On one of those reverse merger links I posted awhile back it said it takes 30-60 days for a private company to go public. Not sure that this is what is happening or how far along we are, but we waited this long, so what's a few more days or weeks gonna matter?
SOMEBODY MAIL THE COMPANY A COPY OF THE BOOK AND INSIST THEY READ IT OUTLOUD AT EACH AND EVERY SALES MEETING.
Thanks!
Yes, I think Telogis bought "Substantially All Assets" which includes us. Hey, we are assets, are we not? We own Telogis now IMO.
Telogis and Remote equals caterpillar and butterfly. Read "The
Very Hungry Caterpillar" or ask a six year old to tell you the story of "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle. Woo-hoo
My Ugly Duckling might turn into a BUTTERFLY...what a surprise.
Above based on my opinion do your own DD. I own shares here and
am fixated in early childhood.
Taxes? Are you talking about taxes? Ahhhhhhhhh This is the reason
I bought a little more, to cover the taxes on what I already have.
Good day to all.
Ernie, sounds great. Thanks

Link is for Remote Dynamics....
This company gets listed every month by various blogs for earnings report yet no earnings report ever comes. I followed the link and they say add for about 100 companies that are scheduled
for an earnings report, so I don't think it means anything, but keep searching and posting, something bound to turn up sooner or later. They are really keeping things quiet.

Joel,
I hope it comes as I have seen Yahoo list this before for our company and nothing came.
Too low. This is a strong sector, under the radar. There will be other M and A's in this sector. Recession is actually good for this sector and it will emerge profitable before others, as will we, I hope.
We may have been left out at this stage but many steps are involved. In the end, we will get paid, in my opinion.
My opinion. Remote and Telogis are one, a bankruptcy may be needed
to solidify their postion, and for tax savings, and can be a positive. Fastest and cheapest way for a company to go public is to merge into a bankrupt
shell. They may buy us out before they go public and change the ticker. They will pay us well, considering we are now at .0001,
get rid of us, and then move to Nasdaq some time in the far future. They could remain private. Shot to .01 on at least 10 different dates in the past. I am expecting AT LEAST a penny, based on potential future growth. Don't give a hoot about OS AS or float. Deals can be structured in many ways. Something out there called "Good Faith"
They come in with an offer high enough to guarantee no future law suits. They will cover their butts, and I'll cover mine. I am documenting everything and anything and I want that PENNY.
Exactly.
Think regulatory approvals...takes time and quiet. Shhhhhhhhh
Of course I could be wrong but it beats sitting around angry.
Best of luck to us all. We are few, under 300 as of Feb 26 or they would not have been able to voluntarily delist. Because we are few we will fair well. IMO
Yes, this is probably true. Wouldn't know 'cause I have not tried
lately.
"This should be pretty obvious by now. I suppose Telogis could just delete the messages and ignore them, but they're being nice in passing them to Keith."
Yes. they are being nice, and will continue to be NICE.
I will hold. Thank you.
SURE I will, Dude there was no bankrupt. Do you have a link from a press release or sec file that say we a re bankrupt. We sold assets, WOOOOOOOOO how scarey.
How do you know. There were at least 10 different press releases and many had MIS INFORMATION. SO you believe the one you want to believe until the company tells us different.
AS you wish, I will just sit quietly AND WAIT.
It will not be an angry wait, just an ordinary, wait for the money, wait.
See ya.
Shareholders do not own 29 billion shares, not us shareholders anyway. They can do many things with those shares. It is OUR shares we are concerned with, as are they.
I think I truly DO get it. Time will tell.
Go into the SEC web site and read about the term "back door" That is where I found it. Then you will HOPE it is a back dorr reverse merger.

Different strokes for different folks. Point I am making is GOOD
companies voluntarily delist for diffrent reasons and to different degrees.
"But such joining of forces doesn't happen overnight - companies must undergo a very long and often, frustrating process first."

"Conclusion
When two companies merge resources, the resulting transaction can be known by many names. Whether a company calls a deal a merger or an acquisition is largely a function of how the management chooses to present the transaction to its own employees and to the public. Mergers can take place between many different types of companies such as competitors, industry partners, or corporations with an input-output relationship - and may serve to either increase or decrease earnings per share. Regardless of how the companies are characterized, one thing remains the same: mergers are always friendly in nature, while acquisitions can be either friendly or hostile"
They keep everthing quiet until everything is final. Letter may only address the issue of Telogis buying assets. Then in month or two they tell us more. IMO Not really sure how it all works as there are many types of mergers or ways this can go. Since there are so few of us, we will get a higher price.IMO
Reverse merger would take at least 30 to 60 days. Then pay out letter maybe. May even be with a different company. Lots of complicated ways to structure deals. All I know is SOMETHING is happening, so I intend to wait it out.
I do not think it is a pay out letter because we are still trading. I was able to buy more yesterday.
Is this a "back door" reverse merger with Telogis? Is Telogis going public? (SMILE) Would be very nice for us shareholders.
IMO something good is going on.
Disclaimer-I own shares and am HOLDING.
Did anyone get their letter yet? I am not jumping to conclusions until I hear from the company.
I do find this very interesting. "Mr. Moore currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Remote Dynamics, Inc., Monarch Staffing, Inc. and Mission Hospital Foundation.
