Tim- I do agree that this all comes down to time management with the FDA. I think NH is trying to play the game as gently as possible with the FDA trying to avoid upsetting them as then this really is not good but gently coaxing them into a decision as soon as possible which is why ELI201 was done. If he goes ahead with the NDA and a PR he puts a lot pressure on the FDA which will come back to bite us sooner or later. NH still has a little time before the 2 months is up so I would wait a little longer anyway. But I understand your logic.
JL- A time frame is a time frame which in 18 or 19 days comes to an end. If this were a P and D this stock would be no where near .23 but probably back at .02-.06 by now.
NH has no control over the FDA. Although thankfully he is a known entity to them as an insider. The FDA is bought and paid for by big pharma. Even their own board members have accused each other of taking bribes and this was featured in the newspapers years ago. Pfizer needs to save face by at least being the first to market with Embeda over which ELTP ART has already shown to be more effective. If the FDA waits the full two months before responding to NH they are being influenced by big pharma especially in light of the fact that the FDA said they would expedite their response. I cannot see how the FDA could require more studies because NH has already done that with ELI201. If the FDA comes up with a flimsy excuse to delay or require more tests then the FDA has been influenced by big pharma especially in light of the sensitive political nature of drug deaths associated with narcotics. Even with a delay ELTP will eventually triumph because ELTP has the best product. NH cannot be considered as lying or misleading or a failure because in reality the FDA holds sway over ELTP.
JL-Just to the right of the message box under ELTP vrs. ETF Alernatives even Ihub says at 1 yr. ELTP is up 103.54%.
Boy, when you have to post the SP out in 5 decimals things are getting tight!
Nasdaq- Thanks for doing this the right way and thanks for correcting my quick typing spelling errors. And thanks for leaving the B-word out.
Hike- Interesting. I am still fine on my Etrade. ???????Tim mentioned ELTP switched trading platforms??????
Rebel-Etrade shows everthing correctly.
Gman- Many like to work in concert with MMs and flip. It is a matter of where you are in life and what you have time for. For instance if you make a living in OTC land then to pay the mortgage each month you have to flip and cannot go long or you will be on the street. I do not have the time to do this as one shareholder the other day related. It is easier for me to just buy and hold because I have a job and have to do it and cannot watch the screen all day long. In addition, if you flip you pay more taxes on short term gains as that same poster related the other day. SO I think your personal life enters into what you do. Wallstreet is always all about volatility. THe more ups and downs for whatever the reason ( ISIS invades Iraq, etc) the more money can be made. News creates volatility, PRs create volatility- anything to create volatility will generate money on Wallstreet. MMMs love volatility and take advantage of it and create it for the own advantage. The more volatile the stock the better. Hope this helps. I am sure other longs have much they can to offer here as well.
MMs will do whatever it takes to make more money. And they are good-really good. First they need a stock that is going to be successful and is a really good stock so they can play the ups as well as play the downs. They need players-shareholders. Nobody buys a bad stock. MMs cannot make money if the stock is always going down unless they just plan to kill it by shorting it to death from the outset. This happens for sure but will not happen with ELTP. MMs are always short and practically speaking they have to be to quote"make a market". They are suppose to make money on commissions of selling shares and that is it. Unfortunately in the US they have the power to use naked shorts which cannot be done in Europe. MMs have at least 3 or 4 computers on which they trade the same stock for various purposes. I have explained this before. Basically, there goal is to always drive this as low as they can then when a PR comes along they make instant profits by selling those shares back. Then they short the upward trend to drive the stock down again using naked shorts and various tricks they are actually authorized by Congress. The trick is to keep ELTP moving up and down all the time in these big swings. The bigger the swing the more profit for them. No one can make money on a stock that just sits at the same SP everyday. They move it in the direction they think they can make the most money the quickest. The SP on your screen means nothing. They always drive ELTP down by opening everyday red unless a PR comes along. PRs add volatility which MMs like. I have gone over some of the things MMs can do to move the SP in the direction they want. SEC has no time to investigate these little stocks and so MMs get away with this all the time. They have plenty of help from other companies, bashers, etc. The best thing for you to do is stay the course. Buy when MMs drive it down- do not give up and think this stock is no good and sell. Patience. There are many smart and very intelligent longs on this board who can add a lot to my comments for sure.
So now the question is how many sold on this misinformation which will be explained as a computer glitch. If you just put in a sell order you would have been surprised to learn you may have made money. But more importantly you lost those shares.
The real chart for today actually shows we are up by .02cents not down .06 which we never were because it closed at .24 yesterday, not .30. THis goes on routinely in OTCland.
I hope you realize this is getting desperate for MMs. Previous close was .24 not .30. Now showing .06 cent drop when actually only .02 cent drop and now is green. So you were led to believe there was a .06 drop when actually only a .02 drop and now green. The other day a drop of .015, I think, was posted well before the opening bell which never occurs in OTC land just to convince you it was going to be a very bad day which it was not.
Every possible trick in the book has been thrown at ELTP. Typically, bringing the stock down on 100 or 1000 share drops, placing huge sells that disappear magically to convince shareholders that this is going down. Night and day campaign waged with nonsensical comments. Placing stop loss orders and then instantly going down to take them out. Widening the gap between the ask and bid. I could go on and on. The typical shareholder has no idea what goes on in OTCland. Again, buying, holding, and accumulating is one of the few strategies to combat this manipulation and it is not just the mere accumulation of shares for their own financial gain.
Dr Thorfin- I would absolutely agree with you. Manipulation has gone on here for a very long time. It is soon coming to an end however as much as MMs would love to hold onto this stock. This stock has been a cash cow for them. Buy, holding, and accumulating is one of the few ways shareholders can fight against this kind of manipulation. Unfortunately, many shareholders do not understand what is going on here and sell into the hands of MMs. Even flippers who think they are so clever actually fall victims to MMs.
PRs at this time are a flippers paradise. WHile these PRs are indeed important and show that we are inching closer to our goals which will happen there are no dollar signs attached. Once these PRs translate directly into $$$$$$$ then the SP will go up and stay up. Then the flippers will be gone. Our time is coming soon. Do what Cdawg says- hold your ground, buy, hold, accumulate. When the FDA gives us thumbs up we are off to the races-That PR translates into and means real $$$$$$! So do all the generics as well!
Snup-NH is an insider in the pharm biz. As such, he knows the ends and outs of how far he can push the FDA and how to work with them. He is also aware of other big pharms and their agenda to take over ELTP. The FDA is caught in the middle. THey know that they must approve Eli200, ElI201. After all same drugs, same idea of resin coatings- all materials and drugs familiar to the FDA. If the FDA approves our ART big pharma will be upset. THey are upset about having to pay big bucks for a manufacturing process that was right under their noses.NH is trying to let the FDA come to the correct decision without having to put pressure on them. NH knows it is not a good idea to take the FDA to task. But if NH needs to he can PR ELTP ART and put pressure on the FDA. Imagine protesters and marches in front of the FDA building to pass ELTP ART. Imagine Congress on the door step of the FDA asking why ELTP ART has not been approved and very quickly. NH needs to try to do this without having to step on toes and use a big stick. The FDA has a way of getting even in the end. NH is making this decision as easy as possible for the FDA who is under a lot of pressure anyway. He is holding back his PRs until he does not need them for arm twisting the FDA. ALl sounds good with the FDA right now but remember the FDA is bought and paid for by big pharma. Once the FDA gives the go ahead we will have lots of PRs. The FDA should give the go ahead without qualification but NH would probably be Ok with a minor retest or something like that. But NH has really just accomplished this as well with the Eli2o1 PR today. NH is smart and has planned ahead. He has planned ahead to have answers to FDA questions even before they are asked really leaving no choice for the FDA but to approve.
Tenor- Yes, that has happened. Remember the FDA is bought and paid for by big pharma. But also remember the FDA is in a bind as well and needs all the help they can get. If there is pressure it won't be for long in this case. All NH has to do is a PR and congress will be on the doorstep of the FDA.
I see there is an extra special effort to push the stock down by putting the SP up even before the market opens and surprise it is red. Since when did they start putting the SP up before the market opens. I think investors are catching on and MMs, shorts, pharms are scared that NH will announce soon.
Heidi- Great advice. As soon as the FDA lets NH know then we will know where we stand and we can then have a definitive time frame from which to work off of. It would npt surprise me if NH announces the FDA results and submission of Eli-200 at the same time. Once NH knows any takeover efforts become more difficult because this stock will be going up and up.
ice- I have mentioned this possibility previously myself. However, MMs and naysayers have searched and looked for any possible negative info they can find no matter how small and made it into a mountain by repeating it over and over to the point that weak hands believe this trivial info instead of the positive Q and CC. However, MMs and naysayers must participate in this action (which I agree with your thoughts) as an organized effort to carry this out.
Cicle 1- That is an MM specialty. Everybody is just waiting trying to predict the low SP. You and everyone should buying now. When NH makes the PR it is going to gap up big well beyond .30 cents. MMs will see to that. The more it gaps up the more money they make instantly. You wont have a chance to buy this low because it will gap so fast then everyone will be chasing it up. This is the last unknown. When will the PR come. After that it is very quantifiable time wise.
Cicle1- Just greed as usual. When MMs are done buying and squeezed ELTP as much as they can they will then sell on the way up. They are just waiting for the PR from NH like everyone else is. It would not surprise me if NH annouced FDA results and submission at the same time. MMs will make money because it wont be a gradual going up it will be a gap up significantly. Instant money for MMs. Then it will be up for 6 months til market time for Eli200. MMs will have accumulated plenty of shares to sell back at higher prices to those that sold. It never fails. I am amazed at human nature.
Tenor-Do not waiver. Let them know they can buy more and average down if they ask. This is just everyday routine work for MMs that has gone on for many many years. This is a golden opportunity that does not happen often. Only really good OTC stocks are manipulated like this because MMs know they can make money only on good stocks. This stock wil be a great lesson and initiation for many into OTCland . Remember we are not trying to get a new drug past the FDA we are looking at a manufacturing process that can be used for many drugs. Beyond narcotics I think allergy and cold medications will be a big market for this manufacturing process. Remember many were sequestered off the market because they could be easily altered.
MMs will continue their relentless weakening of ELTP until the end of the year. Now they believe they have tax selling losses on their side. The lower they go with the SP the more they can make in January when ELTP begins to rise. Only a PR concerning the FDA and aPR for submission will stem this tide in December. Buy, hold, accumulate.
IF YOU SOLD LAST WEEK YOU GOT PLAYED. NH did not lie but acted on and relayed the best information he had at the time. No CEO deliberately "lies" on a public CC. It is just that weak arguments have been reiterated over and over to the point that weak hands believe them. Remember that MMs look at retail investors as a flock of sheep they can push all over the place for their financial gain. Buy, hold, accumulate.
Do not forget that MMs can put a stop loss on naked shares or shares they sell back and forth between each other and then drop down to take them out. And it all looks legit.
ELTP will not become obsolete anytime in the near future. This is because the technology is a delivery system that can be used with any drugs in the future. It can be applied to many drugs not just narcotics.
On the NYSE or NASDAQ ELTP is worth $2.00 right now. In OTCland ELTP is worth however low the MMs decide they will take it until they are ready to go north. Either way they make lots of money on impatient shareholders.
It is totally laughable manipulation. Nasdaq goes up 41 points and ELTP goes down and then it goes up 29points and ELTP goes down. The Q has gone up many quarters in a row just based on its generics. No one can come up with anything except timing issues. Hope you can see the manipulation clearly now.
I am always amazed by how efficient MMs are. You know you can have all the positive facts as a shareholder and yet MMs can make you doubt those facts and act irrationally and do the wrong thing. I think it partly stems from the fact that the shareholders think that the "street" always knows more and they can see the future. So if MMs are driving the SP down their must be a reason so I guess I better sell. This is not true. Just stick to the facts. If you sold today you got played.
Couch- Thanks for your always great comments and posts. Even if an efficacy trial is needed it will be only roughly 12 weeks. Camargo will do this quickly. But it does tell us what the FDA is thinking and how close they are to making a very positive report for ELTP. From the point of submission it would take another 6 months anyway I am guessing.
I hope you see the OTCland manipulation. Just keep putting doubt in the minds of the shareholders day after day. Use any irrational excuse for a bear raid.Drop on 100 share sells. Use naked shares at 40% per day. Rinse and repeat. After a while shareholders begin to believe all this and make a fatal mistake- sell. THere is actually absolutely no real concrete solid fact on which to base todays action. CC great. Q great. Manufacturing beefed up ready to go at the drop of a hat. NH has done all he can -just waiting on FDA. Patience will win the day. Do not end up regretting this in January or after the all important FDA report and NH PR. The old OTCland pro is buying, has a glass of wine in his hand, and is laughing all the way to the bank. I know the MMS are.
This is a very hard lesson for shareholders to learn and for those who sold it is going to be a tough lesson to swallow very shortly. But this is how you learn in OTCland. Everyone should be buying and ultimately it won't matter if you bought at .09,.13. .22. .30., .40. or .97. NH is not thinking about penny returns he is counting on $5.00 plus. I know it is hard to sit and watch MMs tear this down but there is no real basis for this other than MM greed and MMs are going to make a lot of money off of shareholders who sold. It is hard to understand but ELTP is a golden opportunity that does not come around very often which is why it might be hard to see at this point. Just Buy!!!!!!!
Not all investors are ticked off. The smart investors are buying! They see what is really happening. I say thanks for MM manipulation. The MMs are going to make a lot of money here off weak hands. I love buying cheaper shares. Just a little time to do this. The FDA has not gotten back yet to NH and significant PRs are yet to come and MMs know this. They are frantically pushing down the SP. Just a matter of time. I just keep buying and holding and accumulating. Great opportunity at this point.
So far just typical routine OTCland manipulation. Naked shorts at roughly 40%. Nasdaq up 41 points the other day, ELTP down. CC and Q just great. Showed Q profit for many Qs in a row. Will be up in Jan for sure or on PR. The next two PRs will be significant.
Nothing wrong with stock. Just MM games. Actually, MMs and shorts should fear the next PR. Probably will hear from FDA very soon. Then ELI200 submitted. Manufacturing facilities improved and enhanced. NH will be ready the second final approval is given.

Edbita- Your thoughts are probably correct and so often this happens. Something big is coming and MMs just want to cash in "big" and get as many shares as possible. You can't blame them as it won't be long and we we will be out of OTC land for good. No more daytraders. No more shorts. Just an appreciation of value of ELTP and an honest valuation and market support of the Q results. Routinely, SP drops before a big PR or good news. From the MM side of the equation they need to know they will need a lot shares to fill orders if everything is as it is suppose to be.
Timduy-That is right and why NH has been going full speed ahead with the FDA. However, even if we were way late to the party I believe the quality of ELTP ART will win out. MDs are not stupid and will want the best product for their patients.
