Very good. Also Congress only has the power to “regulate” commerce. Congress does not have the power to force a person to participate in commerce (i.e. force a person to buy insurance). The Framers limited the federal government’s powers for a reason. All powers not specifically enumerated to the federal government lie with the states. And the states have not enacted a mandate. It would sure eliminate a lot of headaches if the Supreme Court found it unconstitutional. I really think the economy should be the key issue but I'm afraid the next focus will be on immigration reform.

(((to regulate food))). Sounds to me they want to regulate everything.
