Gustav
ich bin so aufgeregt, ich meinte natürlich "hoffentlich"!!!
Gustav
@ CE: Morgen kosten sie aber 0,145....lol
Endlich kommt (hoofentlich) unsere Zeit!!!!! Gooooooo HRCT
Gustav
Gustav
Guten Morgen, liebe HRCT-Fans.
Gustav
Gustav
Hartcourt, Two Ex-Workers Ordered To Pay $1.4 Mln
5:48 PM ET March 15, 2005
By Siobhan Hughes Of DOW JONES NEWSWIRES
WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Hartcourt Companies Inc. (HRCT), its former chairman, and a one-time consultant to the distributor of computer notebooks were ordered to pay almost $1.4 million in connection with charges that they schemed to raise money by improperly issuing stock through a process designed for employee stock.
U.S. Judge Lourdes Baird issued the ruling on March 11, the Securities and Exchange Commission said Tuesday. Hartcourt, based in Long Beach, California, and former chairman Alan Phan along with a former consultant, Yongzhi Yang, were also barred from future violations of some securities laws.
The judge accepted the SEC's charges that Phan, with help from Yang, improperly used a form known as an S-8 to register stock that was later issued to consultants and advisers, including Yang, in an elaborate series of steps that yielded more than $800,000 for Hartcourt and about $170,000 for Yang himself.
Hartcourt used the money, which was filtered through a variety of bank accounts, for investments in a company known as Beijing UAC Stock Exchange Online Co. Ltd. and the purchase of a substantial stake in Financial Telecom Ltd., a provider of financial data, the SEC charged.
Attorneys for Hartcourt didn't return phone calls. Irving Einhorn, an attorney for Yang, a former math professor at Alabama State University, declined to comment. John Furutani, an attorney for Phan, said he would seek to reverse the ruling by appealing an earlier order that sent the lawsuit directly to the judge for a decision, thereby avoiding a trial.
The judge ordered restitution to investors in the amounts of $832,598 from Hartcourt and $189,619 from Yang. The court also imposed civil penalties of $275,000 against Hartcourt; $55,000 against Phan, and $20,000 against Yang. Phan was also barred from serving as an officer or director of a public company.

(OTC BB:HRCT.OB - News) (Frankfurt: 900009) today announced that it entered into agreements with Guangdong New HuaSun and Shenzhen Raiser, pursuant to which Hartcourt redeemed 13,769,156 shares of its common stock held by New HuaSun, New HuaSun redeemed a 45% equity interest, and Hartcourt released Shenzhen Raizer of its obligation on a $3,403,150 promissory note payable to Hartcourt. This voting agreement was canceled on July 1, 2004, when Hartcourt in principle ended its investment agreement with New HuaSun. On August 30, 2004, Hartcourt sold its 45% equity interest in New HuaSun to Shenzhen Raizer for a promissory note in the amount of US$3,403,150.

@ CE:
Gustav
Gustav
