There must be some patent sharing going on, I remember reading something about a 3 year exclusivity way way back when going through the patent purchases that had been negotiated, going from memory I’m sure someone will have a blast looking that one up. I believe Annihilare is also being used on some planes, again just from memory.

Their a small company trying to make it big and the small things will escape them. As investors best help them where we can.

I’ve sent them links to governments webpages asking for companies to submit any and all preventative devices... and sent emails to all health care reps from each state and province.

Exactly.. the current market is quick and volatile. Why leave your hard earned cash in a ticker thats only dropping when you can earn 20% daily on so many stocks popping here and there.

So basically a person could use the type of tests given by Arrayit but you shouldn’t rely on the results. Thats what I’m reading here on this FDA document.

Called them every day this week, their machine just says I’m calling outside hours... seriously, how can they not be answering their company phone in a crisis like this.

At least the email didn’t bounce so that email is active. Tho I would have expected an auto-reply at the very least... but nothing.

This doesn’t feel like the professional company some make it out to be... I pulled out, will sit on the sidelines till some of this gets sorted out.

Only those with less then 10k shares are getting bought out for 10c.
Those who have more we take part in the Reverse and Forward split.

So if i have 30,000 shares after the R/S I’ll have 3 Shares and then F/S to 3000 Shares.

The monetary math on this one eludes me as I’m sure it has to take current stock value into consideration and possibly the valuation of a new company entering this one?

If not the only thing I see happening is the current stock value going up x10 and our shares coconut down by the same amount.

Please explain your math... the share value cannot become 009 when their buying out anyone with less the 10k shares at 10c a share.

For those holding under 10000 pre-split.... what happens to those holding more then 10k shares pre-split?

Just wait for news... then everyone will know of multiple companies offering tests not just this one.

Look it up, do your own DD. You dont need to FDA approve the same collection device for every blood bases virus/pathogen.

The collection device for blood is whats at play here for the Covid19, the lab does the testing.

Other devices needed to be approved as they are 2-10 minute on location devices that dont need labs.

No FDA needed.. Arrayit is already an FDA approved company for their Allergy tests and from the looks of it, they simply rehashed that test into a Covid19 Blood Card to be sent to labs for quick turnaround testing.

This is a broad statement but many companies will be getting orders to ramp up productions of medical supplies, respirators, saline bags, prevention disinfection products... and most probably testing.

Agreed , trials are also down to 30 days and I could be wrong but i believe the newer hospitals have taken it without any trials.

UK only wanted to see if the results were the same as North America. They took the machines not knowing a pandemic was about to happen, its just luck and the perfect storm of PCT and hopefully humanity.

Agreed! With some official news this will go parabolic. It must be havoc getting things done properly right now, the idea is just to get things done. The last thing Arrayit is thinking about right now are shareholders.

Probably because their main market right now are for professionals and not at home users.
Not sure if they have the capability to individually ship 1 test to each requested household. That remains to be seen.

I feel its more likely they send batches to multiple locations for use by medical professionals. Its possible they team up with a logistic distributer for at home use but thats just speculation.

Everything is being fast tracked due to government regulation being dropped. I think normal procedures are moot at this point.

Plus this looks like they re-hashed their allergy tests to collect blood to be analyzed in a lab, not sure a new patent is needed.
