That's not true, they advertised for an investigation but no shareholders contacted them. Leaving them no choice but to abandoned their attempt. That's why no lawsuit was ever filed.

I can picture it now. Andrew Left standing in front of a judge answering insider trading charges, AFTER leronlimab has saved the world. Gonna be hard to defend his position at that point.

That was a bold claim to say Cytodyn had zero data to back up their claim. In fact it was a complete lie. Not only does the FDA have data from the trial Dr. Patterson has the data from the eIND patients as does Montifore hospital and UCLA. Not to mention testimonials from actual patients. I dont think Cytodyn's lawyer told them to take it down. It was probably his own lawyer told him to remove it.

Same type of fake attack happened to IDEX last week but from a different fake research. These guys are playing with fire, walking a thin line between legal and going to federal prison. This is the exact definition of insider trading.
