Hope you're right. I shifted a little more over here from one of my other stocks who doesn't seem to be going anywhere atm.
Geez...
I was thinking since they waited we might get another pop as a result of the announcement vs if they'd done it immediately... I think some of the skeptics have been selling in the interim, may hop back on. I just hope its before the convertibles.
Do you expect the SPA will be finished by Tues?
Does anyone know if the convertibles will hit Oct 21? Worst case- what would that many shares do to the sp based on current prices? [and don't say .0001 that's just cheeky. lol]
This is huge!
In Process Quality Assurance (IPQA):
Real Time NDE (B6Sigma).....
Optical pyrometers and thermal imaging
will be used to quantify thermal history.
– Correlate Voice Of the Process (VOP)
response to DMLS process parameters
– Correlate VOP to possible defect structures
– Use VOP data to validate and calibrate
process models
• ULTIMATE GOAL: On-machine
acceptance and qualification of
components
– Acceptable process algorithms based on
POD curves for all defect structures
IPQA Data Will Be Used to Calibrate and Validate Models
Yes. I believe in the new update. At Winemucca (sp).
So why are we building our own mill if we can use theirs for antimony too? I don't get it.
Woohoo!!
FLPC for one. Look up their filings. Along with any number of semi-legitimate biotech's and mining companies on the OTC. Toxic debt is almost always a losing situation, IMO. Once in awhile someone breaks out but once you start the debt cycle the odds greatly decrease. Doesn't mean those companies are illegitimate/shady (though some are) just that they fight an uphill battle. Do you really think GE or Honeywell wants to sign contracts with a company that relies on debt to make ends meet?
That's total BS- there are companies WAY less legit that get debt financed. I believe they are trying to AVOID debt as it's a liability and weakens credibility esp. when they're running with the big dogs. This is a much better route, IMO.
I didn't think he was on the BOD… could be wrong. Probably am. Trouble in Paradise? Too busy with his new capacity?
Thoughts on NSPH going forward? Aren't they cash-poor? I haven't kept up with them in probably a year or more.
I've seen a dip before a big pop before. Not entirely sure why it happens but it's not that weird.
There was a really nice looking slideshow they put out- something new. As well as revenue projections (1.4 mill?) however without being there to hear them speak, idk if those will materialize this quarter or just in the near future. It went out in an email, I believe, and one recipient uploaded it to the Sigma group page on FB (not company… though may be there by now.)
I think tomorrow's going to look very different from today. No reason, just gut feeling. This seems orchestrated… something's coming soon IMO. May not be til next week as stock mama said but I'm feeling tomorrow.
.09's again? This is insane. GLTA… I'm gonna need a drink tonight lol. Heck, I'm on vacation- maybe sooner. lol. Lawd.
It's happened before. lol.
Stochastics saying grossly oversold.
They bought me a car on their last run; late 2011-2013.
Sigh.
Remember that take down to .10 last winter before the massive buying pressure, closed green? Please God…. let's have that again. Lawd. I WOULD remove my stop before this, too. :(
Jesus don't say that…
WTF is up with this spread?
FB Update FLPC: "A new week brings with it travel plans for the FLPC Board of Directors. All board members are on their way to Amargosa Valley, Nevada to complete a final, due diligence inspection of The Liberty Mill. http://www.firstlibertypower.com/liberty-mill/"
I think in terms of revenue they're going with the most effective option at the moment. It will be awhile before Tesla completes and starts producing in its gigafactory, and we need revenue in the short term (plus a mill) to make any future operations worthwhile, imo. They're on the right track.
10 min left...1 million, 10,000 @ .0024. Any takers? 10 people spending $250... each. c'mon now.
Hey now, I wish I had that kind of clout. lol. I watched him (seemingly) get burned before like a lot of us did, and have no problem with him making cash. If his statements are to be believed, the fact that he made $ instead of of losing these last months takes some serious skill. I can't do it cause I'm a teacher so don't spend all day in front of a trading screen and have an irrational fear of taxes but to those who can do it, by all means... Eventually, if the company has really turned around, we'll all be sitting pretty whether 'true longs' or flippers. Hopefully we have another run short term, but in terms of getting back to the old highs, there's a long way to go yet. He may have the right idea.
Gotcha. Yeah, I'd like to see a penny before any correction. .005, .007 would be ok but a penny would be ideal. I'm never very good at flipping, been around this one since early last year. Don't like 1-2 tick trades (not worth it) but something more substantial would be nice. I always keep a core though.
What sort of news do you expect besides the closing of the SPA? pps estimate? Just curious.
Wow, someone's taking a bite out of those .0025's big time... keep it up!
I knew they used to- does the presentation say they still are? I haven't gotten anything yet. Thanks!
I have literally no clue what that means. WTS? old news? Sorry. I'm tired.
Breaking Bad the TV show… see the giant professional meth lab here (2nd half of the clip):
Looks awesome…. and also reminds me of Breaking Bad. ;)
I assume still setting everything up, but idk for sure. They had to be doing SOMEthing the last 6-9 months or so… lol. I know they got some $$ from a private placement meant to go toward the mill, so theoretically should have some cash. I think there's gotta be some asset hiding going on because their cash on hand is always way low in their filings relative to the cost of what they're doing on a daily basis and it's not ALL financed by outside debt. A lot of our partner companies are owned by Mgmt, or have mgmt on their boards, so I'm pretty sure they move $ around, but that's total speculation on my part.
I typically try not to get my hopes up too high so if it turns out they do have some revenue coming in already it'll just be a happy surprise.
Pretty sure us having less value wouldn't help there. They were hurting more than us. 15 million liabilities, according to their filings. FLPC confirmed that we didn't inherit those, just the 50% stake in the Liberty mill and its assets; plus the 100k liabilities mentioned in the LOI. I guess the rest of Coronet isn't doing so hot.
What merger?
Who the heck is throwing up all these shares on the ask? What's L2 like?
