I found out all I need to know about the patent. Thank you for your concern. You didn't answer my serious and most important question! Specifically , how do you know so much about Dimension - a private company? And, again, why do you post daily expressing negative views about a company that you claim to own shares? This is the only ticker you post about so I am left to assume you don't have anything else in your portfolio. Maybe an investment in Dimension would explain your thought process. I'm not sure what else would. Ethics? Nah! Please help me understand. Thanks. BTW I am up to 74k shares with an avg close to $.06. Go TMMI
Serious question. How do you know so much of the inner workings of Domension - a private company? Would it be worthwhile to have a colleague visit the patent office in DC? Or, is that the real gist of the argument? Who owns the KEYS patent(s) vs who says they own it/them. I want to go big or move on. So far, the rational & compelling info is to go big! I've mentioned before my belief that emotions can cloud investment theory and emotions seem to run very high in this ticker. Go TMMI
Stock - some guarantees are safe. Like I guarantee that TMMI PPS will not decrease today. I guarantee you it will not retreat tomorrow either. I can almost guarantee you that negative posters have lost money in the stock and don't have enough of a position left to make any profit to offset their losses. I can almost guarantee that most of the positive posters have enough of a position to make some real profit when the court case gets settled and ownership is clarified and contracts (plural) are signed. I wish I could guarantee you that I will have a 500K share position by this time next week, but, there are just not enough shareholders who believe selling is a good idea. It seems like just about everybody but 2 on this MB think owning TMMI is a good thing. Go TMMI
That's a good buy Nesurk! GLTY. GO TMMI
I didn't say I didn't get any under $.065 which is my buy target. I just said I couldn't get any at $.05. I guess I was expecting some based on yesterday's pps. Oh well $.054 or $.058 or $.06 or $.07 will look great when the first contract is signed and IMO Raytheon will make that happen SOON. 500K to 1M shares will make that day sweet. Forget the past; lose the bitterness; buy a ton at these low prices; and, have a really bright day in 2015 Go TMMI
Thanks for your intelligent posts and info Stock. I find your posts and Jays to be worth reading. Despite posts from Frick and Frack wishing me good luck with TMMI stock buys I can't seem to get many at $.05 so that tells me what the market thinks. Go TMMI
A some posters lose their credibility by posting the same nonsense over and over while knowing that it is wrong. I can't answer why. It's just their agenda...whatever that is. I've been honest with my posts that I worked for a major corp for almost 40 years and was involved in a few mergers. Another poster claims he was a President and CEO of HIS business before selling it. While that was a good, challenging gig to run his own show, it does not provide any insight to how multi national corporations do business. My guess still is a neighborhood hardware store or some form of local printing business. I think it best that you ignore any poster that says the same thing over and over because nothing is static in the business world. Why would anyone who has an Investment portfolio" comment/post solely on one MB. Go TMMI and please keep up your informative posts. Thanks!
I guess I feel strongly that good people are very concerned about their credibility. What else does one have on an anonymous MB? Go TMMI
This post MAY be the least believable in a long line of questionable posts. This one does not help your credibility. Most of your posts say just the opposite - an apparent joy that the so-called TMMI insiders are losing money. I read your posts because they do offer the other side of the argument as to TMMI share value. I guess I am still a very small investor compared to the PP guys, but, I like these shares at under $.06. Go TMMI
And, we have been told repeatedly that he speaks directly with C level management at multi billion & International companies so he would know this to be true. Great info. I'm buying more at these low prices. Lotsore. Maybe double what I planned. Thanks for the high level info and Go TMMI
Last time I try to help you understand that it is not unusual that IR does not know everything that is going on. And, I find it next to impossible to believe that any Dept Head would talk to you, me or anyone else who called in. It just does not happen. Period. You don't seem to understand how Corporations work but maybe I'm wrong. BTW $.0582 Is/was a great PPS to buy today. Go TMMI.
At least you aren't saying that you spoke directly to the top guy at Raytheom. I think we all know that didn't happen. Good luck to you and honesty. Go Timmi
This is progress! We've went from "top guy at Raytheon told me they've never heard of TMMI" to it would have been nice if they said something. Suffice it to say that "they" don't always say what we want to hear and when we want to hear it. No cmon shareholder gets to talk to the "top guy" of any corporation. The top guys in IR are usually very tight lipped. Go TMMI
Again, this is just not how major corporations run their business. IR almost never knows about M&A or JV work until it's ready to be signed and announced. Sometimes the head of IR (SVP Or Pres) know a little ahead of actually signing to "tee up" how the "deal" will be announced or presented to the investment community. Most assuredly, this Senior Mgr would not be taking a call from a small stockholder - especially, a disgruntled one! I've been on these teams and working papers are numbered and limited. You would probably be more likely to get info out of the small company rather than the multi national corporation. Go TMMI
Corporations work real different than small retail stores. Corporations have several layers of mgt that require presos and buy in before anything gets signed and announced. Small retail businesses are able to make decisions faster. This is one of the differentiations between small and big business. If I sold the family hardware store after realizing Home Depot and Lowe's were for real and then rolled the proceeds from the sale into an investment that didn't pan out, I would have lots of time to post, Next time I'll buy a Rita's or Mr Softee so I could make little kid smile at least. Go TMMI. BTW my example of a 300% return allows for the sale of 25% of all shares to fund the other 75% for free and wait for a much bigger payday. 400K share buy will produce a 10 fold profit when it gets to $1.00. Go TMMI
I had a dream that TMMI will trade at $.25 and all those buying these $.06+ shares will profit 300% Time to buy if you can find sellers. I'll buy until $.10, but, would much rather pay $.06 - $.07. This will be a good one in 2015! Go TMMI
It's just the way corporations work. You don't seem to understand this. I participated in about 10 meetings when my company bought/merged with another company in early 2000s and there were several more above my pay grade. I'm pretty sure the public didn't know a thing until there was a public announcement. We all had to sign NDAs. Heck, as things progressed, there were meetings held to determine when and where the next meeting would be and who should attend. Go TMMI
I tried to tell you to buy at $46 or so. A quick 4.5% is good in blue chips where there is far less risk. I think we see more near term PPS appreciation but I just don't know how near term. With the DOW getting hammered almost every other day, VZ PPS will be affected somewhat - or, it would go higher sooner. Go VZ
OK Thanks! Go TMMI
Couldn't agree more! Large corporations don't sign deals w/o vetting. They have the tesources to do it so why not. I don't know any C level managers who would risk their job/career by signing off on something w/o doing it. Go TMMI.
Please consider that large corporations never "tip their hat" in the competitive arena. Why would Raytheon answer your questions - especially, if they think/know that you may have an agenda? Again, Raytheon would not let TMMI use their name in PRs if there was nothing working between them. It's possible that Raytheon has told TMMI not to say anything more. Settlement soon! Patent info soon! Contracts soon! Profits soon! I look at todays pps as an opportunity to join the PP guys at a reduction in buy in price. Sometimes profits take patience. Go TMMI
Raytheon is a multi billion dollar company with contracts and a large presence in the public and private sector. And, obviously to most intelligent people, they are well connected in Washington. Do you really think Raytheon would let TMMI use their name willy nilly? I don't! Soon, ,but, I just hope it is not so soon that I can't accumulate 500K shares or MORE. Go TMMI
We built analytic support models: Econometric; competitive; Financial. The best models would discount the past when/where appropriate and incorporate recent and new dependent and independent variables to forecast/project future revenue. This is the only modeling appropriate for a company like TMMI where the past is meaningless. TMMI future revenue will be driven by what is happening today and tomorrow and not 20-25 years ago. Smart companies change and prosper. Go TMMI
A two year old chart is useless when the company's future lies in the future. The past is interesting when looking at TMMI. Apparently, the TMMI past caused a few investors to lose money and create bitter and emotional investors. Good investors know to leave emotions out of investment strategies. Interestingly, the TMMI past drove PPS down and provided an opportunity to buy a lot of shares in the $.05 - $.07 range and create huge future profits. Same TMMI past creates 2 completely different outcomes for TMMI investors. I see a good future for TMMI and a great chance to generate significant profits for current investors. Raytheon does, too! Go TMMI
Expect a settlement by the end of January or mid February! Dimension can't afford the ongoing legal fees and probability of huge loss(es) AND TMMI wants to get on with business AND sign some contracts. Makes perfect sense that Raytheon - a multi Billion Dollar Corporation - vetted TMMI and knows more than anyone on this board. They would not have committed resources here unless they were certain. Just too many other places to invest resources. Again, look for this to settle soon! Go TMMI
Thank you for your kind wishes. I picked up a "few" more today and will continue to do so. I too believe TMMI will win the court case or reach a settlement and move onto many contracts with varied "customers". Raytheon is just a big multi billion dollar plus to be in TMMI corner. Go TMMI
Reindeer is good. Now at 40K shares for $2,600 for a $.065 avg. I will keep accumulating at these low prices. Only low volume is temporarily making it hard to open a large position but it will happen. Go TMMI
Go TMMI! The expression "he who laughs last, laughs best" is never more true than in the stock market. It looks like TMMI shareholders will laugh soon and very hard. I will continue to buy TMMI shares. Low volume available is slowing accumulation, but, free trades make the buys tedious but not expensive. I think the PP guys that are often slammed here by the bitter and misinformed will be rewarded handsomely for their risk taking and patience. Stay patient and your profits will be multi fold. Go TMMI! All IMO, of course.
Go TMMI. TMMI looks good today, tomorrow, and, many more tomorrows. Fortunes are made when questionable pasts allow for huge positions. TMMI is that kind of ticker. Fortunes will be made here. Live in the present and the future and not in the past. Go TMMI
Go TMMI I believe what I see and what I see is the pps does not go down but does inch up as they await legal "stuff" to be cleared. I believe what I hear when it makes sense and that it why I believe the posts of Jay and Stock and a few others. Thanks! Go TMMI
Go TMMI Raytheon investment should drive this PPS way up. So, I have started to take my $1,400 orig investment way up.
Thanks again for your informative posts Jay. That is the true purpose of the ihub boards. I.e. Share useful, timely, and, pertinent info. I think the investment community agrees with your hypotheses and that is why the PPS hasn't crashed thrust the 52 week low. Go TMMI
Good morning all. Settlement is likely near. The two parties involved know who holds the better hand. Settlement will cause pps to move and IRO that will be an upward move. Go TMMI and GLTA Do something nice for someone and end the week on a high note!
Went through 3 "mergers" in my VZ career. Also spent some time with AT&T. First year can be tough on PPS. First, there is the additional debt. Then the duplicate senior managers get very nice packages to leave and even better to stay. And, there are incredible IT costs as systems are merged. One of the final huge costs of a merger are the packages to support downsizing efforts to eliminate redundancies. There are branding costs. Telecom have a lot of physical plant with their name that has to change. Buildings; trucks; stores; etc. AT&T should be a great stock to hold for the long term. Dividend and future PPS appreciation is attractive.
Consistency is usually a good thing, but, not always. Things will get very clear soon! Go TMMI. IRO
I wouldn't wait for $45. Dividend sure helped offset an otherwise bad week for account. BTW I reported to Ron Lataille when I was at VZ. Google him and GLTY Go VZ
Stock - your post makes a ton of sense to me! I consider myself a sensible person. Thanks and GLTY
That was exactly my point. I think any price under $50 is good. Obviously $45 is better that $47. The dividend is reason enough to buy VZ and hold whether the price appreciates or not. I still recall selling shares at $60+ for our oldest children's college education and wishing I didn't have to. The reality though was the fact that I bought most of my shares for $15 through options and matching 401K. Yes, the taxes were a tough pill to swallow. Then I found a great 529 at Fidelity. Our 3rd college grad was only partially funded by VZ shares and our 4th will be totally funded by said 529. Meanwhile, as you so accurately point out, those quarterly dividend checks are nice and almost guaranteed as VZ has paid quarterly dividends for 100+ years and increased their dividend often - i.e. almost annually. GO VZ BTW not sure what the AOL talk is all about. Share price could be impacted if AOL carries any significant debt. Could provide a better entry point. Good Luck and Happy New Year!
Thank you so much for both of your ethical posts concerning TMMI. I still think TMMI goes to $.10 IRO
I'd be more inclined to believe you if you had/have been right recently. I guess I have the same question for you that others have asked and has gone unanswered. Why do you bash a stock that you claim to hold shares? I guess it doesn't matter if you have a small position (like me). However, it makes no sense if you have a significant position in this ticker. Whether you have lost or profited from this ticker in the past, any stockholder stands to profit from pps appreciation going forward. GLTA and Happy New Year
