OK, I see the PR from August of last year about them collaborating but haven't heard a peep about it since I've been following PHOT...which admittedly, isn't that far back...I guess it took a backseat some time ago. I haven't found anything linking Fusion Pharm to PHOT's web store
FUSION PODS?!?!? WTF are you talking about?? The ONLY way this gets going is with PHOT's help. The ONLY way they get PHOT's helps is as their exclusive distributor along with all of the other strings attached... They can't do it without PHOT and since that is the case, it's Phototrons.
So far... only privately owned companies are receiving licenses. I'm beginning to believe that will be the norm. Public companies are responsible for increasing profits to their shareholders. The government wants to be the only entity standing in between the seller and the buyer. Given the fact that they are required to cultivate 70% of their own supply and can only obtain the other 30% from other approved dispensaries, PHOT will be a key player in everyone's business. Public, private, co-op...they still need growing supplies. Most of them don't need shareholders...
The only reason I'm standing by PHOT is that they have a customer base with or WITHOUT these start-ups. The GIFT program to the best of my reckoning is based on MERIT, i.e. when you get a license, you get an investment. PHOT can already sell it's products to licensed dispensaries. The rest of these have to jump through all of the hurdles and finished in the top spots to get their seed money...JMHO
That's exactly what my post already says...
Non-profit companies can not be publicly traded...If they did set one up just to get a license it would have to be completely segregated from the publicly traded company
WOW!!! Talk about st(c)ock blocking...
MORE CUSTOMERS!!!!
Can't hold it here forever. Who ever is pinning us down at .059 is going to run out of shares or patience soon :)
On Friday Massachusetts health officials are expected to announce which of 100 nonprofit contenders will get the 35 medical marijuana dispensary licenses up for grabs.
The state Department of Consumer Protection on Tuesday awarded licenses for the production of medical marijuana to four companies who will base their operations in West Haven, Portland, Simsbury and Watertown in CT.
CEO has said a buyback was being considered
They are a another privately owned distributor in Canada. They got a license for HC this week...
FINALLY SOME GOOD PRESS SPECIFICALLY ABOUT FITX!!!
Turning heads people!
Based on the last license that was just approved for Tweed, they are allowed to grow 33069 lbs a year. According to FITX, their 1.3 million lbs pending approval would be almost 40x that.
correct :(
It was tremendous news for PHOT and is visible on their stock information. While FITX was the subject of the PR, it was not a part of the PR. Since CEN prefers to make major stock announcements by FB post, the brokers have nothing up to date to put in FITX's NEWS or PR section until a news outlet mentions them specifically.
Hopefully, Bill is taking notes from Sterling...
BIG NEWS = PR
What's on your mind = FB
Yeah. Kinda sucks that the brokerages haven't even tagged it to FITX ticker. It's a PHOT PR...
Calm down, sage...that post you are responding to was on the same day that Bill announced on FB he was being misquoted as having approval from HC to grow...It's from Jan 13th. It was a legitimate question given the events at the time...
Hmmm...investment wise, PHOT is very likely going to own a % of all of these start ups long term...PHOT is taking on a lot of liabilities to make these other companies more successful. Which in turn, makes them more successful...
FITX is going to have more momentum because new and exciting things are happening for it...within 3 months he could triple his money or more easily...FITX has a lot of "ifs" but as long as they stay on course the journey to the end is going to be just as rewarding.
I couldn't make up my mind either in the end, but I bought FITX first and someone talked me into PHOT, for what it's worth...their meteoric rise and fall at the begin of the month made me leery of them at first but the price consolidated and I grabbed some and it's been green ever since.
If there is any evidence of anything taking place in WE this week by COB on Friday we hitting the 7's next week
The more real it becomes, the more seriously people will accept it
The way I see it, we're looking at 8-10 weeks to build
stock will rise:
- when construction begins
- when foundation is laid
- when cameras go live
- when building is standing
- anytime there is a new announcement about progress in materials delivered or installed
- prior to inspection
- after inspection
- upon gaining license
by that point we should be at least 50%-100% ahead of where we are on highs and lows
I agree...May sounds realistic. A few exciting announcements might push it there before then if it's set up in position the day before.
Yeah, they have more than enough capital and backing to build now, as I see it. Considering the amount of back to back activity going on these next two days that has been highlighted it sounds like someone lit a fire under their ass to get moving or get left behind.
Oh without a doubt...pictures posted tomorrow or whenever for that matter would immediately send FITX up 30 - 40%.
They apply for the grow license when the building is finished and passes inspection... I don't believe April 1st is the deadline because it wasn't too long ago that April was the anticipated start of the project due to ground conditions. The start of the current MMJ patients to have to buy MJ from Health Canada is April 1st.
Did I overlook that somewhere?
This one is more concise:
Exactly, do the numbers real quick.
1.3 mil lbs X $2000/lb = $2.6 Billion
Our 7.7% would be $200,200,000.00
Plus the $100,000,000.00 Bonus once FITX produces 1 mil lbs.
Plus payments for lease of equipment.
By this time next year thats $300+ Million just from this one GIFT.
With $300-ish million on the line for PHOT I'm confident that they will ensure that everything that needs to goes smoothly for the next few months during the build.
We should get a nice bump late afternoon from the Fox "shout out" to MJ
As long as they at least get it built it will be profitable...It may not be clearing $3 billion a year in revenue but will still be making money and still be increasing in share price.
Not every company that trades for over $1.00 has 3.5 billion shares out there... But more to the point, most successful large cap stocks also trade for about 16x their value too...
Fully aware that I am still unable to suspend disbelief when it comes to analyzing this sector. Still find myself pleasantly surprised once in a while :)
As it currently stands, that would make FITX a $3.5 billion dollar company from a $12 - $40 million dollar investment...
With a significant share buyback, $1 gets less outlandish but still highly unlikely...
It's not a secret that FITX has been pumped several times. He can't call slander for something that is actually true. The fact that Bill is actually doing, or attempting to do, something positive with it is just good luck...
Put 70k back in today. I feel that was a show of good faith on my part considering... Probably why it stayed at .054 all day lol
I'm back in the boat...Take me for a ride Capt. Bill
Looked them up after someone called me out and I mentioned them, huh? :)
Yeah, you wouldn't be interested...
They have predicted that they will only reach $100 million in revenue in the next 5 years out of 160,000 sq ft ;)
Opposite ends of the same burning candle...one has investors, one has what the other's investors want...
