Alright, so we have predictions going now.

I guess we'll see what happens on this! I'm going to say we'll go over .01 on Thursday with a solid close but we'll work higher into Friday with a slight sell-off. I think we'll then run hard the following Tuesday during power hour with a gap up going into Wednesday.

How is that for a prediction?

I really think once things get going it is going to be one PR after another. It should be pretty insane in a couple of weeks. I think we'll start to see some shares being grabbed going into the late week with volume pickup at that time. I'm sticking to my Thursday breakout date.

I really like the standalone concept. It gives them the opportunity to have a great deal more control of their operations as well as increase their customer base. Right now they are relatively limited to what the office they are in brings but with their own space they can really control their direction. But regardless $2 million in revenue is no joke. That's a great amount of money to make with little overhead at the same time.

Holy shit. I would say your assumption has to be dead on. There is no good reason that I can think of to give them away at such a low share value. Is this guy completely out of his mind? This is asking for investors to show up at his house.

I agree with this sentiment as can several others. He has always been on top of all of my communications with him. I have invested into a lot of companies throughout the years and I really can't think of a time that I have had as quick of responses as I have had with Brian and AcuMedSpa. That has done a lot to instill personal confidence in the company. This trip that I am going to take is hopefully going to give me even more confidence and it should also give everyone else more confidence as well.

Bottom line is that our company was assaulted by bashers and we came together to verify the information. We did our DD without running away like most investors in other companies would have. This shows that we have a lot of people on here that are VERY loyal to the company and VERY strong in their position. If nothing else, these bashers are making us MORE loyal to the company than we would have been. Sure the bashing is obnoxious, sure the price dropping is obnoxious... but I know there is a better tomorrow out there somewhere... and as we verify more details and bring more of rumors to rest, the company is going to become much more solid in the eyes of all of us invested for as long as it takes.

Normally you have to pay extra for the buttock rubdown so I would say she got a really excellent deal. I myself am going to stress that my pain is directly in my butt to entice her to rub it... although I don't think I'll be so lucky.

If I have to buy a new camera in one of these areas I would be paying far more for it than both of my cameras combined. I hope you folks enjoy heavy pixelation! My camera isn't too bad. Should have high quality pictures and if I don't then I'll have to go back and do it over again.

I will say that if there are any super hot masseuses I will probably get a massage too. I'll let all of you know the results of that. ;0

Ohhhh the current headquarters? Yeah I can have him take me there. In my head this isn't going to be much to look at but I'll definitely have him take me there to see what is considered to be the HQ currently. I will then have him take me to the empty spot where the new HQ is going to be located.

TV do you still live in Florida? If so you can come along with us. I'm trying to plan the trip around those that live here. I was going to go tomorrow but decided I wanted to go when the locations were open and operating. I invited a few others. It would be anytime after 1 during the week.

As for the Coral Gables location that doesn't open up until the end of May, early June. Once that is open I will definitely go there but I will have him take me by the standalone location that it will ultimately be located in. I think this would be good just to get an idea how good of a location we have going into this and also to verify that there is indeed an empty spot there to acquire.

There will be LOTS of photography. I don't want to come back with anyone saying I should have done this or that. I'm going to OVERKILL the pictures and media just so I don't have to hear I should have done more. I'd rather people said I did too much. ;0

I WILL have a camera with me. In fact I am going to make certain that I have two. I will probably even take some pictures with my blackberry and try to upload them during the trip so that you guys can see them as I go. I will probably make a facebook group or something along those lines that will have all the evidence that the company is healthy, has working locations, and even of the leadership. I think this will give more value and validity to new investors. So I will work hard to college as much media as possible for this.

Headquarters isn't even there yet. Once it is up I am going to go to the grand opening and I will take pictures and other media. I'm going to encourage misterbet to come along with me.

He wouldn't volunteer to meet up with me and then ask me if I knew any others that would want to come along. He is being very transparent and that to me is HUGE. Most companies aren't willing to share those types of details and aren't going to even take the time to show a couple shareholders around. Hell, considering I don't even own 1% of the company I consider this to be a solid gesture. This would be very risky on his part as we're going to be there during the time that the locations are open. So we are able to talk to employees, see merchandise, look at the equipment, etc. He even offered to see the spa experience for ourselves.

I think it is obvious that the company is willing to work with us and keep us informed. Those of us that have been with the company for a while know that it is solid and know that eventually we will have our payday for our loyalty.

I don't care if they have 14 locations or 2 as long as they have revenue. The revenue is what will ultimately determine share price and of course give them the ability to grow.

If they have a store that is underperforming I as a shareholder expect them to close it down. It would make little sense to do otherwise. So rather than focusing on store count we need to consider revenue and of course profitability.

PPS is based on revenue not on store count. So as long as they have stores up and running that are profitable the company shouldn't have any issues. Removing stores that underperform only reduces overhead and increases profit creating more value for shareholders. This is what we need to focus on.

As for me... I REALLY like what I saw from the pictures of Sohna. And for those of you that didn't figure it out, Greg is the one in the picture. If you don't know who Greg is, maybe you should do more DD or ask. ;0

And probably wouldn't be cost effective unless you had enough shares to make it worthwhile. But I think it will definitely be an interesting trip. It is going to be 10 hours roundtrip for me but I believe it will really answer a lot of the questions and hopefully give the company a much stronger image in the end.

Alright... this is for the two of you: Misterbet and tothebank. When would you two or at least one of you be able to go for the field trip? The offices are in medical establishments so they are only open when those practices are open. This means we have to do this sometime during the week. I was going to meet with him tomorrow but with the offices being closed we wouldn't be able to see the signage that I would need to take pictures.

He said that he would even be willing to get someone that could videotape the locations during the trip. I would like AT least one other Florida native along with me so that people aren't claiming I am in cahoots if/when all turns out well.

I assume the offices close at 5. so sometime midday would be best. If it has to be early I suppose I can drag my ass out of bed earlier if I have to. ;0

I sent Brian over a couple of time windows. It will either be tomorrow (sunday) after 3:30 or Monday-Friday after 1. I live in Tampa so it is about a 4.5-5 hour drive for me. But anytime there is any sort of doubt I like to do the proper research and discover on my own and make sure that my position is legit. I feel good about it. Brian has been very accommodating thus far and I feel that while there may not be as many locations, I feel I am going to see real value in the ones that do exist.

Obviously the market can't really seem to figure out where bottom is at all. I guess we'll find out soon enough. I'm hoping for a solid week. I think the "spa" part throws me off a lot. They sort of combine two concepts into one really. The combination however is what allows them to penetrate the customer base that already exists in these doctors offices.

Well it is a MED spa. ;0 Some of the things that they do require a sterile environment I imagine. I doubt you can put needles in someone without having a sterile area. Not to mention they share space with doctors. So that would make sense.

As always, very thorough in your opinion. I'm going to be adding quite a bit more to this. It is becoming more and more evident that there are indeed either one or two people that are out to get Brian and the company. This is obvious. The more they try to play like they are SAVING US the more it makes me feel like I need to hold my position so I don't miss out once it recovers.

Kinda strange also that they would serve papers and SUDDENLY the SAME DAY that the papers are served these people show up posting more than ever. Odd.. very odd. Can't wait to ride out with Brian.

Agreed. 80 million shares is only worth about $700k first of all. If they were going to play with the shares they wouldn't have REDUCED shares recently. Just scare tactics. The more they talk the more I feel bad for the company having to deal with all the bullshit.

Personally I found this email to be VERY sincere. However, I am also going to do the added due diligence on this one and go along with Brian to visit the various locations and document what I see with digital media. This should get rid of all of the naysayers.

Bottom line, even if they only have 5 stores they are still undervalued. Regardless this stock is being bashed and the value is being held down. Once it is able to return to normal trading it will be fine.

Hahaha.. If you aren't involved in the stock, then leave the due diligence to those of us that are. I'm going to be riding out with Brian and Greg and we're going to go look at the locations. If there aren't as many locations then I will document which ones do exist and where they are located.

Also, the shares that Brian has are restricted so they can't be traded anyway.

Regardless, we have no proof of this so rather than bashing without evidence we need to do some due diligence as I have already said that I am going to be doing IN PERSON and we'll find out what is going on from there.

I will verify all of this in the next couple of days. As of right now it is all speculation. I'm going to verify each location and take pictures as evidence with them. There will possibly be another member from the boards with me. Regardless, we're getting to the bottom of this.

Not sure what you are trying to state here. I had $16k in the market, made a good amount off of goig. Lots of people did. So now I am sitting around $20k. I sold out of GOIG during the panic drop like many people did. It dropped HARD. Glad I did. I was up almost $12k and had to settle for around $4k.

As for the exact dollar amount I have in AMSZ it is hard to say because I have bought in several different times but it is somewhere in the neighborhood of $11k-$12k. That's not a big range. Again... stupid point...

As for insider information. I have none. All the information I have is publicly available. You can go to their locations and find out that information. You can do the DD and find it out.
