Most CEO's Do not lie - that's a good one. I'll bet car salesmen love you. Seriously, just look in the news for a list of the biggest names of CEO's that lie, like Lay, etc.. On the pinks IMO it would be harder to find the ones that don't lie. Have you bought into ADOT, IBZT, CMKX ?
This company went bad because the CEO went bad. - Sorry to say it happens all the time in the pinks. But don't believe me, ask others or read some of the investment advice to people that look to invest in pinks or penny stocks.
Did you know this game was "rigged" before you put your money in? Like tico you are being silly and looking for a way to turn what was meant to be a discussion into a hunt for absurdities. The direct answer to your question is NO unless I knew it was rigged to let me win. Now tell me how I am supposed to know it "was rigged". If you have a crystal ball that works give me the website so I can order one too. LOL
Tico - now you're being silly and it is not flattering to you. Responsible gamblers only play with money they can afford to lose. Notice I say afford, that is not even close to saying they/I enjoy the loss. Each plays to a level he/she is comfortable with. In the case of any pink the odds against winning are huge, but then again the gains can be huge also. These companies are not on the pinks for no reason. Commonly the management is shady, or at best, inexperienced. The products may or may not exist and if they do exist the competition may be insurmountable. They are often run on a shoestring compared to the financing that they really need. The list goes on.
IMO people that jumped in without realizing that are the ones most upset here. They let the dreams of wealth overwhelm their sense and consequently bet more than perhaps they should have. Frank wove a spell over them because IMO these people wanted or even needed to believe everything he said. I would be the last person to say that I wasn't affected also and I stand to lose a pretty nice chunk of change. On the other hand, I can afford it and since I can't say I was ignorant of the pitfalls of a pink I accept my consequences. Also, I don't believe the game is over yet. The odds have certainly shifted against me but there are still some cards not showing.
Anyway, good luck to all of us.
Jimi, not quite sure I understand your question. But I think the answer is yes. Lets say the odds on a slot machine (I rarely play them) is 60:1. Siixty chances of losing for one chance at winning. Yep I will occassionaly pump a few bucks in because in the past I HAVE won. A better example would be video poker. The odds change depending on how you play but I still play and despite the odds against it I've hit royal flushs on a frequent enough basis to recoup my losses and then some. Regardless of whether I win or lose I figure I'm playing for my enjoyment. If I lose, that was the price of a pleasant afternoon, if I win, well that's even better.
To paraphrase another poster here:
"What would you DARE if you knew there was chance of NOT succeeding?"
Investor - what you seem to overlook is that most of us that are still hopeful are NOT investors. We are gamblers. FACTS casino's do not build all that glitter by losing. FACTS far more people lose than win in Vegas. Get the picture? However, many of us still do go to casinos because once in a while we do win. Anyone who thinks that they are investing in a pink sheet stock is just fooling themselves. It would be a rare day indeed when sufficient info is available to make an investment quality decision on a pink.
So for the rest of us gamblers - please give it a rest. We know the odds are slim but at least let us enjoy the game while the wheel is still spinning.
Bugzie is in the process of moving his forum to a new server. He expects to be up and running soon.
Gay Games still lists Q as a premium sponsor - third one down on this page:

Umm excuse me but if Frank is unable to pay his employees, how would you expect to recoup anything as a very common shareholder?? Perhaps Frank could issue some more shares to pay off the probable thousands of shareholders?
They ought to rename this the Frank Olsen board. LOL
Or perhaps a new board can be started just for him. Personally, I'm sick of hearing about him both fer and agin.
There is no reason to be loyal to Olsen and his company.
Zandant, I have one excellent reason. Olsen and his company are holding about $35k of my money and I would like to see some of it again. Ya know, for old times sake. LOL
If the SEC steps in then IMO kiss your money goodby. Right now I believe there is a chance, albeit slim, of salvaging something. That chance will evaporate with the SEC involved.
Why would someone wait until after hours for all these transactions? There was plenty of opportunity during an otherwise slow day.
Neal there is nothing to flip - if you buy at 0.0001 and then sell at 0.0001 you're down your commision with no profit.
Besides, today it is almost all BUYS at 0.0002 not Sells.
I'm wondering if there isn't a bit of silver lining to this cloud. One would think that with the adverse publicity the pps would still be resting at 0 x 0.0001. Instead, there is a slew of buying at 0.0002. So what gives?
Sure is a lot of buying interest at the open at least.
I'd love to but my robe is at the cleaner's and I've recently had a haircut. Maybe next time. LOL
If you mean moaning and groaning and gnashing of teeth, then obviously your right. I was referring to posts of substance.
Not quite semper, just nothing worth saying at the moment. Still holding since 2004.
How can we tell if the trades going through at 0.0001 are buys or sells? I see an occasional trade that goes through at 00 and I assume that someone is selling in the 5th decimal level and then a trade for 0.0001. I know some folks are still buying at 0.0001. Does it show this on L2 as to whether its a buy/sell?
bioz2 - I would not expect much off this PR. I don't totally agree with Itesprit but he's correct in this IMO. Until Q gets its share structure under control and provides some verifiable financial info, we will just bob around in the basement.
On the other hand, it does represent progress and IMO tends to refute some of the speculation that Q is about to go under. I cannot see Verizon touching Q unless it had confidence that they could deliver. To do otherwise would reflect poorly on Verizon.
Hey that's good news. Earlier the bid was quoted at 0.00005, if its' gone up to 0.00008 we're climbing!! LOL
Amazing - people here are getting sillier by the day. It's kindergarten time again - sigh.
Very true and I totally agree. But I also remember how many people screamed that they were owed a DVD because Frank had promised them one.
Correct me if I'm wrong but Scottrade is showing no trades in the last hour. Last trade at 13:02.
Is this IHUB or RB - its getting hard to tell
Why not just put each other on ignore and dump the school yard games?
OT: Facts - I just love'em
Here is an example of "facts". Everything presented is 100% verifiable. Personally, this is my favorite example. Enjoy
Ban Dihydrogen Monoxide!
DIHYDROGEN MONOXIDE!
THE INVISIBLE KILLER
Dihydrogen monoxide is colorless, odorless, tasteless, and kills uncounted thousands of people every year. Most of these deaths are caused by accidental inhalation of DHMO, but the dangers of dihydrogen monoxide do not end there. Prolonged exposure to its solid form causes severe tissue damage. Symptoms of DHMO ingestion can include excessive sweating and urination, and possibly a bloated feeling, nausea, vomiting and body electrolyte imbalance. For those who have become dependent, DHMO withdrawal means certain death.
Dihydrogen monoxide:
* is also known as hydric acid, and is the major component of acid rain.
* contributes to the "greenhouse effect."
* may cause severe burns.
* contributes to the erosion of our natural landscape.
* accelerates corrosion and rusting of many metals.
* may cause electrical failures and decreased effectiveness of automobile brakes.
* has been found in excised tumors of terminal cancer patients.
CONTAMINATION IS REACHING EPIDEMIC PROPORTIONS!
Quantities of dihydrogen monoxide have been found in almost every stream, lake, and reservoir in America today. But the pollution is global, and the contaminant has even been found in Antarctic ice. DHMO has caused millions of dollars of property damage in the midwest, and recently California.
Despite the danger, dihydrogen monoxide is often used:
* as an industrial solvent and coolant.
* in nuclear power plants.
* in the production of styrofoam.
* as a fire retardant.
* in many forms of cruel animal research.
* in the distribution of pesticides. Even after washing, produce remains contaminated by this chemical.
* as an additive in certain "junk-foods" and other food products.
Companies dump waste DHMO into rivers and the ocean, and nothing can be done to stop them because this practice is still legal. The impact on wildlife is extreme, and we cannot afford to ignore it any longer!
THE HORROR MUST BE STOPPED!
The American government has refused to ban the production,
distribution, or use of this damaging chemical due to its "importance to the economic health of this nation." In fact, the navy and other military organizations are conducting experiments with DHMO, and designing multi-billion dollar devices to control and utilize it during warfare situations. Hundreds of military research facilities receive tons of it through a highly sophisticated underground distribution network. Many store large quantities for later use.
IT'S NOT TOO LATE!
Act NOW to prevent further contamination. Find out more about this dangerous chemical. What you don't know can hurt you and others throughout the world. Send email to no_dhmo@circus.com, or a SASE to:

Sorry Kateric - no I did not. I closed the streamer down at the close.
Blue generally represents a transaction occurring between the bid and the ask.
Redfish - get with the program. The pps was this morning's issue. The current issue is ferreting out all the subversive posters from Q. LOL
Of course, none of these posts mean anything. It boils down to everyone who has shares is going to hold no matter what rather than sell at 0.0001 although some people will add.
Anyway, it's weekend time!! Time to go to the boat and get her ready for another cruise to the Keys.
A good weekend to all, just try not to waste it all here. LOL
IMO it is only a problem when someone is silly enough to base any of their investment decisions on what they read on a message board. To paraphrase I would call that Darwin at work.
hasta los huevos -- Later for the eggs?????
mjm2005 - answers as follows:
1. Ordered thru Scottrade
2. Limit price = 0.0001
3. Approximately 4 hours
4. I let them fill it as they saw fit but in fact it filled completely in one transaction. Total shares bought 20 mill.
As an aside, my wife and in-laws had similar orders, albeit a bit smaller, executed through Scottrade the same day as placed.
Do they want the check payable to the state or personally to the poor schmuck who has constantly been harrased??? LOL
Uwlungman, to the best of my knowledge those "so-called" signals are wishful thinking. More likely you are seeing small lots being listed to keep the overall number tallies correct. If you think on it, ascribing meaning to transactions of something simple like 100 shares or 300 shares is simplistic. IMO, if there really are signals the code would not only be more complex but also would change over time. Of course, these are my opinions only.
Well almost DG,
an earlier post that I had commenting on your and a few other posts was deleted. LOL
Rather reminds me of yesterday. Briefly no bid and a few minutes later back to 0.0001 x 0.0002 and MM's crawling back aboard.
I prefer the shooting gallery where the sights are bent - LOL
Better yet, craps or 21 in Vegas. LOL
Zandant - Yesterday I saw where someone posted L2 T&S. It was a little different from the ones I normally see here but I don't know the source. The point I'm trying to get to is that I saw many multimillion share transactions listed at 0.0001 with some preceded by a plus (I assume someone buying) and just about as many preceded by a minus (again I assume someone selling). Personally, I've given up trying to figure out what is going on with the T&S and will just hope for a positive outcome. One thing for sure, I've dropped my average to the point where recovering my investment is much more possible than before.
My order for 20 mill @0.0001 was just filled. It was placed with Scottrade last night a few minutes before market close.
Yes it is there in B/W but the ink is kind of faded. Yes Firestone has a disagreement with Frank that has led to a court case - whoopy. Doo doo happens in business. As to my money the operative word is "my". What you believe I deserve is totally irrelevant and unimportant. What I believe is that I make my own decisions and live with the results either good or bad.
IMO your original post was another rehashing of very old news that has already been presented more than once. It was apparently written by someone with a similar attitude to yours. OK, lets move on to current affairs.
ps - I won't waste anyone's time or my posts on continuing down what I consider to be a dead end.
