MJNA is like that soap you drop in the shower, and you try to grab it as the water falls on your head, but it just keeps slipping and slipping and then before tho know it it SHOOTS! Right up the side and over the tub into the air!
People are forgetting that Colorado and Washington legalization were a study time for California to learn from their mistakes, we passed prop 47 releasing prisoners on sentence for mj and non violent crimes, observed now the moves are coming...that's really all it is
As I've stated already you can't have medical marijuana be the same as recreational expecting just card to separate the difference, and you can't make medical be more powerful than rec, because that wouldn't make any sense and cause problems, make it all medical, get it out of those dirty dispensaries that can't operate near schools or in certain districts.,.etc
Make it all medical- looks good, sounds good, take donations that you can bank and donate to a 'collective'
Scratch that- more fake news
California Medical rolling http://dlvr.it/NFBNgl
It's all in a name sometimes- even if you're that fat kid in high school with all the pimples and smells, if his name just happens to be Justin Bieber chances are he's gonna be able to sleep with a few of the schools hottest girls through a chain of events.
Also, AB64 amended prop 64, it details what I said and more....etc..,it's all there
Within the bill that raised taxes on cigs there is also a stating that taxes will be raised for any sort of smoking paraphenalia that isnt related to medical marijuana.
Why don't you read my twitter where I posted the latest news papers and pictures of whole page ads for donations to marijuana collectives (30$- 40$ eigth) and how the dispensaries are lowering their prices way down.
Licenses will be repealed and/or not renewed on March 7...etc...
The point is Medical at the forefront- yes there will be 'rec' through the collectives (not dispensaries) and there will be little to no storefronts, as delivery is on the rise and easier. Not to mention the huge fact that you can bank donations.
I'm assuming you either don't live here (CA) or you aren't opening any papers? Because there are people here who even own dispensaries here that don't know this is going to happen.
If you think about it- it even sounds better to say 'that building? Oh, that's a medical marijuana collective, they take donations' than it does to say 'that there! That's a marijuana dispensary'
Dispensary- has become somewhat of a dirty problematic word if you think about it...
March 7, she's a'comin quick
My man, that article is NOT true, trust me....you could of been the one who wrote it.
I've learned to not trust any link that doesn't have .gov or .CA at the end of it.
Trust me- this is a smooth oiled wheel here- but people know that or there would be no need for them to spend money on fake news.
I really don't think there will be a 'recreational' marijuana in California or the nation- the other states will do as California is doing- if California doesn't secede- the president will listen to CA- watch and see. Weed will be sold for 'donations' in collectives and co-ops...there will be no more 'dispensaries' and the money from the 'donations' can be banked- we outsmarted the system.
People need to stop posting fake articles with old pics- that's gonna cost folks $$$ in the long run who believe these false PR's.
I mean it's pretty simple- a state with the sixth largest economy in the world- 1 out of every 8 in the nation live in California- it's pretty obvious where the biggest market will be.
People can write whatever makes them feel good, but, they'll see the facts soon enough. Smart ppl know where to place their money
I don't know who keeps writing these typo laden fake articles about California Mj regulations? That isn't what's happening here at all.
Storefronts...? There won't be any storefronts...and medical regulation issues? Lol, yeah...whoever is writing these things, needs not only to learn to spell but also needs to get their facts straight- you'd think they would have moved on- but I guess they like fake news?
I know you meant well by posting it- but geez, people read that, well, they're gonna have a big surprise come March when California kicks the door open on the market in a way no one is prepared for. These who write these things need to visit- then maybe they could get their facts straight.
I'm wondering though, if this isn't a plan on both sides, Dems and Reps...
We'll see...I'm suspicious of almost everything- it's good and bad really, but I'm a doubt first kinda person
This just one- we've got more than a few now
https://www.ganjapreneur.com/california-city-approves-turning-former-prison-mmj-concentrates-factory/
Lol, we've been in a drought for a bit now- this past months rain from the atmospheric river put a nice dent in that drought. Besides, haven't you been reading? We're growing a lot f weed and making CBD factories out of empty prisons--- we'll be fine, but we appreciate your concern ;)
It truly feels like all that is happening right now throughout the nation was long in the planning and brainstorming by select parties, now it's a matter of what is the outcome, I don't think there'll be a easy smooth transition into agreement by either side. Pride has been hurt and masses of generations of people are really offended.
Tomorrow's back to business
Californians aren't going give into trump, Californias my state- and I agree with California, would if it wasn't my state.
In terms of marijuana California's looking best. Especially if we secede and use it as a major funding source- never has the federal government looked less of a threat to California marijuana than it does now.
If California does secede or put the vote on the ballot next year, people gathering signatures now, what happens to MJNA stock since technically the company wouldn't be part of the US anymore.
Things are just getting to the point of action. Strange how there's much on the news, in the papers and online about it but the president hasn't said a word back yet.
From the write ups it's looking like California does have the ability to support itself and the US would be out of whack for a spell if the break happens. But what would happen to the companies on the exchange that are California companies? This is a real deal, big stuff happening in the nation.
Yes, I traded it early last year, maybe even before, still looks at resistance, see if it holds
Weather lady on KTLA talking about CBD oil and her dog- 'it's from the THC plant, but it doesn't get you high, I mix it into his food every morning"
The other people onset 'it doesn't get you high....' blah, blah, extra blah...anyway, people are becoming aware.
Don't know...some really move or can move and some just don't. I've traded it before...that was a while ago though
I wonder when they'll announce they're launching CBD into outer space?
MJNA is fine right now- it'll need a good launch pad for upcoming events.
Imagine when CBD is so recognized it'll be on tv commercials?
'Helen, stay on the road, you're causing me to spill this CBD oil everywhere'
'Okay, you're right John, I'll pull over'
Camera pans to shoot a spot of RSHO on the road reflecting the sunlight into a view of the car and the mountains ahead....
Will that wall have doggy doors? Just curious?
I wonder what ol blue eyes would say about all this ramble?
"You're riding high in April
Shot down in May..."
I wonder if people realize yet how big of a deal this donation thing is, in terms of what can be done with it to skirt the legal issues and give the best 'prices'
It's interesting because can I really see recreational marijuana under a
Trump presidency- my gut says no, I'm not really sure any president would be ready for Rec and all the laws that will come with it. What if all states did as California is doing and make the recreational a 'donation' gig?? See ya GOP authority if that happens.
Here in California I can hand some weed to my buddy right in front of a cop and he can get in his car and drive away. The exchange of money is a problem. Yet, if I give him weed in front of a cop, and he says "lemme donate 5 to you for gas" the cop can do nothing.
At least that's how it works here.
Now if we 'donate' on a grand level- well there's not a law against 'donating' cannabis is there?
What makes medical marijuana 'medical' marijuana? I've asked this before a few weeks ago.
If I walk into a dispensary and buy an once of OG Kush, I'm 21, I buy it and leave, then a person comes in after
me with a med card and buys an once of OG Kush, what makes their weed medical and mine recreational? It's the same weed. What if it was alllll medical? Or what if Medical is....hmm....
Indeed, it is the biggest. Like something out of a story or movie really. This will also be one of the biggest years yet for the sector, no doubt.
The bigger the marijuana sector becomes we should see other sectors become involved. It will need to shipped, protected, labeled, cleaned, examined, classified...the list goes on
And not only can you bank money made for/from donations, wouldn't a shop GIVING away marijuana for a donation be exempt from federal persecution? Or has that even been thought about yet? More complex paradoxes.
This really will be interesting to see what happens.
LA weekly is chock full of marijuana collectives now operating for profit as promised under AB64 and instead of buying weed at dispensaries you pay a 'donation' to the collective, and last I knew you can bank donations.
I don't even think about Jeff Sessions. I don't know anyone who does. If I do think about him I think how it's obvious that the electoral college had Trump in favor for President, so why not if the plan was to vote for Trump but nobody really knew then what else was on the ballot last year that the republicans and the electoral college already know full well about but aren't addressing yet.
If people are going to compare marijuana legalization to alcohol legalization they can't do so without thinking about how marijuana has that scare "it's a drug" thing to the powers that now be, as well as many. I don't think alcohol ever really had that...it was more just a good drunk bad drunk thing, pink elephants and such. And that's funny really...but whatever. I mean alcohol prohibition became more about illegal rum running and Al Capone- marijuna is a whole different thing.
I'd say if California and Trump weren't about to go at it, then prop 64 would stand as it was meant to be and be the blue print for the nation, the "gold standard" they called it. Now it's hard to say- might see that in PR's hah...
Sessions is fully aware of how big an issue marijuana legalization has become, it's just what now will happen next that no one is truly sure of. If California patches things up and all become friends again, well....who knows. But if you watch closely and pay attention to what all the states are starting to do it does follow 64, and if what all the states are doing has more similarities than not, no matter how small, I don't think the gov. plans a threat to medical Mj. Californias looking at banning smoking cigs altogether in certain counties...but that's not the issue for this stock
Of course there are also a few valid 'or' scenarios that just might play out.
But if you look around and don't know it already, this is the biggest green rush yet!
Just like the surprise in what MJNA has been up to, now we have two fields of MJ catalyst to look forward to. it's looking like recreational and medical wont be federally legal at the same time. And even if states themselves get to pick and choose and grab and dab what about how different prices would affect things from state to state? Different hours of dispensaries?
We have this problem now with package stores. Connecticut stores some close at 8, in Massachusetts (a mere 5 mins. away for many) stores are open until 11. NYC almost all night, people do actually drive over state lines for alcohol, due to prices availability and hours. They will most definitely for weed too.
So that's a problem. Now look at how other ways in which state to state federal recreational legal would be a problem.
I think Medical is the stone that stands with the most weight and moves forward biggest from here. This is nothing yet.
That's why you're seeing these articles saying rec mj regulations are taking longer, not true- all will be revealed on March 7.
That article in high Times online just released is horrible. They didn't even get California economy level right, it's 6 not 7, I'm sure they know that- but candles always burn more wax than wick, and people like to be smart arses.
Californias working to make medical marijauna a priority, gonna see huge buyers sales tax this April on anything tobacco related and rec mj ....but tax on the same products if they're used for medical marijuana will not apply.
MJNA is geared toward a global market and expansion. They're not looking to sell CBD to a certain state or district from a dispensary or storefront. Supposedly they're a medical marijuana investment company.
There is a shady side? All those pr's are they really all MJNA? Who knows...not me...but this announcement on the NFL and marijuana today is right up kannaway alley
Los Angeles Chargers and Marijuana plan use after move http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/football/roger-goodell-chargers-marijuana-social-media-article-1.2955429
Splits? I don't recall any splits? Unless you mean investments?
What also interesting is that since California is the 6th largest economy in the World, and 1 out of every 8 US citizens lives here, not to mention all the undocumented people helping the wheels turn this machine- well, what does that do to the US economy?
There is talk right now, of a split from the nation, there will be a fight I imagine- in some form- but this is a big damn state, how will this play out?
And what does that do to MJNA and Mexico?
