The stock tanked during the conference call right after David Wehner said that mobile ad revenue and growth would slow a big deal in 2017. They will no longer rely on increasing ad load growth so much.
This is a bad beat.
Alright, let's see what happens next then. Holding.
It's gonna be a short term crash. A correction if you will. No need to panic.
If Captain America says to buy FB stock, you buy it.
I initiated a small position on yesterday's pullback.
Yep. This is exactly where we're going.
What a reward for a ER beat... Down 7 bucks.
The last time they were $125, they got down to $90s right after ER. What's different now?
They can buy 'em out!
It's now up when the rest of the market is down. Weird.
Bought some today as well. Even a lil' bit cheaper today.
I'm not comfortable trading at that price anymore.
Sundar Pichai, apparently.
That does sound legit.
But Microsoft doesn't have any car projects going...
Interesting. Let's see how it all play out.
It's under $95 today, so... steal away!
That's genius.
Buying Netflix makes sense for a lot of companies, but it's way too expensive right now.
Casual customers don't even need it. Only professional artists, designers do.
They have Google+, but it sucks. Nobody uses it.
If they can turn Twitter into something that makes them money (Google ads), then it's a great buy in my book.
Unfortunately, Twitter priced itself way too high.
It's pretty darn expensive, too.
Yeah, I just realized I got your very first message wrong. You were talking about Disney possibly acquiring Netflix and I somehow thought of Twitter.
Buying Netflix actually makes a lot of sense for DIS.
Like what? Putting hashtags with Disney movies on the main page as if they were trending? I don't see them utilizing Twitter in any significant way.
Only Google can do that.
They need Google to buy them.
I don't see why Disney even needs Twitter.
The brand new Surface Studio everyone talks about is so amazing and intuitive to the core.
Which ones are the most secured?
Well, that's pretty huge. I'll definitely add some shares this week when I have some cash on me. Was going to do it anyway. Anything under $95 is a buy in my book.
Nevertheless, I think the buyout will happen at some point. Twitter priced itself pretty high the last time around. Maybe Google is waiting for them to get desperate.
I think Twitter can potentially be a great addition to Google's ecosystem.
Does the stock usually go up before Christmas?
I don't see why the stock is selling off again
The REAL buyout you'll never see coming and be able to capitalize on it.
What scam?!
Wasn't going to.
Yeah, sometimes I feel the same way. Maybe I'll short AMD if things go south, but till Zen's out - I'm holding.
That's true, but I still expect them to be less pricey than Intel CPUs.
Right now AMD's CPUs are BAD and cheap. Zen may be GOOD and cheap? See the difference?
Lisa Su Will Make AMD Great Again!
IOS is a pretty secured OS though.
As a customer - I am excited about Zen. As an Intel investor - I am worried.
