This will be seventies by Monday close IMO....and going lower....no one can justify holding here with any progress months if not a year away...
at this point who in their right mind will tie up money here for months with much more downside...
No sense to sell but to encourage others to abandon ship to ave. down...
Will plummet EOD IMO...disaster unloading coming soon ...
I'd be very cautious under a buck....believe more will unload and revisit later in face of other opps.......
Those of us still in should pray it goes to .50 cents as averaging down may be the only hope....
Everyone bailing so only option is to take cheapies way below
Sad but it look so to be going to .50 cents as a floor...big exits...will ave. down at 50 cents....
Might be one of the world's great tragedies....all this great IP and technology....practically brought to its knees and fading from relevance due to actions/inactions within 2700 sq. ft. of prefabricated walls in that thriving industrial hub of Clarence, NY
SE,, you must admit that the executive team is looking fairly inept and incompetent?
The ban comes across poorly...as an almost an open ended restriction for insiders to buy....in the face of expanding timelines and vague details on opportunities abroad....
It does not add up...nor does the outrageous pace at which they plan to determine, first their needs, and then go about recruiting to of all places, Clarence, for a CEO..
The worst part is the lack of CEO....in the face of adversity they look like a headless bunch of baffoons.....A new leader could at least put a fresh face on this mess...
True, not all questions will be presented to the speakers. For me, tomorrow is a saliva test in terms of Henry. Questions aside, he has a chance to address some of what we know are great concerns to investors. To the extent he does that, and his thoughts on those issues, will give me a better read on his leadership abilities or if in fact he should be forever pigeoned holed as a SVP of Sales/Marketing. It won't be so much what he says but how he says it.....
Henry cannot get by this time with simply saying his friends and family are buying....I hope the company has enough balls to man up and face the fire...and be prepared to respond to questions regarding actions they may be taking, if any, in the face of what's been a catastrophic collapse in stock price....
The company needs to address this in one way, shape or form.........Why is Joe still a member of the BOD if he is exercising a grudge in terms of dumping shares?
Exactly, caught after 10 years and thousands of IHUB posts...LOL.
Mike's post made sense....see how to arrange a private placement, etc... to put this to an end..
Imagine a company based in Clarence, NY of all places, comprised of 3000 sq.ft of fabric cubes.....that is our XXII.....the next huge tobacco success story......
It is fair to question this company's leadership which is poor IMO. They present a robust list of irons in the fire, X22, FDA, BAT, China, Eurore, etc. ....yet conveniently they never seem to have any definitive progress to report. They've recast priorities. The exec committee is focused on charting a strategic direction and streamlining. Streamlining? Maybe they went to a different business school than me....but when a company is in growth mode....you need to invest in infrastructure and utilize capital in order to support growth of the business...you don't cut costs before you grow the business.....They are clueless IMO...
Anandia - exactly why they need a CEO with the vision to see the future value of the MJ industry....current management has been embedded in old tobacco for too long..blinders on....need leadership who can maximize all pipelines....
Anandia -
Funny how this inept crew has recast priorities away from MJ and this one may well be worth more than any.......China not bad either.......
Anandia is alive and kicking....

Anandia mention
The Genetics of Pot
Feb 06, 2015
As marijuana has become legalized for medical or recreational purposes in some US states, academic researchers and the burgeoning industry are turning to genomics and genetics to characterize and develop better and more consistent strains, Fusion's Daniela Hernandez reports.
Work so far, she says, has focused on unraveling past effects of breeding on various pot strains to find strains with desirable characteristics like fast growth or a certain chemical profile to inform new breeding projects.
For instance, Washington State-based Verda Bio is developing a DNA database to enable growers to create varieties with consistent levels of cannabinoids. In Canada, Anandia Labs is developing a similar database with the goal of developing strains that are optimized for different medical conditions like anxiety, cancer, or pain, Hernandez says. Doctors, one pot geneticist tells her, want to be sure that their patients are receiving more or less the same material year to year.
Other companies, meanwhile, are developing genetic tests to confirm that what's touted as a certain strain really is that strain, giving the industry and its consumers a level of certainty.
"It's still the moment before the race starts. Everybody gets to jockey for position," Leslie Bocskor, a managing partner at consulting firm Electrum Partners, tells Hernandez. Bocskor estimates that the industry will soon be worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
If I put on my pumping glasses.....
Travel schedules delaying the conference call...not likely....I would prefer to believe they are in process of finishing something they can PR and discuss during the call...hence the delay....and no I'm not suggesting China....
I'm curious as to why Joe was the only director not to sign the 10-K....
The company continues to 'move forward' re: Asian opps....
What does that mean? That is cop out language...non-committal to any substantial progress.
Why not say they made substantial progress? I guess they didn't....
Move forward...LOL....a follow-up call or a meeting few months down the road...move forward is a term used when you want to swerve/deceive folks IMO....as it can mean anything from writing a thought on a piece of paper or actual dialogue between prospective partners. If the latter was the case, why not say it....
Thus, I need to assume nothing of substance has happened beyond the ongoing and what I'm afraid could turn into never to be concluded testing of the tobacco......
Mr. Fluffle
Some of us have been here for a year and have watched this stock collapse by 80%.... fueled by broken promises and operational delays. They have done very little but waste money on spinning entry into the Cannabis market and wasting Bonnie Herzog's time IMO. They might have shipped a bit of Red Sun, which is nice, but it seems they are nothing more than a headless mom & pop in an obscure upstate NY town desperate for leadership and resources. We know they may have a competent sales/marketing person in Henry and the next door Dentist's office manager, Perker, may occasionally offer a first hand glimpse of a few fabric cubicles being installed or visitors knocking on XXII's door but that's all we have......
The reality is that XXII will likely have to settle for a homegrown Western New Yorker from some type of consumable products industry...pathetic....
The fact the company has not yet hired a search firm shows the absurd ineptness of this crew led by Henry the salesman....
My theory was substantiated by the delay which was IMO designed to avoid any interview in Clarence while the snow is in play and could be a negative contributor...
going back in March does not express a real urgency to me.....goodbye 2015 planting season...
where is a real CEO when you need one...
wait...unless they are waiting on DES to join the trip abroad...woo hoo!!!
Wrong.....a closing is typically done at a neutral site or one of the attorney's offices. If this was to consummate a deal...where are the legal folks....this headless piece of crap is worthless....
you folks can say what you want but the price speaks for itself...
No update on company leadership...CEO.....the most important consideration not addressed....fiasco....
SE...it's a coping mechanism....
So Joe's window opens again soon I believe...why not some more selling....and he is still a BOD member to boot....Did I hear dysfunction.....this company is a trainwreck IMO......
That really says nothing....moving forward is as vague a term as possible....There is nothing to suggest a deal is any closer than before this effort began....
Exactly why they need a CEO....Henry can't do anymore. Problem is the talent pool in an obscure area like Clarence is pretty pathetic.........I am so tired of the hype of China.....TP has made many investments that never come to fruition. The company has provided no transparency on anything China related....it could be a smokescreen for all we know..........This is a mom and pop shop in upstate New York...enough said..
As acting mouthpiece, Henry indicated POT was on the back burner....I suggest they redo the website which conveys it's very much in focus. The BOD likely will need to overpay to convince someone to make Clarence even a part time home. I'm not impressed with Henry.....his strategy has built not one iota of shareholder value..... He needs a CEO to move this company forward....it's a lot more than marketing and distributing Red Sun...
point taken....my apologies on the reiteration...it was simply the preposterous thought of DES landing in Clarence that compelled me.......
So the compensation package for Des includes a snowblower? Are you folks kidding...he will never come to Clarence...IMO..
I repeat....the Clarence location is a huge detriment....
