Good post. I'm not expecting to see significant revs in this 10Q either, but I do think we will see a healthy uptick in revs starting with Q4 and every quarterly after that. If the SP suffers in the short term because of that so be it. I plan to hold a core position for at least another year.
Midweek? Wouldn't that be tomorrow?
Is this the new dealership group that was referenced in the form 7? It would fit the description being in So. Cal.
Yes 300-600 vehicles. It must be a good sized dealership group.
This is new, and significant. I wonder if we will get a PR on this I think we will be seeing a lot more expansion in California.
Report on Business
1. Provide a general overview and discussion of the development of the Issuer’s business and operations over the previous month.
New deployment with Southern California Franchise Dealership for Pre-load deployment of 300 assets.
8. Acquisition of new customers or loss of customers.
Signing of new Dealership Group for 300-600 assets per month.
And yet the Form 7 is showing no dilution. Are Canadian filings not valid?
Yeah, where'd all the whiners go crying about dilution?
Pretty awesome Form 7. Probably the best one I've seen to date. Also it came out quite early, which leads me to believe the 10Q will be a timely release as well.
Couple days ago
Similar change in my Schwab account. Was always the BIOAQ symbol but now showing as a cusip number, the original BIOA cusip. I thought it was just Schwab updating things but now that the change coincides with other platforms makes me wonder...
Agree. Now that we are officially running with T-Mobile sets the stage for everything else. Bigger and better opportunities with existing partners and future partners. All the puzzle pieces are falling into place. $IGEN $
Crazy volume today. IGEN is back in play
Tmobile for business will be a far better platform than the Sprint IOT factory imo
There was some question as to what IGEN's relationship with T-Mobile would be after the Sprint merger. Well, now we know :)
Let's get back over a penny for good.

VP & GM Abel Sierra of IGEN Networks Corp stated, "This is an exciting opportunity for us to be able to market our products through Hyperion Partners and through their Master Agent relationship with T-Mobile for Business. Combined with Hyperion Partner's expansive Reseller and Referrer channels across the US, we now are qualified to expand our sales channels across automotive dealerships, credit unions, and commercial fleet businesses through T-Mobile Business sales and marketing eco-system."

I hear what your saying, but usually when deals on the OTC start to look questionable, the company goes strangely silent, and becomes very difficult to reach. That hasn't happened here....yet.
Looks like IGEN's relationship with T-Mobile will be more advantageous than what it was with Sprint.
https://www.channelpartnersonline.com/2020/10/05/t-mobile-for-business-shakes-up-partner-compensation-changes-leadership/
"T-Mobile has retooled how its indirect partners fit within the T-Mobile for Business division, announcing changes in compensation, marketing resources and leadership."
Moving up on low volume is a good sign, now we just need volume.
Dilution? What are you talking about?
Did news drop? Just checked in and see a volume surge
So how long can they delay? Indefinitely until they've accumulated most of the shares off retail? That might be awhile because retail isn't selling right now.
To think we are not even at the launch pad yet. These prices will look like a straight line at the bottom of the chart. The anticipation is killing me!
Agree. Charts go out the window in this scenario. We are still at the bottom, even $1.00 will look like a bottom soon.
Not on the breakout boards, not in the ticker buzz cloud, go figure. Doesn't matter because this will move far beyond ihub's little popularity contests very soon.
This is very quietly becoming a legendary OTC stock. I'm ok with that ;)
Nice comparison with AAA. They are building a comprehensive automotive service platform with their tracking technology at its core. It's a lot more ambitious than even I thought it would be.
The website is shaping up nicely with more professional looking icons and animations and overall design. It's obvious someone new has been updating the website.
A word from the company would be welcomed. How about an 8k? Or any update for that matter.
Would love to see an avalanche of updates starting Monday:)
The effect of the S1 financing has not been realized yet either, but it will. GAXY lingered sub penny for multiple weeks after their S1 filing before heading north.
Multiple revenue streams will be coming to bear by years end I believe:
-direct to consumer, shopify, holiday season
-50 credit unions anticipated by years end per S1 filing
-County Executives rollout will be in full swing as trial runs should be successfully concluded.
Also think it highly likely will see more credit union league/organization deals in the near future. My guess would be California area.
San Diego County Credit Union would make sense since Brandon Gentry was upper management there. They are the 15th largest credit union in the country by total assets.
Heck anything would be fine, but just making the change would be a big step forward
Other than the 8 million that crown was free to sell, why would Chan buy 200k shares and dilute the same day lol, IGEN controls the dilution now.
True. TDS could also be ground breaking in the sense that this could become a template and example for other 'legitimate' companies to go public via reverse merger rather than the lengthy and expensive IPO route. Trail blazers in many respects!
This is all pretty mind boggling. I don't think a reverse merger of this scale has ever happened on the OTC?
Pretty funny how they reacted to that parody Twitter account. It's cool that they have a sense of humour and it indirectly confirms everything.
Here you go. He is a real person. He worked for San Diego County Credit Union in May of this year. This is from a government website.
