Diligent is not how I would describe the decisions, execution, or operation of this company. It's easy to compare in hind sight. Simply pare initial words(statements) with following actions/statements. The give aways- family, place of worship, consultants, directors.
Scrutinization is happening in MA, ipix's home town.

Hope you put on a life preserver before the purchase.Per my last post, think you're( we investors)are about to hit the pool.
"That's all in the nutshell, all of that. And if we get a bite, we'll be moving forward quickly imo."
After ALL these years, it appears the nutshell has been composted. If we get a bite (bitten?), we all know how the digestive system works. Seems we've passed rectum station, and "the kids"(shareholders) will be swimming in the "pool" soon enough.
Company rhetoric does not hold true, which is why the sp is where it is,imo.
"Seems to me to be minimizing B OM because of lack of breakthrough and lack of partner. Understandable. Or we could just be haggling over true value of B OM. I'm sure the partner wants low risk and best deal. Same as us."
I had thought that for a while, but both ipix and Galera completed their 2b b-om trials within close proximity. Galera is a year into ph 3 b-om study, with another year to go.
Why the lengthy delay to start by ipix if all are to believe the tremendous benefits announced by the ceo and cso? Why?
Short answer, imo, understaffed, overpaid, mis-management, and underwhelming interest by both the investment community, the medical community, and business community. Why?
A one armed paper hanger gets little done.
Only honest response to that is someone fell asleep at the wheel.
"B-ABSSSI and B-OM did not fail in clinical trials as Prurisol did. They simply have not been partnered yet so we don't know what they are worth and have not reaped rewards for putting them through trials yet."
They haven't failed, but neither have they been proven to be effective by fda standards(P unworthy as it failed ph2, evedently the other siblings(B_OM(an American), and B-ABISSI (an Italian off sprng), are still in question(neither approved).
Who, do you think, negotiated the deal with Aspire with a floor price of twenty five cents way back when the sp was in the dollars?
I suspect he was aware of something.
IDK
"You seem to forget the navigation of multiple successful trials, a partnership and advancement towards multiple late stage discussions (most probably a result of those successful early stage trials) and all without a reverse split.
Of course some want you to solely focus on the stock price without looking at anything else (including the hit pieces and frivolous lawsuit)..
Just trying to balance out your post."
Ehrlich is no Ted Williams navigating flight paths of enemy pilots- he's a New York trumper. He's proved he can't navigate a lease- tell me how I'm wrong.
Regarding the frivolous lawsuit, both parties walked away with nothing. Failla laughed at the both of them. Sullivan turned Leo upside down and left ctix with less in the long run, neither the defendant, nor the plaintiff, came out scathed, just the shareholders of this company to this day.
"His job is to run the company, which I believe he has actually done a decent job of given the headwinds."
Really? Down to 2 or 3 people(counting himself), a 14000 sf storage space(Beverly office) to hold paper, the inability to remember the automatic renewal date for a five year lease if notice not given by tenant under the terms, gifting of shares to the ceo's place of worship and to family members. All the while by a non-revenue generating company. I could go on.
Decent, really???
"Seems like that would create the need for a partnership, which the company has proven it is able to execute. Expect more “soon.”
Soon, do you mean in the coming weeks? Four score and 7 years from now?
10 years, 4 months, and 18 days ago (3,793 days ago) the company provided this.
https://www.technologynetworks.com/tn/news/cellceutix-files-patent-application-for-its-cancer-compound-189998
Note the last sentence- "We anticipate announcing study results over the coming weeks.". We've seen those words multiple times since. Evans was, apparently, wise to bail.
Now how anyone can think there are no "stink bids", however defined, in between .098 and .1025 to get filled prior to the trade @ .098? That appears to be blatantly criminal, does it not longs?. Twas a time today when the bid was .1025 so nobody thought they could get shares around .098 like went off at the last seconds of the trading day
What, exactly, is a stink bid, if anyone can opine? What's the definition? I know of only one poster on this board who used to use the phrase, almost religiously, as the the sp headed south, forget the poster's name.
"more selling from our genius leader - he knows what he's doing. Must have a deal cooking very soon with all that money he's raising'
Patience grasshopper. He's likely crossing his i's and dotting the t's as he sits down one last time with his crack-pot legal team of Haagan-Dazs, Ben, and Jerry.
"I look forward to the onslaught of corrections that is sure to follow."
.
I'll start, and will likely be the kindedest criticism:). I believe is should be replaced by are.
"GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LEO !"
I think you got your wish. Apparently he's been GONE for years.
"Nice to know that if the B-UC tablet technology doesn't pan out there's the capsule technology waiting in the wings. Assuming both technologies work, I wonder if Leo will do a study with the capsules to see if it works better than tablets?"
Two big names(M.I.T and Novo Nordisk), hopefully someone thumbs from Beverly to Cambridge to speak with Giovanni, couldn't be much closer.
Lot of research into diabetes(including tcells clilnical trial at Joslin in Boston). As a long time t1d'r(type 1 diabetic), thanks for the post.
"I'm not a day trader,"
That poster, admittingly, is a day trader.
Thanks. Haven't read it yet but that was one of my questions. Another post I I found useful was LR's formula that "guesstimated" the AS upfront payment at ~$500,000.
"“ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
Our current Company headquarters are located at 100 Cummings Center, Suite 151-B, Beverly, MA 01915. The Company’s lease agreement automatically renewed with Cummings Properties on October 1, 2018. The lease is for a term of five years ending on September 30, 2023, and requires monthly payments of approximately $19,000. We are currently looking to sublease this property.”
Ipix doesn’t need it now?"
I believe Ipix was required to notify Cummings Properties at least 6 months in advance(that would have been 4/1/18) if they were not going to renew the lease. My guess is someone was asleep at the wheel(and his money management 101 college course), but to answer your question, it appears they (whoever they are, how many, and where?) longer need it(Beverly, MA space).
Yeah, this company is one 60 cent juggernaut!
"It’s over for the shorts once this runs it going to be a whole new game question is how the Kong’s will stay long once this stock begins to run be careful thou this will go big."
I agree. Likely explains why LE, and EE sold all their shares in bivi((for now perhaps(bivi withdrew their attempt for nazdaq registration on 9/25)) per todays 10k(they are no longer listed as individual shareholders) and invest those gains in ipix!
"Hi Tom, I am still here and like many it makes no sense to sell now(for me anyway)not for any long term investor...but I also still believe that Brilacidin and Kevetrin are valuable assets and that a buy out is highly possible sometime in 2020the deals were to occur 2017/2018 per their pr's(maybe earlier)....We have all seen deals for seemingly less valuable or promising drugs..just a feeling on my part (as well as a belief in the science) and after 10 years (wasn't that the magic number?)read their own pr's forthe record as to when deals would be ..
I am thinking 2-3 Billion range which should amount to 10 dollars plus? For each 1B garnered, based off of 300,000,000 existing shares would equate to a share price of $3.33/share. If the OS reach 600,000,000 shares the sp figure becomes $1.66/ sh. I assume you can to the math if perhaps ipix is offered $500,000 vs 1B, or $250,000 vs 1B, or $100,000 vs 1B, or $50,000 vs 1B, or $24 and trinkets.
My 2 cents..
kccjfcyahoo comments in bold
I'm not sure why, but I feel like I'm witnessing a rock'em-sock'em robots match.
I think you just knocked his block off!
Your opening sentence really should be preceedeed by the words "If and when", after all this is a "baby bio" as we are so often reminded around here.
Vpns, never heard of that stock. Irregardless, Healy protects citizens. Once the Sacklers are tried, it!s off to another case(I use the term loosely after all these years) that they have been made aware of. Thanks for the response.
Apologize for any confusion, but my post #273125 was in reply to as in reply to SitTight post 273118, which some how crossed with LR post#273126. Sorry for any confusion. Somehow LR post 273126 tied back to my post(likely operator error;).
LR,
Though I sense why you responded the way you did, the purpose of my reply was to direct the inquisitor to directly get the answer from the horses mouth(the ceo/cfo).
"Can someone explain the Post-effective Amendment to Registration Statement (pos Am) that just came out with the 8k?
Thanks
All I can recommend, lest Yoopers61 happened to inquire about your question, is calling 978.921.4125 and ask the ceo/cfo. He, evidently, can be quite gabby when someone answers and finds him.
Good luck.
"Most of the complainers don't own any shares!!!!!!!"
I suppose that is possible, but doubt. It's not uncommon to hear complaints/concerns when things don't pan out when Dad and Mom mess up, is it?
Perhaps none of the pumpers own any shares- ever consider that? Perhaps the pumpers are borrower's of shares?
Yoopers61,
Thanks for sharing the information, informative. I guess that answers the question as to why AB never had a phone extension in Beverly.
"Are you saying Leo is raising shares and partnering with Global Pharma and working with the FDA to run clinical trials all in order to run a real estate scam?
No, that's not what I said nor implied. My implication was/is mismanagement is the crux of the problem. I know many here disagree with my opinion.
Imo that theory has some holes.."
As far as .."Pharma and working with the FDA to run clinical trials all in order to run a real estate scam? " I never thought of that, not sure why you think that.I take (mis)management that they re-newed a 5 year lease last year. I can't figure out why. What's your theory as to why they did?
"Leo et al are only interested in moving their science forwards. it's the only thing that matters right now and everything else is just a deliberate distraction."
Cummings Properties snookered(distracted) them into another five year lease of~14000 square feet of office space for less than a handful of people, one officer of which is apparently located halfway across the country in a non-affiliated company location( now that think of it, maybe ipix is paying ~200/night annually for him to reside at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Grand Rapids). 73k/year(with a daily continental breakfast vs 225k/year for an empty office in Beverly)?
Had nothing to with ipix management?
Sorry, I believe nothing you post.
"Did you go? (second try)
I'm trying to find out if the word "sachet" came up."
I suspect if the word sachet came it, it was likely in reference to America's funniest home videos hosted by Bob Sachet(sp?).
Swish and spit- to sachets- to pills- I believe an inhaler B will be next.
"Seems normal because you took 5 examples out of literally thousands?"
All I did was reference 5 of the first 12 I came upon(for oral mucositis), none of whose enrollments were in the thousands(if you disagree, call clinical trials-you seem to know your stuff, or declare to.
Here's the cti link.
All ph 3, and there are 91 listed NOT " literally thousands" as you proclaim.

"Straight from the FDA website....perhaps they are not telling the truth also:
Phase 3
Study Participants: 300 to 3,000 volunteers who have the disease or condition
Length of Study: 1 to 4 years
Purpose: Efficacy and monitoring of adverse reactions
Approximately 25-30% of drugs move to the next phase
The Galera people are out in full force!!!!!!" At least they appear to show up at the office, and garner attention.
Link please.
Perhaps Galera shows up.
This is where my source came from- sorry you find it so offensive, no not why.
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=oral+mucositis&phase=2&draw=3&rank=12#rowId11
"Usually a phase 3 can run from 300-3000 patients....The FDA is only asking for 300....that INDEED is a positive sign!!"
Probably depends on the condition being treated. I checked clinicaltrials site for ph3 OM studies and found the following 6 of the first 12 of 91 listed(stopped at 12).
1. Sun Yat-sen University in China. Drug-ulina statin. Projected enrollment 176. Start 1/30/18, est primary completion 12/31/19, est study completion 12/31/22. Estimated start to study completion ~ 3 years- 11 month
2. Soligenex. Drug-SGX942. Projected enrollment 190. Start 12/4/17, est primary completion 3/2020, est study completion 12/2020. Estimated start to study completion ~ 3 years
3. Galera. Drug-GC4419. Projected enrollment 335. Start 10/2018, est primary completion 10/2020, est study completion 10/2024. Note, last update 10/8/18. Estimated start to study completion ~ 6 years.
4. Novartis. Drug- Everolimus(OM for breast cancer patients. Projected enrollment 200. Start 3/26/15, est primary completion 3/31/19, est study completion 5/31/19. Last update 8/2/17. Estimated start to study completion ~ 3 years- 2 months.
5. Zhejiang General Hospital. Drug- Recombinant Human Interlukin-11. Projected enrollment 300. Start 11/11/18, est primary completion 8/31/21, est study completion 8/30/22. Estimated start to study completion ~ 3 years- 9 months.
300 patients seems around normal for ph3 OM study.
"There is a small chance of a Kevetrin deal once the K pill is ready. More likely though is that it will take another successful Phase 2, like the B-UC pill. The K pill will be done relatively soon, so we'll find out soon, like we did with the B-UC pill."
Agree. I have lost faith with management- they reinvent the wheel after every "successful trial". As I postulated in another post, why, if it worked(wondrously)?
"The OTC "marketplace" is not a real "exchange"".
Nor, apparently, are the ceo or any other "management" head quartered in Beverly, MA(who is there by the way?) real managers. Their words have proven false, and their efforts, if one believes they try, have proven futile for investors(unless your short).
I'm beginning to think they have no employees, just "consultants". Wonder which one Bertolino is, being out in Michigan.
