Why don't you call John at IR like everyone else and ask or you could call the listing agent like I did several days ago to inquire about it.

The buildings are not up in the air for approval to grow. That was discussed and paperwork was found showing the zoning.

No R/S here. The folks behind CBDS are running this like a big board company (which it will be soon). The idea, as I understand it, is to change lives not milk shareholders. I'm in MDCN too. I believe in Gary Johnson. He's an honest, hard working guy with a real fighting chance for 2016. He's too smart to risk his reputation cutting corners here. GLTY.

Welcome Mr.Money, we have people here searching for goodies everyday too in other places. The big property has been in escrow as told to me by the listing agent and no deed has shown up yet so... we anxiously await the next few days. Also a possible revenue producing company aquisition has come about in rumors here. They are making deals with the indians through Medican Nations and Dimitri Downing.

If what you are saying is true, I suppose I can't scoff at that short term prediction. I'll admit, I was over the last couple of days. I just looked at April 15th of last year, it was $3.00 so... By short term, what are you talking? I'll check out linked in as well.

The listing agent did not ask for my info. I asked when I should call him back. He knows what is happening. He hesitated when he talked to me to see where I stood. I never let on about who was purchasing the property. I wanted to feel him out.
My guess for today. From what I was told by the listing agent plus what I just read from the SEC filing, we May hear about the property closing before the 10k which is due by thursday the 15th If I'm not mistaken

I am certainly not more savvy regarding real estate transactions than others. I understand what people are saying regarding calling on the property. It is my understanding that it is handled by a third party for the reason that they don't want the rug pulled out from under them on this deal. This is my understanding of the escrow definition I found, I did not take that from my brain. That's Google and me digging. No harm DRRAGS, I want us to make money. I look for things, thats all.

Realtors please chime in...
If I am not mistaken, escrow is a finality to a real estate deal. People calling and inquiring about the property will not disrupt the fact that it is in fact in escrow. The reason I was told to call back next week is (IF) A. The listing agent has in fact been told not to say anything so Medican can PR it or B. They are still dealing with finalities of the transaction.
Period.

I called the broker about the property. They are used to getting calls about properties. How is interest in a property going to screw anything up? A bunch of people inquire about the property and Medican decides not to buy it by the sudden spike in interest? The stock price plummets because the broker is getting too many calls? They put off the PR for several more weeks as a result? Do you think he would up the price per square foot because of the sudden influx of calls?

Everybody here, If you have any type of money in this, you should be digging everywhere. I've called Lions Financial, International Herbs, the individual seller and the listing agent. I also check other places too.

I called the listing agent 3 days ago. I asked if the property was still for sale. He said it is in escrow. He asked me what I would be using it for. I said shipping. I then asked when would be a good time to call back about it. He said next week.
