Good, now you can leave!
There are no comps but they have to pick something to go by. They will use all
No battle for me, sit and wait!
1) Posco (Korean Fuel Cell) begins as a company 11/1/19. 2) Implied new Sr lender by 10/31/19. 3) Tulare supposed to be completed in October. Which is the next big news report or option 4 something different. I pick option 1. Posco has been moving expeditiously and FuelCell has announced nothing yet. An official announcement from FuelCell would initiate blast off.
I wonder if he's man enough to write a congratulations article when they have the new senior lender in place. And admit he was wrong stating repeatedly bankruptcy was imminent. I very highly doubt it.
Henrik, right on Q, within one day of good news he comes out with a rebuttal. only this time he was more cautious with what he says and just implied concerns. At least what he said this time is fairly accurate. Without a new senior lender or new financing they still are not out of the woods. But the wording in the recent filing clearly indicates they have a senior lender in place and the payment plans are backup in case that doesn't happen in a timely fashion. The intent to establish a new Sr Lender by EOM seems clear!
Your target depends on what you're trading philosophy is. if you are worried about the short-term volatility take a 30% profit and move on. Which means basically cash out now. If you're worried about the next month $2 should be an easy target what's the officially remove the doubt about the ability to continue as a going concern. If you are long and you are looking at the next year that's a tough one. I like to say with all the momentum in the fuel cell industry and a couple of big things happening with the company they easily hit $20 at some point in 2020. And I would say easily. So you can take your 30% and run or take a percentage off the table at 30%. But if you believe they are not going bankrupt and they are going to resolve their financial woes like I do, and you don't need any of your cash now that I would at least wait until $2 to take anything off the table. Past trading history is meaningless on this stock once they prove they're headed in the right direction. I believe I have the proof I need already.
I will steal a line from the largest selling movie ever when combined with the original and the remake. This is a special one just for the short and day Traders. Coming soon to theaters near you. "Run away, run away and never come back"!
Comps, for valuation! Plug is $607 million, Bldp is $1.1 Billion. $2 for Fcel isn't even close!
This is what the day traders have conditioned you for!!!!! Don't cash til at least $2. Ride the waves! All that work they out in taking about pump & dump and pull backs etc. 183 million shares at $2 is no where near PLUG Market Cap and less than 1/3 BLDP.
October October October, Posco Posco Posco!!
I know these two links R A repost and some people are having problems accessing them. But these are both very significant. Posco is a short-term relevance effective November 1st. The military article is very high-profile and should end up having follow-up orders from the Navy and likely other military branches.
please read these carefully if you are actually doing diligence and trying to research an investment. These can't possibly be misinterpreted. Very clearly headed towards major success with posco first, done with the Navy project and other military projects.

Generate capital and their fearless leader have pioneered green energy. That's a fact. Fuel cells are the most underutilized Green technology of the bunch. That's a fact. Fuel cells are proven technology that has partly been underutilized due to the cost which is becoming more competitive. their development was slow down when we lost incentives to compete with the other technologies for over a year. That is also a fact by the way. There is an obvious growing interest in fuel cell technology over the past 1/2 years and is going to continue to grow. The first part of that is a fact the second part of that is an opinion. In light of all this fuel cells have an immense growth potential. and FuelCell energy has the most diverse portfolio of fuel cells to contribute to that. They're almost 24/7 reliable which by far exceeds the availability of power from wind and solar. They also don't carry the stigma of NIMBY like wind and solar and don't take anywhere near the land use. Most of that is a fact. If some of it isn't feel free to point it out and I will reference if it is. Generate Capital very much wants to be a large part of this advanced technology craze that is just beginning. Just like they were for solar before they were generate capital. We have a new senior lender already lined up I'm certain based on the wording used from management and in my opinion that new senior lender is likely generate capital. And if you recall correctly, when we established our relationship with generate, they referenced the possibility of expanding the financing up to three hundred million dollars. I believe a follow-up to that is in order if not in October then certainly this year. So anyone that has done their diligence it has a reference to add to or disagree with what I say I would be happy to have a dialogue. If you don't have a reference then you are probably already blocked or I will just ignore you or block you because there's no sense in having a conversation if you don't have anything real to discuss. Do yourself a favor if you are interested in investing and simply read any news it was released in 2019. I'm sure you will have plenty to reinforce your decision
October October October, Posco Posco Posco!
Good, some day-traders are leaving. Watchers went to 24,015 and dropped off to 23,999 tonight.
October October October, Posco Posco Posco
Last time I chanted Bridgeport because it was definitely going to happen and definitely be a very positive thing for the company. Although it is not reflected in the share price it did happen and it was a very positive thing for the company short and long-term and contributed substantially to the + Q3 results. The next chant is a double join in and we will celebrate just keep chanting it and block out all of the negative feedback. People will try to make comments to push this down we need to re-share and repeat.
October October October, Posco Posco Posco
Very interesting, ty
IMO this is the highest profile project we have done and need to get it done right first and foremost, but in a timely fashion too. Just like we did for KOSPO in 10 months (2 months ahead of schedule). That project is exceeding expectations at the 1 year point. That was high profile in S. Korea. And when Jen went there, the differences were ironed out with Posco. Posco is moving swiftly to get back to commercial operations. 3 news updates with progress from June til September. They begin operations under new fuel cell business November 1 with FuelCell Energy. I'm hoping and thinking, we ramp up production shortly after that. Keeping my fingers crossed. GL.
Sorry, I meant by Q2. Q1 ends Jan 31.
That's a rational summary, I'll take anywhere in between. But, with the pressure on a d the focus on 3 projects, with the money needed, I believe they are all in place and in warm up by end of Q2, which is January 31. Let's just hope o e of us is correct and no bad news prior.
Well thank you for your feedback again. First off I can't see any pictures under what you posted. Secondly I was talking about the October update which will be for September. But my thoughts are should be listed as 50% complete for October. Avoid the update would come out in November. The rationale for that is simple. The reserve requirement from fifth Third Bank did they show specific Marked progress. Did you not have to show progress on the site, although obviously having the cells being installed on the site would physically show the progress. They need to construct the cells and prepare the cells for installation. The site is relatively local from where they are built. If I am wrong about October then they are wrong about their projections. Which is why I have been wrong so many times in the past. I'm hoping that's going to change aren't you?
Keep your eye on the numbers, 500000 shares traded pre-market might actually be meaningful. Especially if the bid is 34 or higher after Friday's activity. This week is big because we find out if Generate pulled the plug which I doubt very highly. Should find out by Thursday afternoon for sure. If we do not hear anything by Friday as someone else already mentioned, no news is good news. Supportive news from Jigar would be awesome though.
Thank you for your feedback do you have any articles to support.
Crystal clear in January when Jason has a "Few" updates at his first conference call. Unfortunately for those trying to play or time this, they will have missed out on. "Few" $dollars per share
Please refer to pg 150 of this Electric project update. Look at the catagories. As of August triangle Street was generating electricity/revenue for 2 months.
eia.gov/electricity/monthly...
You can also refer to page 154 four projects in queue with status of consruction. There's a drop-down to pick which month you want to look at. Hopefully next month Bolthouse Farms and Groton will be equal or more than 50% complete. Tulare should not be marked complete because the next update will be for September.
https://www.eia.gov/electricity/monthly/epm_table_grapher.php?t=epmt_6_05
Nicely said thank you.
I believe you will see a changeup in that schedule at the next update. Triangle street is already completed and creating Revenue. I have posted that several times and I know it for a fact. We had Q3 revenue from triangle Street. Secondly Tulare will be done in the 4th quarter but it may not be commissioned until the first quarter. Bolthouse Farms and Groton will probably be done in similar time frames. I believe once the finances are stabilized enough they will push getting both of those projects c o d. And I believe that will happen sooner than the current projected time frame on Groton. All these comments will be verified or proven wrong by the end of the year. The end of the calendar year that is.
I understand that. And I'm really hoping that's accurate but I heard commissioning November and December for Tulare. triangle street is already operational and creating revenue and it was part of the revenue for Q3. They may have a new off-taker sometime in October I heard a while back they were trying to do a lease buyback to bring in a substantial amount of money.
The over $1 by sometime in November is a safety range so I'm not wrong. Should be well over $1 sometime in November, but still going to be making progress on many ends through October and that could do it. I'm strictly referring to Tulare being a very big accomplishment and clearing the doubt about the ability to continue as a going concern.
Tulare construction complete in October, commissioning Nov/Dec Hercules and NRG paid by the time commissioning completed. Hoping SP hits my $3 Target in November as previously predicted but may be December now. And I can already see the insulting dishonest comments coming. So lie away. If we received updates like this all along, and the updates were accurate, you wouldn't be here telling tall tales trying to scare people and we would all have more $.
Either way, November/December, the turn around will be completed. SP will be north of $1 by sometime in November.
Let him save the CNBC interview for a Christmas present when he can calmly and clearly convey a successful turn around with a very bright future and propel the SP from $7 (somewhere slightly under BLDP) to $10 (to the highest valuation of the fuel cell stocks.
Well, if we have the choice to have him get priorities taken care of to not default, get bills paid and keep projects progressing or spend time trying to figure out what to say to make investors happy for the time being without lying, which would you choose?
Thanks Max. Sec 969 looks to be the quickest monies. I say that because that's what we need now, quicker money.
Bloom $242 Million
Plug $652 Million
Ballard $1.2 Billion
FuelCell $53 Million +/- a couple million. Squash BK soon and go up over $300 million or $2. My previous calculations we're not including Bloom which have now had 4 really bad news releases about them by 3rd parties since going public. That's bad for all fuel cell companies for now, but good for FuelCell in the long run
You struggle with telling a good joke. But I have to admit the way you flip flop it's pretty funny. Let me ask a question to everybody. How many people understand the requirements for listing? How many people also understand they have requirements and expectations that will have to occur by the end of October which is also ironically the end of the fiscal year? And please, I'm not interested in not answering the questions I'm interested in people that can actually answer the questions. So when you reply can you please put answers as the first word. Then I will know you read this and I will look to see if what you wrote is worth reading. If you don't have answers to those questions I'm not reading it. Other people might if that's your goal.
heard we will be getting it detailed news update from the CEO just before the new year! So for those of you who can't wait bail out or go on vacation, lol. For those of you who understand my message good luck be patient we will persevere.
