke to the owner of 2018 Cadiz St. Dallas, Tx.
Cadiz St. Properties LTD
1907 Marilla Dr.
Dallas, Tx.
214-748-4561
The lady there confirmed that they do own:
2018 Cadiz St.
Dallas, Tx.
There are 4 rentals upstairs at this address and she said Michael Bezdek currently occupies unit 2C upstairs.
I think I heard a long time ago that pinkies can't be shorted by the general public. But traders that live out of country have the ability to do this.
Does anyone know about such a thing?
