Alright here's the plan. We need eyes on this stock. A good way to get new eyes on this stock is reach the top of the breakout board. Breakout board ranking is based on your daily number of posts above your last 7 day average (think it is 7). So if we average 1-2 posts a day for the next week (total as a board not 1-2 per poster) then when earnings are released next Thursday... Bam we all go crazy with the posts drive us to the top of the breakout board and get fresh eyes on SING. So unless there is a great PR between then and now o suggest we all maintain radio silence.
like that ask slap. More buyers than sellers. Bunch of bid sitters. If they were to slap that ask we could maybe run a little...wouldn't take much
Seeking alpha had the loss per share listed at 3.2p. that can't be right. 3.2p equals .05 cents. that would be a huge beat. that can't be right
Revs inline wiht estimates. Plenty of cash on hand, no need for futher offerings. Vanilla but not not detrimental. At this stage in a bio pharm it is more about clinical results rather than Q reports. Company is making some money and doesn't have a FDA approval yet. Once FDA approval is made and they start selling in the US, thats when Qs will have more of an affect. ARIA had no FDA approvals with zero revs and it had a market cap of 3 billion; has since ran into issues with the dosing so stock has tanked. These bios are valued on potential at this stage in the game. Being how near FDA approval is for sativex, i would say we could easily bump the market cap another 50% and still have room to run. IMO
Don't get me wrong, I realize this would be huge news but I am not going to get my heart set on this deal. If I did, and the news is much smaller, that would cause me to be sour. I imagine the deal he was working on isn't on such a grand scale. Have to keep reminding myself to take this slow and give them a chance.
The truth is GW is still a new company
ok, time to speculate on what they want to accomplish before cannacon. I hope and think it may be that they are going to be the payment solution for Eaze. check out eazeup.com these guys home deliver mmj. They don't deal in recreational as of now, just medical. I just watched a swack street video that was an interview with the CEO. Singleseed also posted a story about this and commented that the service would be good with their wireless payment sytem...Man this would really be a game changer. here's to dreaming
will try to add a link for the video:

They have not even announced the completion of the Digital Signage deal. For all we know the deal fell apart.
A lot of selling today and only 77k in buys...always ugly
I hear what you are saying but they have been this excited about other deals and it has turned out to do little for the pps. I actually think they will fall way short on their goals for entry into dispensaries. They attended 2 shows and only captured 7 accounts. They initially put numbers of 50 per show as a goal. Just like other partnerships that seem to do nothing ie... fccc or Wntr
I think it's a matter of having good ideas but implementing those ideas seems to be lacking... See anything about digital signage on Singleseed or Singlepoint? Another deal they were extremely excited about but nothing seems to have been done beyond the PR.
Not saying I hope you are wrong, just the opposite. But if the past is anything to learn from... I would not count on a game changing PR to be released, don't get your hopes up to have them crash to the floor in a SING note.
What would you think the "something huge" could be? As I believe you stated, Leafly is more of an informational app. What big could become of it?
The only thing I could speculate is that Leafly is going to start home delivery and push pay by text or require wireless cashless ATM.
1. Have heard nothing beyond that initial PR
2. They posted on Facebook that Q2 is due by the 14th of this month so they will be out anytime up till then, were not specific.
3. I was also disappointed that a PR about website launch and Leafly news was not released. Me and a few others believe that the news will be included in a larger 'update on the company' type PR. They said on Facebook that an update was coming in the coming weeks, this was a couple days before the inaugural accounts PR.
4. I have found that Facebook has been a good source to get questions answered. Singlepoint doesn't allow posts to their page (only private message). So to post questions that other investors can see the response I found that Greenstar and New wave prepaid have been the best bets, although I did get my last question answered on Singleseed Facebook.
Hope this helps.
So the way I read their response anything involving sms marketing or pay by text, Singlepoint gets all revenues and Greenstar would be an ISO for these products and would get a commission on sales involving those and other Singleseed products. Now when it comes to the cashless ATM the rolls would be reversed? All cashless atm accounts get referred to Greenstar and Singleseed would be acting as the ISO in this case; maybe commission free because they share in the profit?
Not 100% sure on that, but putting together other posts they have made on Facebook this would be my guess. Any other interpretations?
I asked on Singleseed Facebook how the relationship between Greenstar and Singleseed works. I also pointed out that i didn't see pay by text and sms text marketing listed on Greenstar's website any longer. This is their response:
SingleSeed is a subsidiary of SinglePoint Inc, that offers a suite of products and services to the Cannabis Industry, one of which is GreenStar Payments Solutions. Any public questions/comments can be directed to SinglePoint.
I 100% disagree. When I asked them if Greenhouse would be transferring their accounts to Greenstar, their reply was they are working on a win win in this situation. Check it out, it is on either Greenstar or New wave prepaid Facebook page. This was a couple weeks ago.
Here is my post to Greenstar's Facebook page:
Thank you for the response. But the original 100+ that Chris has as clients for Greenhouse remain in Greenhouse?
Here is their response:
This is currently being discussed toward a win-win
I hear ya BK. Alot of what this company was before entry into the mmj sector seems to be going to the wayside. This company needs a 'State of the Company' address. What's going on with text2bid, text2donate, digital signage deal, uplisting to QB, motivity labs, Boots on the ground for months before Greenstar...all these things are PR'd then never mentioned again. Greg said in an interview, conducted by lumberdok, that he doesn't like fluff PRs, he would prefer to put out a PR once the deal is done. Well it didn't take him long to blow that up. Nothing matters if there are only 10 people looking at the stock. Tick Tock on the Q release....That will be the deceiding factor on me staying or going.
Yes i feel that they ignore investors. I have three different questions posted to their page(singleseed) and none are answered but i posted telling them good luck on the singleseed website launch and within 20min they liked the comment. They know investors have questions but refuse to supply any clarity. I get more answers going to new wave prepaid or Greenstar facebook page. I think when the question got addressed it was on the Greenstar page
I think that refers to the accounts that Greenhouse has. On Facebook I asked if the Greenhouse accounts would be transferred to Greenstar and they responded by saying they are working on a win win for this. So as of yet I don't think those 100+ have any bearing on our (SING) bottom line.
Agree, this platform should be marketed beyond mmj. Like I went to Minnesota DMV last Friday to get tabs for my truck. They let you use visa and MasterCard but put the fees back on the customer. Some people were paying 4 bucks plus to use their debit cards in the form of cc payment. If the debit option was there I bet it would get used 75% of the time.
We need eyes on this stock. OTC is momo and with all the questionable pinks out there $SING should be trumpeted so everyone can get a look. Come on PR company...Do your job
Wouldn't each other PR that I listed be in "development stage". Same same
An ad in the NY Times from Leafly. Which makes me ask the question, why didn't Singlepoint PR this last bit of news about Singleseed being the preferred and referred payment choice of Leafly. They have PR'd less important stuff; like working with Motivity Labs (what's going on with that any way?) Or the partnership with a PR firm (that firm has a lot of eyes on this stock who's volume has dropped since announcing partnership) or the LOI signed with a company for digital signage, in which they mention nothing about anymore. All that go no where stuff they PR'd but nothing about Leafly.... Who's in charge up there?
Didn't look at the app all that much. Thanks for the info.
I usually Facebook message them or post a comment on their Facebook page.
Leafly app has 500,000+ downloads. Could this be the start of pay by text going big? If a customer buys something from the app and is presented with the pay by text option..... 500k downloads a small percentage of that would make for some nice revs.
I think they are in the process of upgrading Greenstar website. If in fact pay by text and sms marketing are funneled thru singleseed so Singlepoint retains all revs from those products, that would make Greenstar cashless ATM only. Meaning customers would essentially have to deal with two companies to obtain all these services. I thought the meaning of Greenstar was to give the customer A-Z service from one company.
Just from the confusion demonstrated in today's recent posts, I would say Singlepoint/Greenstar needs to explain how Singleseed and Greenstar's relationship works.
You are right that Singleseed is Singlepoint's part of Greenstar. I asked the company if sales from Singleseed go to greenstar or Singlepoint and their response was all sales go to Greenstar.
I think Singleseed may also be a way for Singlepoint to seperate the mmj side from non-mmj side. I think there still has to be more to it being that Singlepoint went thru the hassle of actually incorporating Singleseed in Nevada. Not sure if Singleseed may in the future become the merge into company that takes Greenstar public. Right now Singleseed is listed as having 1k shares valued at .01. Would have to get a cusip and more and be spun off from Singlepoint. Think there may be more going on then they share, gives us something to speculate on while the pps goes sideways.
Has to be more going on otherwise Singleseed just becomes redundant and confusing to customers that purchase thru Singleseed but their bill says Greenstar.
Leafly.com is run by some big money, Privateer Holdings. This is a holding company whos minimum investment is $1 million. There are some Yale brains behind Privateer.

I hear you. I got in the day after the fake pay pal buyout article that was going around. Since then I have averaged down again and again and again. At .025 for average. My first purchase was too big and it has taken me a bit of cash to bring it down to my current average. Not dumping anymore into this, sink or swim..... Let's go with some stellar updates SING.
I am looking for 500k in revs(that plus Q1 revs would put us at half of 2013 revs) so that is minimum. What we need are more revs to show growth yoy, meaning if we just match 2013 revs that would be a step backwards. I am also looking for news of papers being filed for move to QB. And let's not forget the sustainable profitability that was to be reached by end of Q2.
I am hoping the possible news of buyout is before Q release. That would jump our account total well over 100 and give a revenue instant revenue stream that will bring eyes to this company. Like you said Mills is the key because he has the relationships in denver. Notice on the Pr announcing the first accounts, the state of Denver was not listed as being a state in which Greenstar captured an account? Think that has a lot to do with Greenhouse keeping their terriotory, hence the need to be merged into Greenstar.
My faith in pay by text is fading. We have gotten no news on ANY retail store using this platform. We did get a tweet saying "look for it at a store near you" I would settle for a store not near me. I see other companies in the same line of work are making big money licensing their payment platforms to companies outside of mmj sector. SING has had this technology for well over a year and yet NO ONE is using it. Starting to think Greg has great vision about what would work but implementing a plan he seems to lack. Guess I will hold out till next Q release and if this stock remains status quo....peace
