Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?"
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn't serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine like children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

are you folks going to get kiababbuck in?
(God's Army)
It was late one Tuesday evening,
Before a mother could sit down,
To tell her only child about
The terror that hit downtown.
She looked into the eyes of her son
God, she loved him so,
She felt her heart begin to break
And the hurt begin to show.
She gathered all her strength and courage,
as her story she began to tell.
"Baby don't cry, but I'm afraid daddy
Might be under a building that fell."
The boy looked back at his mother,
His eyes made not one blink.
And the mother's tears began to fall.
What would her baby think?
You see, his dad is a firefighter,
And his hero from the day of his birth.
He loved his dad more than anything else
That could ever inherit this earth.
The mother's head began to drop,
Her forehead resting on palm.
She thought her son would be upset.
Instead, he was very calm.
The boy leaned over towards his mom,
And put his hand upon her head.
In her ear he began to whisper,
And this is what he said:
"Mommy please don't cry,
I knew daddy wasn't coming home.
I talked to him just a while ago,
But it wasn't on the phone.
He told me that he loved me,
And he promised we'd meet again.
He told of his new home,
And the job he was to begin."
"God is building an army,
And there are many angels needed.
That, is where daddy and the others went.
They weren't all defeated."
It was then, the mother lifted her head.
The tears streamed down her face.
And she could feel her husband's presence,
As it filled her heart with grace.
It was then she knew her son was right.
He was in God's great army now.
She also knew her son was safe,
That he'd be kept from harm somehow.
So, evil-doers of the world beware.
An army is on the way.
Bolstered by new angels,
Who left the towers that day..
Their commander has never been beaten.
His power has never been matched,
And if evil thinks He was almighty before......
Well, the surface has just been scratched!
Ola.. come on now really!!!! ROTFLMAO with you anyway!!! ;-0

Digex/WorldCom Listed as a Leader in Web Hosting Magic Quadrant
LAUREL, Md., March 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Digex, Incorporated (Nasdaq: DIGX - news), the leading managed hosting provider for business on the Internet, today announced that the WorldCom-Digex affiliation is listed in the ``Leaders'' quadrant in Gartner, Inc.'s latest North American Web Hosting Magic Quadrant.* One of the world's premier research and advisory firms, Gartner, Inc. compiled the Web Hosting Magic Quadrant to address the question: ``Which network service providers can enterprises depend on for essential network services?''
The Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluates vendors based on completeness of vision, its ability to execute and its long-term financial stability. To be placed in the ``Leaders'' quadrant, a Web hosting provider must demonstrate strength in both vision and execution.
``It is a confirmation of Digex's vision and offerings, and a testament to the strength of WorldCom, to be placed in the Leaders quadrant by Gartner for the second year in a row,'' said Mark Shull, president and CEO of Digex. ``We pioneered managed hosting six years ago and are pleased that the WorldCom- Digex affiliation continues to be the recognized leader as managed hosting evolves to include processes like automated service delivery and managing of complex applications.''
In addition to evaluating Web hosting service providers, the Gartner Magic Quadrant also articulates the value of outsourced hosting: ``In light of the current economic landscape, many enterprises have considered bringing their Web site management ''back in house`` for the sake of stability. While that might be a valid reason, we believe there are more valid reasons for continuing to use Web hosting vendors, such as better ROI and performance. Instead of taking the drastic step of going back in-house -- or choosing to outsource -- enterprises need to evaluate providers better, with a special emphasis on financial and corporate stability.''
The Magic Quadrant is copyrighted February 2002 by Gartner, Inc. and is reused with permission. Gartner's permission to quote its Magic Quadrant research should not be deemed to be an endorsement of any company or product depicted in the quadrant. The Magic Quadrant is Gartner's opinion and is an analytical representation of a marketplace at and for a specific time period. It measures vendors against Gartner-defined criteria for a marketplace. The positioning of vendors within a Magic Quadrant is based on the complex interplay of many factors. Gartner does not advise enterprises to select only those firms in the Leaders segment. In some situations, firms in the Visionary, Challenger, or Niche Player segments may be the right match for an enterprise's requirements. Well-informed vendor selection decisions should rely on more than a Magic Quadrant. Gartner research is intended to be one of many information sources and the reader should not rely solely on the Magic Quadrant for decision-making. Gartner expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied of fitness of this research for a particular purpose.

How do you write your love?
And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more
and more in knowledge and in all judgment; That ye may
approve things that are excellent; that ye may be
sincere and without offence till the day of Christ...
(Philippians 1:9-10)
"Do not write there," said one to a lad, who was
writing with a diamond pin on a pane of glass in the
window of a hotel. "Why ?" said he. "Because you can
not rub it out." We do and say a lot of things that
scratch and mar the lives of other people because we
do not take the time to think what effect our actions
will have upon those around us. The human soul is
immortal, and as delicate as any piece of glass.
The old saying is; "you only have but one time to make
a first impression" and how true it is that we should
always be "on guard" so as not to offend or give a bad
impression of who we are as a child of God. We are
talking about conduct! That is, how we present
ourselves in everyday life.
Paul makes mention of several things to help govern
our conduct, and while this is not an all inclusive
list, it does serve as a reminder for several things
that we need to exhibit in our life.
1. Let your love abound! Many are afraid to love
people for fear of being hurt, abused, or taken
advantage of, but did you ever stop to think where you
would be if Christ had not let his love abound toward
you? Love is not something you give to those who "earn
it," love is distributed freely to all.
2. Approve things that are excellent. In other words,
put your stamp of approval on the good and right
things of God by making them a part of your daily walk
and talk! Do not just read it, or talk it, LIVE IT!
3. Be sincere! No one likes a fake. You may put on a
good "show" but the day will come when you will stand
shoulder to shoulder with a genuine article and
everyone will see you for the counterfeit that you
are. Only by developing and maintaining a close
intimate relationship with Christ will
the world judge you- 'sincere'.
4. Live without offense. Some people are like 80 grit
sandpaper; everything they rub against they mar and
scratch. Anyone who claims the name of Christ should
do a character study of Christ just to see the love
and compassion He demonstrated to all people. Yes, a
lot of people "fell out" with Him, but only because in
His presence they saw all their flaws, all their
inconsistencies, which made them jealous, and which
ultimately lead to His crucifixion.
Let us all be careful to reflect the life of Christ,
and to not say or do anything that might "scratch the
glass" of a human life. Pastor Matthew Mills
