It's really not that many shares but the float is small. Prob just a trader freeing up funds
Its an older commercial Dec 2010 I believe
Sorry to take the stars out of your eyes but OnStar has some serious explaining to do collecting data from drivers AFTER their contract ended.
Not very driver friendly I'm afraid and certainly does not put OnStar in a good light. Thanks but my money is on PhoneGuard.

Funny lol
No sir
Agreed if I get the time I will post my findings

Thanks lowman I will continue to watch and see if something transpires.
I truly hope things work out for everyone here. GLTA

Interesting article but the suggestion that gold is backed by nothing is misleading. Gold has been around thousands of years much longer than the USD. Central banks around the world are not selling their gold but rather increasing their holdings month over month. This is especially true with the emerging markets and the ECB's.
The longer term fundamentals favor gold not the USD.
The last time I posted here I was accused of "confusing investors". Still I keep this on my watch list and follow the board.
Acknowledging the lack of communication from management does anyone know if they are making an effort to get their filings up to date? This should be a priority with management if they plan on securing any sort of "non toxic" financing.
TIA everyone I'm merely trying to understand what the game plan is before I put any $$$ in this.
I took a small position here to get some skin in the game and plan to add this week. Re fins their SG&A as % revs is 89.30 seems rather high imo. Any thoughts??
"you really believe DHSM has a niche like that"
"Data Health Systems has the technology to completely and thoroughly audit Medicaid claims on a per state basis. Losses to related to Medicaid claims rank in the billions of dollars each year, and through Data Health Systems' proprietary software application, Data Health Systems has the ability to recover and prevent billions of dollars wrongfully paid out by Medicaid each year."
I have not done a lot of research on this play so please take this with a grain of salt. I work in the healthcare industry and have worked with VA, DC and MD Medicaid. State Medicaid programs have been moving to a managed care model because they are broken. ObamaCare will put even more financial pressure on the states without the necessary financial support. There might be another "working" program available that prevents overpayment from state Medicaid programs. I have not done the research YET. However if there is not then I'd say yes DHSM could "have a niche like that".
I have not taken a position in DHSM but I do watch it closely and continue to do my DD.

Hey DFS I was in the "other oil recovery" play with you guys last year. Seems things are not panning out too well over their but I am happy to see you here.
The capital structure and fins are looking quite nice here with EVTN. I also like this quote taken from X Challenge PR:
"Additionally, Shell has committed to work with the X PRIZE Foundation to involve oil industry experts and other industry leaders to promote, utilize and bring the winning technologies to market."
I like the wording of TECHNOLOGIES (plural). Obviously I'm hoping Voraxial is awarded the grand prize but I believe the top 3 winners will all get exposure from Shell. Thoughts???
JT
Yes that would be nice and I hope we see that. What fascinates me is the growth opportunity if things play out right. Solid acceptance and growth in enterprise sales will be key IMO bc it sets the stage for future products and upgrades. I agree with some the retail side will be more challenging. But that's ok if PhoneGuard becomes the household name in this market we win.
Besides in theory the product should only get better. Who's to say AON won't use the anti-virus portion of the sweet as well
Nice find Brenton. If you think about it AT&T is one of the sponsors for the upcoming DC txt n driv summit. Probably not coincidence that our chairman was asked to take part in. Bieber on the big screen and PhoneGuard being presented probably not coincidence either considering the Secretary of Transportation is gonna have a seat at this table.

So true so true. The company has not even launched a single product and people are talking about bailing? As I see it the company has been as transparent as possible while they put their plan in place. I was even able to sharpen up on my finance while watching this all come together (thank you to a couple of folks here).
I'm confident in the market research done by the company. Management has proved they are a scalable company capable of staying ahead of the market and certainly able to "get the deal done". This is key in technology as you are probably aware and often easier said than done.
With time this could evolve into something very special. The fundamentals are coming together nicely and we are now on the starting block. I don't see any pump here rather a confident and seasoned management team, a great product, solid partnerships and hopefully a very receptive market.
Reduce cost and liability. It's all about the bottom line in corporate America pure and simple senior.
When insurance companies extended a break on premiums corporations will jump all over this pure and simple. Why am I so confident? AON
Corporate America is not a democracy last I checked. One does what they are told or they will find someone else to do it.
The gloom and doom marketing tactics you refer to are already being played out by the PI lawyers. Check em out on YouTube they are quite graphic and right up your alley. I assure you the Fortune 500 knows all about them.
What sources are you referring to ace? Please do share with the rest of the board.
Awaiting your response..
I can appreciate contrary views in stocks that have done extensive DD and heavily invested in. Would you mind sharing your research that supports OPMG being a P&D?
Thanks
I'm not bailing I'm still not done buying lol
Agreed but I can't take that board hit just yet because I am not done buying. Waiting on 2 commission checks at the moment and then I will be breaking out the nun chucks and chicken Little book.
Nice job with your client base btw very sales savvy :)

Different strokes for different folks. 50 cent is not partnered with the largest Risk Management and Ins Broker in the world. Not saying he is a slouch by any means they just have different goals.
Don't think JB wants to be known as "the next 50 cent penny player" Just my opinion but what do I know :)
JB is maturing into an entrepreneur and sees the what his name, connections and reach can do for this company and for the txt n driv movement.
IMO a text like that would discount his intentions and paint his image as a penny flipping celebrity endorsement.
That's awesome and congrats on your newest family member. No worries it's easy to get too deep in the weeds with these penny plays.
Our day, month and year(s) are coming...

These sells are annoying and to your point are not helping the share price.
On a side note my father works as an international commercial real estate broker and has worked with AON on several occasions. He didn't believe AON would enter into any kind of an agreement with a penny trading company. Well I guess times are changing dad lol. He was rather surprised when he read the PR quoting their Managing Director.
PhoneGuard is growing her legs and soon she will be running faster than any of her peers. I don't know what this company will look like in 2 years. What we do know is management knows how to close a deal and they are damn good at it.
Best of luck and much prosperity to us all
OPMG
Have a smaller position here as I am invested in several Jr's. I keep this one on my short list and have been watching closely.
Liking the large block buys lately. Think I'm gonna have to up my position.
PCFG
These "kids" you refer to have "fished" out much of the DD before it was announced by the company. Don't believe me go to the tape and see for yourself. These "kids" bring a lot to this forum and go out of their way to help new investors with legitimate questions.
You may wanna spend some time on Ihub and you will see this is one of the better boards around.
OPMG
For starters I wouldn't be asking anyone on these boards for stock advice. Do your DD and make your own decisions you will be far better off my friend.

Not really a way to enforce since most reps work from home. Periodic DMV checks and additional driver training once a threshold of license points was exceeded.
I had my day of field training back in may. The instructor showed me the Distracted Driving stats and told me a national movement made up of govt, academia and corporate america was coming. She also said it would be big and would be taking distracted driving head on. Ironically my instructor was a former Formula 1 driver and previously worked on the Audi Quatro design and testing team.
That evening I began my research on the market and tradable securities and eventually found myself here at OPMG.
Thanks. Yes the problem is not going away and only getting worse. I believe fortunes will be made and have my fingers crossed PG will be a player in this market.
Lol actually I work in pain management but hey cough drops are cool too.
Typically these companies follow in lock step with one another. My buddy who is also invested in OPMG already sent the PG info to the fleet administrator at Amgen (where he works). They are issued blackberries so it would be easy to mandate on all drivers. Other companies like mine merely give monthly telecom stipends. Not sure how that would work but policy states no phone usage period while driving including hands free, Bluetooth etc. Obviously it's not enforced as there seems to be a problem lol
Definitely. There is a lot of room in this market for competitors. AT&T will immediately capture a portion of the market just from their subscriber base. Shall be interesting to see where Apple, Google and Verizon fall into this market.
Interesting side note: last week I received a communication from the Fleet company that manages the cars at Cephalon (a Pharm company I currently work with). All drivers are required to complete an online training module titled "Avoiding Distracted Driving".
"Cephalon is experiencing an unusually high rate of distracted driving collisions. Most of these instances involve hitting non-moving items(I.e. Garage doors, outdoor equipment, garden walls and other cars). These are also the most preventable collisions".
