An elderly friend of mine said that inflation is partly responsible for the market doing well. Whether or not that translates over to our pinkie market, who knows. He says as the dollar goes down, people tend to move out of cash and into the market. (just his experienced opinion)

I prefer to think of HMGP as a commodity play rather than a play that relies on market quirks.

For many years I made my living assessing people while they spoke.
I would listen for, shall we say, "hitches in their getta-long"
and I heard none in the way Keith spoke. He obviously is very familiar with the Hemi assets and spoke calmly from one item to the next. (this likely would not happen with someone that was trying to recall items that don't exist)

If a person was not holding the assets Keith claims I would have, at some point, notice inconsistencies in his speech while he was trying to think of how he would state things. When one is telling the truth they don't have to hesitate about what they want to say next.

This may not mean anything to you folks but I give Keith a passing grade for the way the interview unfolded.
