FHAL.OB - Merger and $15.00 price target - currently $1.14 - another short squeeze
Anyone here get in on this stock. Some folks I know have already made a fortune on this and many more claim they are still going to. Here's the scoop.
CVSU.pk and FHAL.ob are going to complete a shell stock reverse merger on 7-28-06.
cvsu.pk and fhal.ob are doing a shell stock reverse merger (fhal is the shell). cvsu is a holding company that has millons in assets and billions in contracts. cvsu's estimated book is $34. They will be persuing nasd listing immediately after getting on the OTC:BB
cvsu has bought up all of fhals float and now the shares being traded are shorts. Millions of shares are shorted. The stock will emerge from the merger after the 28th with the stock price set at $15. The MM's will be forced to cover next week before the merger is final.
This is the first time this stock will be traded openly on the market, it has been privately traded up until now.
This will be the squeeze play of the century.
My favorite quote from the meeting.
"so i guess next week we're going to have a short squeeze, right?"someone asking question
"if we're successfull it will be a short elimination" - Rufus
FHAL.ob announced in June that it had entered into a LOI with CEOTA to supply logistics for the salvaging and bringing to market of submerged trees along a 100 mile stretch of the Amazon river in Brazil. That contract was estimated to be worth 1.5 billion dollars. It was suggested that upon successful completion of that project they would be extended the opportunity for the whole amazon river inside of Brazil, some 3000+ miles. The value of the remaining 3000+ miles was described as mind boggling.
Shortly after the pr fhal was interviewed on mn1.com and mn1's resident stock analyst released a report on fhal's business. you can find that here, Analyst's report and you can find the LOI announcement of the Amazon log deal here, LOI pr.
CVSU 's management picked up on the Amazon deal and decided to look into it. They apparently saw enough opportunity to do a reverse merger with fhal. While the Amazon log deal was described as the deciding factor for cvsu's decision to choose fhal for the merger, CVSU also has a need to merge into a OTC:BB stock in general. Their goal is to be on the nasd within 45 days of completion of the merger. They have a huge contract with the military for the F22 Raptor, and you simply cant be on the bulletin boards much less a pink sheet stock with a contract of that magnitude from the military.
This is the pr announcing the revese merger, R/M pr. This is a copy of the signed merger 8k, merger.
CVSU holds a $500 million dollar bond that has 4 outstanding offers for loans against 90% of it's value. CVSU also holds a $310 million dollar UCC Secuities Note against the state of Washington. Their pre merger financials can be found here, financials. They will be releasing their 10Q this coming week, and you should look for it to raise the book value to over $30.
While CVSU has numerous subsidiaries and joint ventures, the 2 of immediate interest is AISS and LotteryFever.
LotteryFever is presently going thru testing in Georgia, and if successful will be evaluated in a 3 state shakedown test. The revenue from the 3 state evaluation is estimated to generate 50 million dollars per year. After the successful completion of the 3 state test they will open up in 42 states. This will be the same thing as a giant PowerBall lottery. They do not have a functioning website presently.
AISS is the crown jewel of CVSU 's holdings. They are manned with some of the top echelon of our government's power players, and is staged to begin a 20 year contract with the military worth billions in revenue.
I personally have 800 shares because that is all the money I am willing to risk. Looks tempting doesn't it? Stormin

Hey Serfy - what do you think this post means of Phil in response to Hititup looking into the toxic financing deal? sounds like something happened within a months time?? Who met with Rufus?

___________
Quote from Hititup:
Doesn't mean it's being "toxically" (if thats a word..) financed by AJW or it's subsidiaries under Mr.Ribotsky. I understand CSHD consumes all obligations of FHAL as filed in the last 10q, but I am trying to prove that it has been taken care of.
I just can't rationalize why anyone would even consider entering into an agreement with toxic financing involved (57.5% of the company) unless they could handle/take care of right away/ that risk.
I'm going to prove it's not the situation here no matter how long I have to work at this.:p
_______________
Well if the rumour from yesterday is correct, then taking care of it within a month would be considered handling it right away wouldnt you think? You should send a copy to rufus as well. I would imagine he can tell you what the deal is.
better yet, get a copy of it to the guy going there tomorrow to meet with Rufus.------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hey, I wonder if my loverboy Hititup ever heard back from Corey???

I have sent a very detailed and fairly nicely written (if I can say so myself) fax (thats the only contact info I found) to Mr. Corey Ribotsky.
Regarding FHAL, CVSU, CSHD and any current involvment with his investment group(s).
I took extra care with my wording, so I'm optomistic for atleast SOME reply.

Hey Lithe - Les has never given proof he/she even owns this stock. he is probably just being paid to annoy us - LOL!
Comical - Lesnshawn still wants PROOF by the "bashers"! A SEC investigation, ignoring the law by refusing to get an attorney, trading on the greys still ain't enough proof - how nuts is that!!!
Hey Real Deal - YOU are weak!! Why is it taking you so long to get Lesnshawn to IGGY you??? No basher medal for you!

I HAVE HAD ENOUGH.We are asked to get caught in the middle and expected to clean up the GD MESS by some people who post here. IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE, GO and play in the sandbox. Save the seals or the whales, but your dam cause here falls on deaf ears. WE HAVE SAID FOR DAYS, IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE HEAT GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN , GET OUT!! NOW DAM IT, DO NOT PUT ME IN A SITUATION OF HAVING TO BAN ANYONE. YOU PLAY GAMES WITH OUR CHARITY AND I AM MAD AS HELL BECAUSE OF THE POSITION SOME OF YOU HAVE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF OUR KINDNESS. MOD

Don't mean to gossip - but an interesting little saga happening on the HSM board. Apparently a well liked, experienced, knowledgable investor is leaving HSM because he has taken issue with the running of the CSHD thread as a cheerleader forum enforced by banning. Obviously not everybody thinks the air is fresher over there!

I disagree with your policy re the CSHD thread, pro-CHSD~ers only. However it is your board so you can run it as you see fit. I respect that.
Everyone knows what I think about CSHD. Per your policy I'm not welcome in the CSHD thread. I don't feel welcome any where on HSM anymore. As a result, I am voluntarily withdrawing from HSM. You can delete my login ID. I won't be posting anymore.
I appreciate the chance of participating in HSM. I thank you and the other Mods for that.
Good luck to everybody in the stock market.

a good guess EXCEPT for your intelligent comment!
Don was THE worse offender! Look at what he is saying NOW! I'll BRB - I'll dig up the original version of Don - and it wasn't a pretty sight! Mayben Dimension has that "need for prozac" post we joked about... I am willing to bet a number of the MODs post will be back to haunt him!

Please I ask you to watch what you say in print
------------------------------------------------------------------------
I know many of you are very frustrated and wanting answers. Some very strong and descriptive language is used on the thread making accusations for which at this time there is no direct proof or foundation to some of the things posted. It doesn't do anyone any good to make wild assumptions at this point until proven otherwise. The Investors can only wait for the real truth whatever that maybe , so I am asking you to keep this point in mind when posting. There is a new CEO and it has been said in the media, the steps necessary in the coming days. I am posting this message to ask that cooler heads prevail and wait for an update without going off on a tangent. The last thing we want to do here is ban someone. You have a right to vent, but it can be done in such a manner without making thie thread totally useless for good members to come here and post. We are not going to allow it to turn into another popular site where everything goes.
We do not have the answers and at the sametime, HSM has the responsibility to all members on this Board, not to let it turn into a circus which it is becoming.Don't find yourselves liable for posting things which could come back to haunt you in a big way. I ask that you remember the TOS guidelines at all times please.

What happened in here? Last week we were all happy about Arlitt, this week I need antidepressants just to keep reading. I am not happy about the way everything has been handeled either but what happened from Thursday until now? Did I miss something?
You mean like Kent C. did? Although he did stop when the "merger supposedly occured.
Hey, that leads me to BlueDiamond! He never EXACTLY pumped - he just reposted other people's pumps!!! Does that count???
OOPS! Better becareful - some people don't like conspiracy theories - but it is fun to guess!
McDonald - being the last man standing, is it safe to say that you bet the farm on this one??? time to find Jesus - again...
Whew! i thought for sure someone was about to name me! LOL!
Why couldn't it be a basher? They could have shorted their shares if they knew the stock was a POS.
You know that was one of the reasons this stock made me a hardcore poster - Phil and the mod over at HSM. I was stunned that there were bannings of people that were giving opposing views. It was the first red flag for me. Something was very wrong about it. It dawned on me then that the messageboards were indeed a breeding ground for pump and dump scam artists.
Even ole Rufus had signed up on the messageboards to spread the word. It's a difficult problem to manage. The momo's are depended on this system. I am not saying there is anything wrong with making money on a momentum play - BUT how it is done is a matter of ethics. This stock took it beyond what should be acceptable - and I believe it opened the eyes of many as to how a stock can be manipulated.
I have been wondering if this is a case strong enough for the SEC to prosecute a number of the moderators like HSM DON for their unreasonable (IMO) unethical behavior. This stock had it all - and I am not talking about just Rufus.
Hell YES!!! Please Please let it be a basher! And not someone like BlueDiamonds! or Lesnshawn - the last man standing...
HA! Not anymore! I just left a tip for Matt - he can keep the subscription money - I just didn't want Kriss to pay my way!
all the angles have been played out with this stock. Everything discussed ad nauseum. Every conspiracy theory discussed. Is it possible there will finally be no more surprises?
Just like that guy Robert (?) said on SubPenny the other night to Rufus - he has written his money off as a loss - and he moved on - on to an oilrigg at 50 years of age. I believe the next phase has been reached with CSHD - DEPRESSION. Everyone is emotionally drained and it will be difficult to recapture the hype it had time and time again. The story as dead as the sunken logs of Brazil. One rollercoaster wide too many. Just a hollow feeling left. It is possible to ride on a rollercoaster until the thrill is gone - and it has happened here. Farewell CSHD!
Hey, that's what happens when the longs give up! No one to bash!
They've all moved on to the next scam or are back to work trying to make up the money they lost.
Maybe TUT will realize his Goldmine of Loyal Shareholders is losing interest and don't want to march in Washington DC in the dead of winter. He better do something pretty quick - if indeed he is legally able to do anything at all.
Are you trying to get me in trouble with a Cease and Desist notice from Dr. YooHoo???!!!!
Hey! I thought the KoolAid stuff was KOOL!!! I know more about KoolAid than ever before! What are we suppose to talk about hen the company hasn't put out any news????? It's not like we are privy like SOME people to what is going on with CSHD. And Rufus didn't call into Simon tonight - and Simon tried to call him - but just the mailbox picked up....
I'm back - so you can count on the stock dropping - LOL!!!!
Hey it's worth another 12 bucks just to talk to you Chevy!
BTW - did you ever look into that Pacific Beach Mortgage UCC notes? It looks like they were the same notes involved with that scammer - so I will have to assume that those UCC notes were worthless. I believe Lee Webb touched on them and when you compare the numbers on the notes from Waatle financials - they match the ones that were thrown out as legit. There were some documents posted on the SI site that validated this claim.
If you remember, I have said before that Rufus might have been scammed himself. also interesting that Rufus mentioned that he thought Mike Alexander might have been out to scam him as well - one of the HSMers that were at the shareholders meeting in Dallas talked to Rufus about this.
Just curious, you can pm if you want - but are you an original FHAL shareholder???
Just in case that DEAD LOG thing comes up - Here's a little something from BODI about it from August - notice there was no license back then - anyone know whether he ever received that license??? Or once again is that log deal dead - as dead as the logs...

Morning all looked up some info on Hypothecation...
The original use of the word hypothecation was for a pledge of property as collateral for a debt without transfer of possession to the party making the loan.
Here are a couple more defintions:
Hypothecation:
Borrowing funds from a lender then investing those funds into a debt instrument that is concurrently given to the lender as the collateral for the loan.
Hypothecation:
Pledging of securities to a brokerage firm as collateral for margin loans made to purchase securities or to cover short sales.
Example: Hypothecation is a legal concept, which allows you to put your house up as security for a real estate loan without actually surrendering it. You enjoy all the rights of possession and use and even have the right to sell. This is why people can say they own their house, when if fact they are buying it on the installment plan. Under the title theory of hypothecation the lender holds the legal title and the borrower owns the equitable title. Under the lien theory the borrower holds the legal title and the lender’s mortgage is a lien on the title. The granting clause either conveys title to the lender or creates a lien on the title, depending on which theory is used.
My assumptions are based off…this deal is real or I would not still be here…Given what we know about Conversion Solutions (CS)…they intend to use the bond and UCC funds…to fund additional projects…each project will have assets/collateral to secure the loan, if the loan were to default CS, would maintain the assets.
Example: The Amazon log recovery deal. (BTW, spoke to CEOTA recently…still no license) but let say it was a legit license…the deal was supposedly worth 1.5 Billion dollars. For example: CS would loan an amount, equal to 80% of the value…1.2 Billion, the company pulls logs out of the river and pays CS back for the Note in either weekly, monthly, or quarterly payments…meanwhile back at CS headquarters…they have made additional loans to other companies like AISS…banks are allowed to loan more than a 1 to 1 on their assets… I have discovered from 1 to 7 is average and as high as 1 to 100 if the federal reserve back the lending institution… for example: if I had 100 dollars I could lend that 100 out to 7 different people…each one will pay me back in time for a total of $700 …meanwhile back at CS headquarters…the interest payments roll in and add on top of the interest the ownership in each project…cash begins to roll into the company and gives them even more lending ability…
Mid-term notes In addition to the other revenue streams, lending institutions are able to sell the notes to other parties, i.e. other banks and financial institutions…each time they sell or trade notes …they can earn 3 to 4% for each transaction…I really don’t understand this process much…confuses me…however, it’s call a mid-term note…
*Caution… I found a ton of info about mid-term note scams while doing this DD. However…I never found a public company involved in a scam of this nature.
My next DD will be on Mid-term notes…and how the note exchange between financial institutions works…assistance in DD is always appreciated.
I apologize for the haphazard way this reads...
Peace------------------------------------------------------------------------
I thought some HSMer promised a PR today or tuesday... I bet one will come out if Rufus calls into SubPennyradio again!
Do any of the longs even have a clue about this so called business??? Has TUT added any of his crappy gold mining companies yet as subsidiary to be funded with the bogus bonds???
How about that Ecowood deal? Did Mike Alexander ever get that license he needed to make that logging deal happen? Heck, they knew there were shorts around when FHAL brought out that deal before - I imagine there will be a few more if they PR it again. Wonder if there has been an increase of those Carbon Credits - although hard to top 4 TRILLION! Oh yeah, maybe they got an independant value on the Titanium mines or whatever the heck that claim was.
Ready to talk! Pick a topic!
Good Grief! Chevy - is there anyway on SLOW news days that OT can be discussed? There are plenty of boards that occasionally get OT. It's not like a PR or the 10Ksb or 10Q just came out and someone was disrupting the board with OT information. How was Serfy suppose to let everyone know that his KoolAid people were offlimits???
BTW - How the hell are ya buddy!!! ughh! Xmas already! I need to get shopping!
WARNING! to those that requested a 24 hour notice - I already renewed my subscription to IHUB!!! I didn't want Kriss to pay for my addiction!!!!
Hey BOHO - read your post to Wolfie - you sound paranoid as hell - what's up with that? You sound guilty! Having trouble sleeping lately? You are over reacting for some odd reason. Maybe it is just your humor....

lol..ya that hub site is full of them......
What the hell are you blabbering about? I am not accusing anyone of anything. Stunned at what?? All I said was that you were around as part of a MOMO group. What the heck is wrong with that? What's all the Christian crap you are ranting about?
Cracked what case??? There is no case here that I know of. I am still trying to figure out why so many would never accept that I was not short nor worked for anyone that did. I think you people are all effin crazy buying pennystocks in the first place, especially the people that pump a stock hoping to hook the newbies for their own financial gain.
Don't concern yourself with MY DD - if you think there was logic involved in investing in a pennystock pump and dump you are sadly mistaken. Why are you even concerned about being BUNCHED up with other groups???Unless you have done something illegal or traded on insider information what's the big deal. Like minded people doing the same thing. BFD.
Like I said it wasn't worth my time to repost anything about you - it doesn't mean a thing.
Good luck to you with your investments.
Makes you wonder if it will be easier to put the crappy companies out of business a bit quicker. Certainly more panic selling would occur - maybe easier to manipulate a stock???
Last post for you Kriss!
You mean the "gift"? the share distribution of 6:1 shares? I would say sometime AFTER they file to increase the authorized shares to 1 BILLION as noted by Rufus in previous conversations. There are NOT enough shares to make a distribution right now. and don't forget there are rumors floating around (including Rufus comment on Subpenny) that the shares may be restricted.
Psst - Hey TallRob - you know the real reason this board is dropping on the ratings??? I let my subscription expire!!!! Who's pissed? More like bored with the story at the moment. Awaiting for a cryptic message from TUT!

oh the bashers are so pissed that its at.30...and they are pissed that no one butthem are reading the ihub board. its gone down to #11 ,,,too funny.,,,,,,,they are literally besides themselves wondering what to do.------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chas, do you think this will help clear up the CRIMINAL FRAUD of CEO's claiming that they are being naked shorted to death as an excuse for a crappy business plan???
Well TUT better get that March on Washington going - so he can take ALL the credit to getting shorty!
Wouldn't allowing shorting on a DOWNTICK create a whole new set of problems????
From all those dotcom'ers that went bellyup? Or the pennystock CEO's trading them in for the latest model?
Who's laughing now??? Apparently not the PUMPERS!
There goes your client list that were lined up to buy a Ferrari from you! Back to the used car lot for you! ;)
I believe I pointed that rosetta stone out 3 months ago - I thought that was where the 10K was - they were just having problems deciphering it...
Hey Boho! I have mentioned before that the PUMP crew consisted of at least 2 different crews - the MOMO crew (you, dragon, braden, xlr, Rich, TxPrincess, TallRob, Oilstrike, (the old XKEM crowd) and the mods on HSM - Don and Paul, along with Phil, Hititup, Ladytrader etc and the Old Fhal Shareholders - Dogman, Bodi, Avanti, Private Placement etc. You fed off and supported each other.
A number of the MOMO's were privy to the identity of the Fhal shareholders that were pumping on a number of boards. Stockhideout, Millionaires Club (?), HSM, Allstocks, and IHUB. there appeared to be a number of situations where I saw information being passed around that was NOT public information ( although public to the HSM crowd).
Free feel to discredit anything I have ever said on this board - that's your perogative. I could care less who believes or respects my opinions here.
Thanks for playing...
Remember, don't be pulling a "Rufus" - it ain't worth it! Are you going to ask for a fee to continue advertising their product??? LOL!
What ever happened with all the filings? Wasn't there suppose to be another 10KSBA and the 10Q?? Has the reason for the late 10Q been cleared up yet ( the one filed on the NT10Q filing)? You think they can cough up a PR advising the shareholders of this? I know SOON is TUT's favorite saying - wonder if the PR will say as SOON as possible?
"The registrant has experienced delays in receiving certain financial information and was unable without unreasonable effort and expense to prepare its accounting records and schedules in sufficient time to allow its accountants to complete its review of the registrant for its three month period ended September 30, 2006, before the required filing date for its Form 10-QSB."
Mornin Ivana!
You tryin' to stir up trouble? LOL!!!
I am trying to wean myself off this addiction of mine! But probably won't let too many slip by without a comment!
