I have been hoping for the same, and yes, remember my account rocketing from .01 price several times.
"The Ugly Duckling" (Danish: Den grimme ælling) is a literary fairy tale by Danish poet and author Hans Christian Andersen (1805 – 1875). The story tells of a homely little bird born in a barnyard who suffers abuse from his neighbors until, much to his delight (and to the surprise of others), he matures into a graceful swan, the most beautiful bird of all. The story is beloved around the world as a tale about personal transformation for the better.[1]
Been calling this "MY Ugly Duckling Stock" for over a year now.
Tomorrow he may become the SWAN
Is there a certain date we would have had to purchase by to be considered a stockholder of record?
They have been looking since July 2009.

Good...In and waiting. :)
We all know someone who is hurting. Make a commitment to help that person now, should a windfall come to you from here or anywhere else.
Thanks
Spread the wealth.
I think the creditors who were paid with shares and are private,
foreclosed, taking us shareholders along as assets, then sold to or merged with Telogis.
Of course I could be wrong or the article could have it wrong so it is still a wait and see IMO.
But either way i think we will be getting something.
Yes, all those MM's showing up lately supports your theory.
Telogis formerly Remote Dynamics...Lot, STOCK, and Barrel.
Yes, Thank you for the prayers. It is looking good.
Is Telogis going public? Is that why RMTD shares are still trading?
There is no investor information on their website.
Somebody start a 40 shareholder of record thread so we can figure out what to spend all of our money on.
Best of luck to us all. Have a great weekend.
"Telogis bought the REDIview business from the Remote Dynamics secured creditors after a foreclosure. "
Oh yeah, well when did they buy the customer base and valuable accounts. Before, during or after? Hugh? The customer base and accounts are probably worth a heck of a lot more than the technology which is rapidly being changed, modified, and upgraded.
I'll take my chances. I bought more today.
This is going to get interesting.
Looks like we have two more MM's.
No Problem. It is nice to be able to give something back as I have been reading everyones' posts for a long time. The article indicates these companies can take a negative turn in the economy and turn it into a positive income generating spin. Time will tell.
I checked out SVMI, thank you. I'll keep an eye on it.
There is more. Great issue, look it over and you will KNOW
what the future holds.
"Bryan Brady, application specialist at Caterpillar, thinks the path down which the industry is headed is not only to provide project personnel with the appropriate data to do their jobs, but also to have this information come to them automatically without a lot of legwork"

ENJOY!
Well then, flush it. By the way, in response to the private message you sent,
Yeah? So?
Yes, soon. How soon? I personally never worry about taxes on anything I buy and sell. (I might this year :O) But I would suspect entities holding billions of shares would. To come up with an educated guess, I would think to go through the files to see what was converted and WHEN. Then add 1 year to the dates or final date. Should come up with a few different dates, one for each conversion.
I have not taken the time to do that yet, but it may not be a bad idea.
I never post here, buy I do read everyone's comments. A reverse split? The holders who accepted shares instead of cash must have considered those shares to be worth more than the cash owed them. They must be seeing something more in the future than we are seeing at this point.
No one is going to accept worthless shares for money owed. That being said, they would have probably also wanted a written guarantee or at least a verbal guarantee
that there would be no RS. If there are only aprox 40 shareholders of record, and a few of them holding large blocks lnstead of cash owed them, why would they RS us? Makes no sense.
Someone posted awhile back that this company had figured out a way to combat MM's short selling,(dilluting with fake shares). Counterfiet shares could not be issued because before anyone (MM) could do that to this company, the company issued REAL shares, plenty of them, and used them to convert debt. Google counterfeit shares, cellar boxing, desking, etc. and you will have a better understanding of what that poster was trying to explain. I agree with him/her 100% as I came to the same conclusion months ago. While everyone balks at the OS/AS it just might be the best thing this company could have done and other companies IMO may follow so I am watching this one very closely. Disclaimer, I own this stock. The above is my opinion. Please do your DD.
Best of luck to us all.
