Plan going forward. This is what we need to see and hold Derek's feet to the fire for. This will determine if I invest more in TRTC. I expect to start seeing results Q3. That's about 6 months.
1. Keep Gross Margins above 45% in 2019
"I want to go back over the four main objectives that we’re going to be focusing on for 2019; first and foremost, increasing gross margin to a minimum of 45%.
2. EBITDA - Increase Revenues to a run rate of $63.3 Million by EOY
"... one of the big focuses for us for 2019 is to hit that run rate of $63.3 million over the course of the year. We think we’re going to be able to achieve that sometime in Q4."
3. Move to non dilutive growth by end of July.
"... another extremely important point that we’re focusing on this year is to cease accessing the capital markets at the end of the first half of 2019."
4. Continue Growth of existing permits and licenses.
"So while we’re kind of battening down the hatches, if you will, we don’t want to ignore growth either. So we have a tremendous amount of permits right now that had been under development, some that have come online in Q1 that are going to now begin to be accretive in Q2 and Q3 as we go on."
Smart.
"Our strategy essentially was to identify some locations as well as non-core, non-operating permits that can generate non-dilutive capital for the company. These assets can be sold and reinvested in strategic locations to produce a better return on investment for our shareholders."
TRTC is a value trade.
"That’s one of the biggest frustrations or I would say the biggest frustration for our shareholders, our management included is the dislocation between what we believe our true intrinsic value from a permit standpoint and an operating business standpoint if we were to liquidate everything in the company today versus where it trades."
That is because GM knows supply logistics, unlike CGC, Tilray or most of the Canadian weed companies
TRTC Gross margins 55% last Quarter what happened to the Canadian MJ firms? They reported gross margins less than half of that number.
DEREK "More importantly, what we’re really excited to see is a significant improvement in gross margin. As I said, one of our points was to increase gross margin to a minimum of 45%. We were able to hit the ball out of the park for Q1 to the 55% levels."

How are the margins at the Canadian MJ firms that report?
"That led Canopy Growth to report a ghastly gross margin, before fair-value adjustments on biological assets, of 15.9%."
"Tilray managed an unsightly gross margin of 23.4%, which, believe it or not, was actually up about 3 percentage points from the sequential fourth quarter."
Aphria's fiscal third-quarter operating results featured a huge leap in year-over-year and sequential quarterly sales but a minuscule gross margin before fair-value adjustments on biological assets of just 18.2%.
Why the abysmal gross margin when most of its cannabis-growing peers are in the 40% to 55% gross margin range?

What a laugh, so you post on all those boards and don't own a share?
Comical if it wasn't sad.
Hexo downgraded intentionally ?
Curaleaf missed their revenue target intentionally?
Yep, intentionally - what a laugh.
What a laugh. Intentionally apologetic. Nice folks but not known for much more than maple syrup. When their cream rises to the top they move south of the border.
Watch out below! The Canucks are dying on the vine. ACB 7.46, CGC 39.77, Curaleaf 7.11, Hexo down graded, All missing revenues and soon Your MJ industry will follow your hockey player to America as the squeeze from Wall Street takes effect quarter after quarter of lousy production standards. Grow to much, grow to little is from no knowledge of Lean principles and lean is just the beginning of real supply chain management. I would not buy those over valued POS with your money. But apparently you did.

It's bouncing on a bottom. Time to pull the trigger is coming.
I want a cut if you do the cards thing.
I don't give a flip. Nor do 99% of the people that will buy it. This is not rocket science. It's growing a weed. My wife does it superbly. I like a type of tomato. I don't care who or where it's grown and neither does the tomato but that is the one I like.
All plants are repeatable. It's called a seed.
I swear you folks should start a collectable MJ card collection and have pictures of your favorite growers, clippers, and splicers with a piece of MJ bubblegum.
Considering they were part of the salary they each negotiated the shares were not free. It's actually sad how many average folks have no idea what upper level management, directors and company officers make. Since it impacts how much the rest of the employees are paid, one would think it would be on. And it goes up based on revenues and assets managed.
Already knew. Just a minute after I posted the article. Was hoping it was EVIO and that would explain the stocks rise but it looks like it's more a death rattle.
Liberty Health is the same. As are all US MJ stocks. With these stocks it's all timing the peaks and valleys. Liberty is in the middle of it's bottom. TRTC is very close to the bottom. You keep a third rate Florida company out shown by 2 much larger dealers.
I'll take TRTC.
It's a big deal just like ISO compliance is. Appears one might want to find out if the compliance organization for marijuana in California is public. They will be getting a lot of business.
I love standing at the stern and pissing with the wind.
Cycle of life stuff.
Only thing better would be a towed dingy full of TRTC's pests.
No they have complied with the NEW state's tougher requirements. Pretty big deal for a compliance type person. What a laugh.
Terra Tech Secures Provisional Licenses for all California Operations
Licenses are issued only after an exhaustive review of operational and corporate documents that provide assurance to the State of California that lawful and transparent operations are being conducted and verify transparency of financial and ownership information. Terra Tech is migrating its entire existing inventory into the Marijuana Enforcement Tracking Reporting Compliance (METRC) system, bringing all licensed activities into compliant operations.
Chief Executive Officer, Derek Peterson, said, "I would like to thank the State of California for recognizing our efforts to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance at all our locations, and for issuing these provisional licenses, including one for our recently renovated Oakland cultivation facility. We are proud to be using the METRC software system to record the inventory and movement of our cannabis products through the commercial supply chain; this system advances the State of California's objectives to promote a regulated, safe and conscientious cannabis market so that consumers can be assured that the products they're buying are safe."
Federal Transportation Official Says Marijuana Consumers Think They Drive Better While High
And several independent studies have found that legalization isn’t associated with an increase in traffic fatalities.

Marijuana Life Sciences ETF has declined more than 14% in the second quarter, with a whopping 35 cannabis stocks losing a double-digit percentage in May.
Of course the sales fell. Canadians think FIFO is a dog and LEAN applies to a style of tent. Every plant the country grows has cyclical sales. It's the weather, it's the lack of business acumen, it's Canadian.
Yeah!!! .56 almost time to get back in game big time. Or was it how much you realize per lawn cut?
You got a problem contacting the SEC? I gave you the information.
Call your congressman, contact your ex, send a letter to Dear Abby
TRTC is undervalued for it's assets and revenues.
Legalization, while late, is still coming.
And then there is the 'Compliance' thing. Not actually doing the work - just checking others. I know the type. A man who follows others rules. Who you following now?
I never met a smart successful person who always followed others rules.
You have not figured out the world yet. I know what motivates 'rules' apparently you don't - having complied.
I don't ever comply. I do what is right and often that entails breaking rules. But at some level one finds out the how and the why behind the rules and is in on the joke. And kiddo it is all a joke.
It's all smoke and mirrors. Nothing to do with what Derek said he was going to focus on like margins. Odd they seem just fine with almost all the other MJ stocks missing their targets because of similar reasons.
The options are a part of their salary package. Options are granted by an employer, enabling the employee the right (but not the obligation) to purchase a certain number of shares at a specific price and at a specific point in time in the future. They're most commonly offered to managers and officer-level positions.
Options usually have expiration dates. If the options are not exercised by those dates, the options will expire and become worthless.
With the stock at a bottom it is obviously the right time to exercise their options.
Options are a common salary choice in most publicly traded company and like their name they are options that anyone who receives them in lieu of additional salary tries to exercise when the price is favorable and increase in value. They exercised their options.
Apparently the company's officers think the price is going up from here.
This area has been a bottom for months. That and the shrillness of the TRTC pests seems to indicate they are correct.
Ups and downs like every MJ chart.
Looks like the banana dude wants the IVXX rectally in order to believe they exist. Try sideways first.
The real factor will be the Senate which will most likely fail to pass it. Or Bone Spur who will not sign it.
Or we may be in another made up war. Wonder who will end up killing and wounding more Chickenhawk or Bone Spur.
Both avoided Vietnam and others served in their place.
Every pot stock dropping today because of Canopy Growth.
This is why the US when the plant is legal will own the industry.
It will be the same issues with this plant as it is with maple syrup. Over produce to under produce and back almost every year.

Any bets?
